Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defect that the dead skin of the lips of a patient is easily hooked up by cotton fibers in a mode of dipping the lips with water to moisten the lips, the lip bleeding of the patient is caused, the technical problem of the invention is as follows: a lip moistener for medical care is provided which wets the lips rapidly and can clean the lips by itself.
The technical proposal is as follows: a lip humidifier for medical care comprising: the base, the base top is provided with the casing: the side plates are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the left part of the base; the top plate is arranged at the top of the shell; the square frame is arranged on the right side of the top of the shell; the middle position of the top of the square frame is provided with the connecting block; the upper part of the connecting block is connected with the hose; the tail end of the hose is provided with a liquid inlet pipe connected with the liquid inlet pipe; the strip-shaped blocks are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the square frame; the mounting frame is arranged at the bottom of the square frame; the arc-shaped plates are arranged on the left side and the right side of the mounting frame; the blocking component is arranged at the top of the square frame; the pushing assembly is arranged on the left side of the square frame and matched with the blocking assembly.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the blocking assembly includes: the front side and the rear side of the top of the square frame are provided with the guide sleeves; the right angle plates are arranged on the two guide sleeves in a sliding mode; the cross rod is arranged between the two right-angle plates; and the blocking plate is arranged in the middle of the cross rod.

As a preferred technical scheme of the present invention, the cleaning device further comprises a cleaning assembly, wherein the cleaning assembly comprises: the soaking frame is arranged on the left side of the bottom of the top plate, and the arc-shaped plate and the mounting frame are positioned in the soaking frame; the water inlet pipe is arranged at the upper part of the left side of the soaking frame; and the drain pipe is arranged at the bottom of the soaking frame.
As a preferred technical scheme of the present invention, the present invention further comprises a shielding assembly, the shielding assembly comprises: the sliding rod is symmetrically arranged at the left part of the soaking frame in a sliding mode in the front-back direction; the third springs are connected between the bottom ends of the two sliding rods and the bottom of the soaking frame; the shielding plate is arranged between the top ends of the two sliding rods; the right side of the middle part of the shielding plate is provided with the buoyancy ball.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the present invention further includes a closing assembly, where the closing assembly includes: the diamond-shaped rod is arranged on the left side of the shell; the extending pipes are symmetrically arranged on the left side of the shell from top to bottom, the diamond-shaped rods are positioned in the middle of the two extending pipes, and the extending pipe on the upper part is connected with the liquid inlet pipe; the sliding plate is arranged in the middle of the top plate in a sliding manner, and the top of the sliding plate is matched with the pressing plate; the annular frame is arranged between the right ends of the extension pipes; the disc is rotatably arranged on one side of the diamond-shaped rod through a coupler, the disc is arranged on the support rod, and the disc is rotatably connected with the annular frame; the torsion spring is connected between the left side of the disc and the right end of the diamond-shaped rod, and the initial state of the torsion spring is a deformation state; the right end of the supporting rod is provided with the guide plate; the left side of the lower part of the sliding plate is provided with the fixing rod which is connected with the guide plate in a sliding mode.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the arc-shaped plate is made of sponge.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: 1. the patient is with the lip being closed down on the arc, extrudees the arc through patient's tooth and makes the barrier plate slide left and not block up the connecting block, and the water in the hose flows into on the arc through square frame and mounting bracket to reached the purpose of wetting patient's lip.
2. The water of external pipeline flows into soaking frame through the inlet tube, has realized soaking clean to the arc, avoids containing the bacterium on the arc and leads to patient's lip to infect the disease.
3. Under the effect of the buoyancy ball, when the water in the soaking frame reaches a certain amount, the shielding plate moves upwards to shield the water inlet pipe, so that the water in the soaking frame is prevented from overflowing.
4. When the square frame is taken up by a worker and used, the square frame rotates through the disc, so that the drain pipe is communicated with the extension pipe at the lower part, the waste water in the soaking frame is discharged along with the extension pipe, after the square frame is put back after the square frame is used, the extension pipe at the upper part is communicated with the water inlet pipe through the disc, and water is automatically flowed into the soaking frame and the hose.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, a lip humidifier for medical care, including base 1, casing 2, curb plate 3, roof 4, feed liquor pipe 5, hose 6, connecting block 7, square frame 8, bar 9, mounting bracket 10, arc 11, block subassembly 12 and pushing component 13, the base 1 top is provided with casing 2, both sides all are provided with curb plate 3 through the mode of screw around the base 1 right part, the casing 2 top is provided with roof 4, square frame 8 has been placed on casing 2 top right side, square frame 8 top intermediate position is provided with connecting block 7, connecting block 7 upper portion is connected with hose 6, the hose 6 tail end is provided with and is connected with feed liquor pipe 5, both sides all weld bar 9 around square frame 8, square frame 8 bottom is provided with mounting bracket 10, mounting bracket 10 both sides all are provided with arc 11, arc 11 material is the sponge, arc 11 is used for moistening patient's lip, square frame 8 top is provided with blocks subassembly 12, block subassembly 12 is used for preventing water outflow, square frame 8 left side is provided with pushing component 13, pushing component 12 cooperates with block subassembly 12 and is used for opening subassembly 13.
When the lip of a patient needs to be wetted, a worker firstly plugs the right side of the liquid inlet pipe 5 by using a tool, then connects an external pipeline into the left side of the liquid inlet pipe 5, water connected with the pipeline flows into the flexible pipe 6, then the worker lifts the square frame 8 and places the square frame on the lip of the patient, at the moment, the patient folds the lip on the arc-shaped plate 11, teeth of the patient support the pushing component 13, the pushing component 13 slides upwards along with the lip, the blocking component 12 slides leftwards to avoid blocking the connecting block 7, water in the flexible pipe 6 flows into the square frame 8, water in the square frame 8 flows into the arc-shaped plate 11 through the mounting frame 10 along with the water, and as the arc-shaped plate 11 is made of sponge, the water flowing out can be absorbed, so that the lip of the patient is wetted, after the wetting is finished, the patient does not close the arc-shaped plate 11, the pushing component 13 is reset and does not pull the blocking component 12 to slide leftwards, at the moment, the worker pushes the blocking component 12 to slide rightwards to block the connecting block 7, and the water in the flexible pipe 6 does not flow into the square frame 8. The device has simple structure and is convenient to operate.

