背景技术
患者腿部在进行骨科手术后的恢复期间,需要进行康复锻炼,通过康复锻炼促进患者骨骼创伤恢复。患者在进行康复锻炼时,一般通过各种康复锻炼装置,使患者腿部受力,从而辅助患者进行康复锻炼。
现有的骨科康复锻炼装置,在患者进行康复锻炼时,患者腿部会由于受力不均衡而频繁承受冲击,进而容易造成患者腿部二次损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的问题,提供一种角度可调的骨科康复锻炼装置,能在患者锻炼时,避免患者腿部受力不均衡而频繁承受冲击,进而防止冲击力造成患者由腿部损伤。
本发明提供了一种角度可调的骨科康复锻炼装置,包括:
箱体,上设有座椅;
曲拐,一端连接有脚踏板,所述曲拐上设有压力传感器,所述压力传感器用与检测曲拐所受的实时压力;
转轴,轴承连接于所述箱体上,所述转轴连接于所述曲拐另一端;
无级变速器,输入端与所述转轴带传动,所述无级变速器连接有第一电控转换器,所述第一电控转换器用于切换无级变速器的减速比;
发电机,与无级变速器的输出端连接,所述发电机电连接有充电电源;
控制器,与所述压力传感器、第一电控转换器和充电电源均电连接,所述压力传感器将所检测到的实时压力信号传递至控制器,控制器内预设压力值,控制器将实时压力与预设压力作对比,控制器根据对比结果控制第一电控转换器动作。
较佳地,所述转轴与无级变速器的输入端之间还设有离合器,所述离合器设有一个输入端和两个输出端,离合器的输入端与转轴带传动,离合器的一个输出端与所述无级变速器的输入端连接,离合器的另一个输出端连接有动力装置,离合器用于将转轴与无级变速器的输入端连接或将转轴与动力装置连接,离合器连接有第二电控转换器,所述第二电控转换器用于切换离合器的工作模式,所述动力装置与第二电控转换器均电连接。

现简述实施例1的工作原理:
患者坐在座椅102上,通过控制器设置预设压力。患者脚踩脚踏板104,驱动所述曲拐103转动,曲拐103驱动所述转轴106转动,转轴106通过无级变速器107驱动所述发电机109工作,发电机109发的电储存在充电电源110内,而发电机109在运行过程中产生的电磁力反作用于发电机109的输入轴,进而通过转轴106、曲拐103和脚踏板104作用于患者腿部,进而达到锻炼患者腿部的目的。在患者脚踩脚踏板104时,患者脚踩的速度会不自觉发生变化。当患者脚踩的速度增大时,在无级变速器107未进行调速前,发电机109的输入端转动速度增加,根据发电机109的发电原理,发电机109的输入端转动速度越快,发电机109输入端所受的电磁力越大,进而对转轴106的反作用力越大,从而患者腿部所受的反作用力越大,因此,曲拐103上所受的压力增大。压力传感器105用与检测曲拐103所受的实时压力,压力传感器105将所检测到的实时压力信号传递至控制器,控制器将实时压力与预设压力作对比,当实时压力大于预设压力时,控制器控制第一电控转换器108动作,从而控制无级变速器107降低减速比,使得发电机109的输入端速度降低,从而降低发电机109输入端所受的电磁力,进而降低转轴106的反作用力,进而降低患者腿部所受的反作用力;当实时压力大于预设压力时,则反之。通过上述调控,使得无论患者脚踩的速度快慢,患者腿部所受的反作用力都恒定在预定值上。在患者锻炼时,即使脚踩的速度发生变动,患者腿部所受的反作用力不发生变化,从而避免患者腿部受力不恒定而频繁承受冲击,进而防止冲击力造成患者由腿部损伤。更进一步,本装置还能在患者锻炼时,将能量回收发电,从而达到节能环保的目的。
