Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a composition for relieving bone and joint pain and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Osteoarticular pain is a common disease and frequently encountered disease of the old, and is characterized by long pain course and serious pain degree. In clinic, a plurality of patients have serious influence on the quality of life because the pain is not effectively controlled and the pain medicament is not treated in a standard way. Clinically, short-term treatment is often performed in a week-based time frame in chronic pain patients, and long-term treatment effects of opioid drugs in a month-based time frame are not clear. Long-term pain treatment tests often worry about the safety and tolerance of opioid drugs, and neglect the long-term efficacy.
CN106619877A discloses a composition for improving osteoarticular pain, which is composed of the following components in parts by weight: the health-care food comprises, by weight, 15-20 parts of dogwood extract, 10-15 parts of oyster extract, 10-15 parts of astragalus extract, 10-15 parts of poria cocos extract, 3-5 parts of hawthorn extract, 3-5 parts of glucosamine, 25-35 parts of water-soluble dietary fiber and 6-8 parts of sweetener.
CN102210845A discloses a traditional Chinese medicine for treating bone and joint pain, (1) musk is taken and ground into fine powder for standby; (2) pulverizing cortex Cinnamomi and radix Angelicae sinensis into fine powder; (3) pulverizing angelica sinensis, radix rehmanniae preparata, semen brassicae, radix scrophulariae, honeysuckle, platycladi seed, baked ginger, safflower, ephedra, frankincense, liquorice and myrrh into coarse powder, adding water for decoction, filtering decoction dregs, concentrating the decoction liquid to the relative density of 1.2-1.4, adding melted antler glue while the decoction liquid is hot, adding starch, drying the decoction liquid, and pulverizing residues into fine powder for later use; (4) mixing the fine powders obtained in the steps (1), (2) and (3), and making into medical capsule. The invention has obvious treatment effect, is effective to various bone and joint pains, relieves the pain of patients and has lower use cost.
The existing medicines for treating or relieving joint pain have limited effect, generally need to be matched with other pain-relieving medicines for use, and generally have the problems of long treatment period, slow effect and the like.
Emu oil (Emu oil) is an oil substance extracted from the subcutaneous and retroperitoneal adipose tissues of Emu, and is known as "vital oil" in australia, europe, the united states, and the like. Emu oil (Emu oil) is considered to be the most valuable component of Emu bodies because it contains high levels of nutrients such as unsaturated fatty acids, proteins, and iron, and low levels of cholesterol. Native australian clans are accustomed to the use of emu oil for external treatment of skin disorders, muscle aches, arthritis, abrasions, burns, sunburn and the like. Research shows that emu oil can be used for treating mucositis, enteritis, colon cancer, auricular inflammation, osteoporosis caused by chemotherapy, etc. after being taken orally. Therefore, it has attracted a high degree of attention in the medical and nutritional fields.
Through retrieval, the emu oil is relatively rarely scientifically researched for relieving the bone joint pain, so that the development of the composition for relieving the bone joint pain with quick response and good treatment effect and the preparation method thereof have important significance.