As shown in fig. 1, 3,4, 5 and 6, based on embodiment 1, the blocking assembly 12 includes a guide sleeve 121, a rectangular plate 122, a cross rod 123 and a blocking plate 124, the front and rear sides of the top of the square frame 8 are both provided with the guide sleeve 121, the rectangular plate 122 is slidably arranged on the two guide sleeves 121, the cross rod 123 is arranged between the two rectangular plates 122, the blocking plate 124 is arranged in the middle of the cross rod 123, and the blocking plate 124 is used for blocking the connecting block 7.

After the worker inserts the external pipeline into the liquid inlet pipe 5, the worker picks up the square frame 8 and places the square frame 8 on the lip of the patient, at this time, the patient pushes the lip on the arc plate 11, the teeth of the patient against the arc block 134, the arc block 134 slides upwards along with the lip, the first spring 135 is compressed, the arc block 134 slides upwards to drive the pushing frame 136 to move upwards, the pushing frame 136 moves upwards to push the frame rod 137 to slide leftwards, the frame rod 137 slides leftwards to drive the rectangular plate 122 to slide leftwards, the transverse rod 123 drives the blocking plate 124 to slide leftwards so as not to block the connecting block 7, water in the hose 6 flows into the square frame 8, the water in the square frame 8 flows into the arc plate 11 through the mounting frame 10, as the arc plate 11 is made of sponge, the water flowing out can be absorbed, thereby achieving the purpose of wetting the lips of the patient, after wetting is completed, the worker takes the square frame 8 off the patient, the arc block 134 breaks away from the teeth of the patient, the first spring 135 resets to drive the arc block 134 to slide downwards, the pushing frame 136 moves downwards, the blocking frame 136 is pushed downwards, the horizontal rod 123 is pushed by the sliding downwards, the blocking plate 123 is pushed by the first spring 135 to slide downwards, the horizontal rod 122 does not push the blocking the right rod 122, the water in the hose 122 slides rightwards, and then the square frame 122 slides rightwards, and the hose 122 is not pushed by the reset rod 122, and then the horizontal rod is pushed to slide rightwards, and then the horizontal rod 122 is not pushed by the horizontal rod and is reset to slide to move the horizontal rod 122. The device simple structure, the patient is with the lip being closed up on arc 11, extrudees arc piece 134 through patient's tooth, can make barrier plate 124 slip left and not block up connecting block 7, and the water in the hose 6 flows into on arc 11 through square frame 8 and mounting bracket 10 to the purpose of wetting patient's lip has been reached.

As shown in fig. 1, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, on the basis of embodiment 2, the fixing assembly 14 further comprises a fixing assembly 14, the fixing assembly 14 comprises a guide rail 141, a clamping block 142 and a second spring 143, the front side and the rear side of the right part of the shell 2 are respectively provided with the guide rail 141 through screws, the bar-shaped blocks 9 are respectively connected with the guide rail 141 on the same side in a sliding manner, the upper parts of the two guide rails 141 are respectively provided with the clamping block 142 in a sliding manner, the clamping blocks 142 are used for limiting the square frame 8, and the second springs 143 are connected between the lower parts of the two clamping blocks 142 and the upper parts of the guide rails 141 on the same side.

