本发明公开了植萃修复粉，首先将血竭和蜜蜡投入加热器中进行加热融化并搅拌，当血竭和蜜蜡完成充分混合在一起之后，获得粉状物，取出备用；然后将大黄、紫背草、藏红花、黄芩和黄柏投入反应釜中。通过采用本发明制备的植萃修复粉，成本低廉，取材简便，煎煮方便，易于生产，无毒副作用，适用人群广泛能够达到疤痕修复、烫伤恢复、祛除由烫伤所带来的疼痛，起到标本兼治的作用，并且本发明制备的植萃修复粉具有消肿生肌、收湿敛疮、生肌敛口和抗菌消炎的效果，尤其对重度烧烫伤有奇效，能有效保护创面防止感染，促进伤口迅速愈合，从而使烧烫伤皮肤迅速恢复功能，愈合不留疤痕、无任何副作用，安全可靠，还具有见效快，方便携带等优点。

背景技术
烧伤和烫伤是生活中是比较常见的，它们随时都可以发生在人们身边。轻者给患者带来痛苦，重者将危及患者生命，还可带来终生伤害，“烧烫伤”对大部分人来说是一个很普遍又很让人疼痛的字眼，烧烫伤是生活中常见的意外伤害，沸水、滚粥、热油、热蒸气都会引起烧烫伤，对某些烧烫伤，如果处理及时，使用烧烫伤药粉，就不会导致不良的后果，烧烫伤一旦对皮肤造成损伤，发病迅速，轻者出现红斑、大小不等的水泡、腐烂，重则伤害肌骨及体内阴液，有的因为治疗不及时伤疤终身跟随，对于爱美人士来说是很痛苦的事，长大了皮肤带着伤疤让爱美的自己痛心，去医院碰到堵车或者病号太多等因素错过最佳治疗时机，目前，临床使用的治疗烧烫伤药物以西药制剂为主，西药对于小面积的烧烫伤治疗效果快捷，但是针对大面积的治疗则显得力不从心，且存在成本高和副作用强的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供植萃修复粉，具备适用效果好的优点，解决了目前，临床使用的治疗烧烫伤药物以西药制剂为主，西药对于小面积的烧烫伤治疗效果快捷，但是针对大面积的治疗则显得力不从心，且存在成本高和副作用强的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：植萃修复粉，包括如下步骤：
（一）按重量百分比其配方如下：
血竭 11%-12%
蜜蜡 15%-16%
大黄 3%-18%
紫背草 15%-17%
藏红花 11%-12%
芦荟 13%-15%
紫草素 10%-20%
黄芩 8%-15%
黄柏 5%-12%
鸸鹋油 8%-15%。
（二）植萃修复粉的制备方法：
A、首先将血竭和蜜蜡投入加热器中进行加热融化并搅拌，当血竭和蜜蜡完成充分混合在一起之后，获得粉状物，取出备用；
B、然后将大黄、紫背草、藏红花、黄芩和黄柏投入反应釜中，然后加入去离子水进行加热，大火煮沸，小火慢熬30-40min，然后取出汁液，过滤备用；
C、将上述步骤制备获得的粉状物和汁液投入反应釜中，搅拌混合，搅拌10-20min后加入紫草素和芦荟，继续搅拌10-15min，然后再添加鸸鹋油，继续搅拌5-10min，即可得到所述的植萃修复粉。
优选的，所述步骤二中的步骤A血竭和蜜蜡的加热温度保持在100-150℃，搅拌速度为80-150r/min，搅拌时间为20-30min。
优选的，所述步骤二中的步骤B汁液在制备的过程中通过加入重量比5-15倍乙醇水溶液，在70-90°C的温度下回流提取1-3小时，然后过滤，药材反复提取3-5次，合并滤液，得到提纯的中药汁液。
优选的，所述步骤二中的步骤B采用80-100目的滤布对制备的汁液进行过滤，过滤2-4次。

实施例二：
在实施例一中，再加上下述工序：
步骤二中的步骤A血竭和蜜蜡的加热温度保持在100-150℃，搅拌速度为80-150r/min，搅拌时间为20-30min。
首先将血竭和蜜蜡投入加热器中进行加热融化并搅拌，当血竭和蜜蜡完成充分混合在一起之后，获得粉状物，取出备用；然后将大黄、紫背草、藏红花、黄芩和黄柏投入反应釜中，然后加入去离子水进行加热，大火煮沸，小火慢熬30-40min，然后取出汁液，过滤备用；最后将上述步骤制备获得的粉状物和汁液投入反应釜中，搅拌混合，搅拌10-20min后加入紫草素和芦荟，继续搅拌10-15min，然后再添加鸸鹋油，继续搅拌5-10min，即可得到的植萃修复粉。
实施例三：
在实施例二中，再加上下述工序：
步骤二中的步骤B汁液在制备的过程中通过加入重量比5-15倍乙醇水溶液，在70-90°C的温度下回流提取1-3小时，然后过滤，药材反复提取3-5次，合并滤液，得到提纯的中药汁液。
首先将血竭和蜜蜡投入加热器中进行加热融化并搅拌，当血竭和蜜蜡完成充分混合在一起之后，获得粉状物，取出备用；然后将大黄、紫背草、藏红花、黄芩和黄柏投入反应釜中，然后加入去离子水进行加热，大火煮沸，小火慢熬30-40min，然后取出汁液，过滤备用；最后将上述步骤制备获得的粉状物和汁液投入反应釜中，搅拌混合，搅拌10-20min后加入紫草素和芦荟，继续搅拌10-15min，然后再添加鸸鹋油，继续搅拌5-10min，即可得到的植萃修复粉。

