When in use: conveying water with the temperature of sixty ℃ into a deslagging unit 2, placing tableware to be cleaned in a first fixed box 21 and on the upper side surface of a pulling tooth 13, pouring detergent into the first fixed box 21 after placing, controlling a spray water pump 1-3 to work through a PLC (programmable logic controller) 15, conveying the water into a fixed pipe 2-1 by the spray water pump 1-3, spraying the water entering the fixed pipe 2-1 upwards through a spray head 2-3, then dropping the water into the first fixed box 21, mixing the water entering the first fixed box 21 with the detergent in the first fixed box 21, opening a bubbling machine 1-2 after the water in the first fixed box 21 is injected to a certain degree, decomposing residues and oil stains on the surfaces of the tableware by the detergent under the action of the bubbling machine 1-2, the device can conveniently remove the slag of the tableware, after a period of time, the PLC 15 is used for controlling the third motor 1-4 to work, the third motor 1-4 works to drive the toothed belt 12 to rotate, the toothed belt 12 rotates to enable the inside of the second fixed box 9 to move rightwards to the inside of the combined rack 1, when the tableware moves between two adjacent units, the third motor 1-4 is closed, then the spray water pump 1-3 is restarted, the spray water pump 1-3 is started to convey the water inside the first fixed box 21 to the inside of the cleaning unit 4, and then the water is sprayed to the tableware through the spray pipe 4-4 to clean the tableware, and the tableware can be conveniently cleaned through the device; after the tableware is cleaned, the third motor 1-4 is controlled to work again through the PLC 15, after the tableware moves rightwards and moves towards the rinsing unit 5, the hot water drum 5-1 is controlled to work through the PLC 15 to heat water in the rinsing unit 5, then the water regulating valve 5-3 is controlled to work through the PLC 15 to send hot water to the rinsing pipe 5-5 to be sprayed to the tableware, and the tableware can be further cleaned and preliminarily sterilized through the arrangement of the device; after the tableware is further cleaned and preliminarily sterilized, the third motor 1-4 is turned on again through the PLC 15 to enable the tableware to continuously move rightwards, the drying unit 6 is turned on in the process that the tableware continuously moves rightwards, the circulating fan 17 and the lower hanging heating pipe 6-2 are turned on to further sterilize and dry the tableware after further cleaning and preliminary sterilization, and the tableware drying device can be used for conveniently drying the tableware.
It is to be noted that the specific model of the PLC controller 15 disclosed in this embodiment is siemens S7-200, the spray water pump 1-3, the bubble blowing machine 1-2, the third motor 1-4, the complete machine control key 14, the hot water pack 5-1, the water transfer valve 5-3, the circulating fan 17, and the lower-hanging heating pipe 6-2 may be freely configured according to the actual application scenario, and the PLC controller 5 controls the spray water pump 1-3, the bubble blowing machine 1-2, the third motor 1-4, the complete machine control key 14, the hot water pack 5-1, the water transfer valve 5-3, the circulating fan 17, and the lower-hanging heating pipe 6-2 to operate by a method commonly used in the prior art.

tooth column (8): the slag removing device is provided with two tooth columns (8-2) at the right side and two tooth columns (8-1) at the left side, the tooth columns (8-2) at the right side are rotatably connected and fixed at the upper part of a second outlet fixed box (9), the tooth columns (8-1) at the left side are rotatably connected and connected on the corresponding inner side surfaces of a fixed plate (10), the fixed plate (10) is arranged at the upper end of the left side of a slag removing unit (2), guide rails (11) are arranged on a combined rack (1), the tooth columns (8) are respectively meshed with a toothed belt (12), two corresponding U-shaped guide grooves are arranged at the front side and the rear side of the first fixed box (21) and the second fixed box (9), the left end and the right end of the toothed belt (12) are slidably connected inside the two U-shaped guide grooves, uniformly distributed pulling teeth (13) are arranged on the side surfaces of the toothed belt (12), and output shafts of third motors (1-4) are fixed on the rear end surfaces of the tooth columns (8-2) at the right side, and the third motor (1-4) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the conveying unit (7);
a slag removal unit (2): the device comprises a fixed pipe (2-1), a spray head pipe (2-2) and a bubbling machine (1-2), wherein the fixed pipe (2-1) is U-shaped, the height of the fixed pipe exceeds the upper end face of a first fixed box (21), the fixed pipe is fixed on the left side wall outside the first fixed box (21), one end of the fixed pipe is connected with the bubbling machine (1-2), the other end of the fixed pipe is connected with the spray head pipe (2-2), spray heads (2-3) which are uniformly distributed are installed at the upper end of the circumferential face of the spray head pipe (2-2), and the lower side wall inside the first fixed box (21) is provided with the bubbling machine (1-2);
residue filtration unit (3): the slag filter comprises a slag filtering barrel (3-1), a slag filtering net (3-2) and a water outlet pipe (3-3), wherein the slag filtering barrel (3-1) is fixed on the side surface of a slag removing unit (2), the slag filtering net (3-2) is arranged in the slag filtering barrel (3-1), and the water outlet pipe (3-3) is arranged at the bottom of the slag filtering barrel (3-1);
cleaning unit (4): comprises a cleaning water tank (4-1), a filter residue net (4-2), a spraying upright post (4-3), a spraying pipe (4-4) and a spraying water pump (1-3); the cleaning device is characterized in that the cleaning water tank (4-1) is fixed on the combined rack (1) and is connected with the spray water pump (1-3), the spray water pump (1-3) is connected with the spray upright post (4-3), the spray pipe (4-4) is transversely connected with the spray upright post (4-3), the spray water pump (1-3) absorbs water from the cleaning water tank (4-1) and is then conducted into the spray pipe (4-4) through the spray upright post (4-3) to be sprayed out, the sprayed water flows back into the cleaning water tank (4-1) after being filtered by the filter screen (4-2), the upper part of the cleaning unit (4) is fixed with a PLC (15), the front side surface of the PLC (15) is provided with a whole machine control key (14), and the PLC (15) is electrically connected with the output end of an external power supply, the input ends of the residue removing unit (2), the residue filtering unit (3), the cleaning unit (4), the rinsing unit (5), the drying unit (6) and the conveying unit (7) are respectively and electrically connected with the PLC (15).
Rinsing unit (5): the device comprises a heating water drum (5-1), a hot water connecting pipe (5-2), a water regulating valve (5-3), a rinsing upright post (5-4), a rinsing pipe (5-5), a water inlet hose (5-8), a water inlet (5-9) and a water receiving platform (5-6), wherein the rinsing unit (5) is matched with a cleaning unit (4); the heating water bags (5-1) are connected through hot water connecting pipes (5-2), the water pressure is adjusted through water adjusting valves (5-3), the water is sprayed out through rinsing pipes (5-5) of rinsing columns (5-4), and the sprayed water flows into a water tank (4-1) of the cleaning unit (4) after being collected back by a water collecting platform (5-6).
Drying unit (6): two drying air channel combinations (16) are arranged, and each drying air channel combination (16) is correspondingly arranged at the upper end inside the drying box (6).