When water of an external connection pipeline flows into the soaking frame 151 through the water inlet pipe 152, the buoyancy ball 164 moves upwards along with the water level in the soaking frame 151 when the water in the soaking frame 151 reaches a certain water amount, the sliding rod 161 slides upwards along with the water level, the third spring 162 is compressed along with the water level, the sliding rod 161 slides upwards to drive the shielding plate 163 to move upwards to shield the water inlet pipe 152, the water of the external connection pipeline does not flow into the soaking frame 151 any more, after the use is completed, a worker takes down a tool on the water outlet pipe 153, cleaned waste water flows out through the water outlet pipe 153 along with the tool, under the reset action of the third spring 162, the sliding rod 161 slides downwards to reset along with the sliding rod 161, the sliding rod 161 slides downwards to drive the shielding plate 163 to move downwards to not shield the water inlet pipe 152 any more, the downward movement of the shielding plate 163 drives the buoyancy ball 164 to reset, and the water of the external connection pipeline flows into the soaking frame 151 through the water inlet pipe 152 again. The device has simple structure, and under the action of the buoyancy ball 164, when the water in the soaking frame 151 reaches a certain amount, the shielding plate 163 moves upwards to shield the water inlet pipe 152, so that the water in the soaking frame 151 is prevented from overflowing.
The novel water inlet pipe and drain pipe combined type water inlet pipe device comprises a shell 2, and is characterized by further comprising a closing assembly 17, wherein the closing assembly 17 comprises diamond rods 171, extension pipes 172, sliding plates 173, annular frames 174, discs 175, torsion springs 176, guide plates 177 and fixing rods 178, the diamond rods 171 are arranged on the left side of the shell 2, the extension pipes 172 are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the lower side of the shell 2, the diamond rods 171 are located in the middle of the two extension pipes 172, the extension pipes 172 on the upper portion are connected with the liquid inlet pipe 5, the sliding plates 173 are arranged in the middle of a top plate 4 in a sliding mode, the sliding plates 173 are matched with the pressing plates 132, the annular frames 174 are arranged between the right ends of the extension pipes 172, the right sides of the diamond rods 171 are provided with supporting rods through couplings in a rotating mode, the discs 175 are arranged on the supporting rods, the discs 175 are used for controlling the opening and closing of the water inlet pipes 152 and the drain pipes 153, the discs 175 are connected with the annular frames 174 in a rotating mode, torsion springs 176 are connected between the left sides of the discs 175 and the right ends of the diamond rods 171, the initial state of the torsion springs 176 are in a deformation state, the right ends of the guide plates 177 are arranged on the left sides of the sliding plates 173, and the fixing rods 178 are connected with the guide plates 177 in a sliding mode.
When the worker lifts the square frame 8 so that the pressing plate 132 does not squeeze the sliding plate 173 any more, the torsion spring 176 resets to drive the disc 175 to rotate, the supporting rod rotates to drive the guide plate 177 to swing upwards, the guide plate 177 swings upwards to drive the sliding plate 173 to slide upwards through the fixing rod 178, the disc 175 rotates to enable the upper extension tube 172 to be no longer communicated with the water inlet tube 152, the drain tube 153 is communicated with the lower extension tube 172, waste water in the soaking frame 151 flows out through the drain tube 153, after the worker finishes using the square frame 8, the worker returns the square frame 8 so that the pressing plate 132 presses the sliding plate 173 to slide downwards, the sliding plate 173 slides downwards to press the guide plate 177 to swing downwards through the fixing rod 178, the guide plate 177 swings downwards to drive the supporting rod to rotate, the supporting rod rotates to drive the disc 175 to deform, the disc 175 rotates to enable the upper extension tube 172 to be communicated with the water inlet tube 152, the drain tube 153 is no longer communicated with the lower extension tube 172, then the worker inserts an external connection pipeline into the liquid inlet tube 5 through the upper extension tube 172 and the water inlet tube 152 into the soaking frame 151, and water flows into the hose 6 at the same time. The device simple structure, the staff takes up square frame 8 and uses the time, rotates through disc 175 for drain pipe 153 link up with extension pipe 172 of lower part, and the waste water in the soaking frame 151 discharges thereupon, puts square frame 8 back after using, rotates through disc 175, makes extension pipe 172 and inlet tube 152 of upper portion link up, and then has realized that water flows into automatically in soaking frame 151 and the hose 6.