在实施例三中，再加上下述工序：
步骤二中的步骤B采用80-100目的滤布对制备的汁液进行过滤，过滤2-4次。
首先将血竭和蜜蜡投入加热器中进行加热融化并搅拌，当血竭和蜜蜡完成充分混合在一起之后，获得粉状物，取出备用；然后将大黄、紫背草、藏红花、黄芩和黄柏投入反应釜中，然后加入去离子水进行加热，大火煮沸，小火慢熬30-40min，然后取出汁液，过滤备用；最后将上述步骤制备获得的粉状物和汁液投入反应釜中，搅拌混合，搅拌10-20min后加入紫草素和芦荟，继续搅拌10-15min，然后再添加鸸鹋油，继续搅拌5-10min，即可得到的植萃修复粉。
实施例五：
在实施例四中，再加上下述工序：
步骤二中的步骤C在添加鸸鹋油搅拌后继续添加增稠剂、食用香精，然后将制备获得的植萃修复粉进行杀菌，灌装，完成制备。
首先将血竭和蜜蜡投入加热器中进行加热融化并搅拌，当血竭和蜜蜡完成充分混合在一起之后，获得粉状物，取出备用；然后将大黄、紫背草、藏红花、黄芩和黄柏投入反应釜中，然后加入去离子水进行加热，大火煮沸，小火慢熬30-40min，然后取出汁液，过滤备用；最后将上述步骤制备获得的粉状物和汁液投入反应釜中，搅拌混合，搅拌10-20min后加入紫草素和芦荟，继续搅拌10-15min，然后再添加鸸鹋油，继续搅拌5-10min，即可得到的植萃修复粉。
实施例六：
在实施例五中，再加上下述工序：
步骤二中的步骤A中在加热的同时进行加压，压强控制在1-1.5的大气压。
首先将血竭和蜜蜡投入加热器中进行加热融化并搅拌，当血竭和蜜蜡完成充分混合在一起之后，获得粉状物，取出备用；然后将大黄、紫背草、藏红花、黄芩和黄柏投入反应釜中，然后加入去离子水进行加热，大火煮沸，小火慢熬30-40min，然后取出汁液，过滤备用；最后将上述步骤制备获得的粉状物和汁液投入反应釜中，搅拌混合，搅拌10-20min后加入紫草素和芦荟，继续搅拌10-15min，然后再添加鸸鹋油，继续搅拌5-10min，即可得到的植萃修复粉。
实施例七：
在实施例六中，再加上下述工序：
步骤二中的步骤B大火煮沸之后进行冷却，然后再次煮沸，之后再进行小火慢熬。
首先将血竭和蜜蜡投入加热器中进行加热融化并搅拌，当血竭和蜜蜡完成充分混合在一起之后，获得粉状物，取出备用；然后将大黄、紫背草、藏红花、黄芩和黄柏投入反应釜中，然后加入去离子水进行加热，大火煮沸，小火慢熬30-40min，然后取出汁液，过滤备用；最后将上述步骤制备获得的粉状物和汁液投入反应釜中，搅拌混合，搅拌10-20min后加入紫草素和芦荟，继续搅拌10-15min，然后再添加鸸鹋油，继续搅拌5-10min，即可得到的植萃修复粉。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

1.植萃修复粉，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：
（一）按重量百分比其配方如下：
血竭 11%-12%
蜜蜡 15%-16%
大黄 3%-18%
紫背草 15%-17%
藏红花 11%-12%
芦荟 13%-15%
紫草素 10%-20%
黄芩 8%-15%
黄柏 5%-12%
鸸鹋油 8%-15%；
（二）植萃修复粉的制备方法：
A、首先将血竭和蜜蜡投入加热器中进行加热融化并搅拌，当血竭和蜜蜡完成充分混合在一起之后，获得粉状物，取出备用；
B、然后将大黄、紫背草、藏红花、黄芩和黄柏投入反应釜中，然后加入去离子水进行加热，大火煮沸，小火慢熬30-40min，然后取出汁液，过滤备用；
C、最后将上述步骤制备获得的粉状物和汁液投入反应釜中，搅拌混合，搅拌10-20min后加入紫草素和芦荟，继续搅拌10-15min，然后再添加鸸鹋油，继续搅拌5-10min，即可得到所述的植萃修复粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植萃修复粉，其特征在于：所述步骤二中的步骤A血竭和蜜蜡的加热温度保持在100-150℃，搅拌速度为80-150r/min，搅拌时间为20-30min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的植萃修复粉，其特征在于：所述步骤二中的步骤B汁液在制备的过程中通过加入重量比5-15倍乙醇水溶液，在70-90°C的温度下回流提取1-3小时，然后过滤，药材反复提取3-5次，合并滤液，得到提纯的中药汁液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的植萃修复粉，其特征在于：所述步骤二中的步骤B采用80-100目的滤布对制备的汁液进行过滤，过滤2-4次。
5.根据权利要求1所述的植萃修复粉，其特征在于：所述步骤二中的步骤C在添加鸸鹋油搅拌后继续添加增稠剂、食用香精，然后将制备获得的植萃修复粉进行杀菌，灌装，完成制备。
6.根据权利要求1所述的植萃修复粉，其特征在于：所述步骤二中的步骤A中在加热的同时进行加压，压强控制在1-1.5的大气压。
7.根据权利要求1所述的植萃修复粉，其特征在于：所述步骤二中的步骤B大火煮沸之后进行冷却，然后再次煮沸，之后再进行小火慢熬。
