The device for cleaning the components for producing the earphones as recited in claim 1, further comprising a servo motor (19), a stirring shaft and a rotating tooth (20), wherein the servo motor (19) is arranged in the placing cavity, the output end of the servo motor (19) is connected with the bottom end of the stirring shaft, the rotating tooth (20) is arranged at the top end of the stirring shaft, and the rotating tooth (20) is arranged in the first working cavity.

The device for cleaning components for earphone production according to claim 2, further comprising a shutter (28), a third cylinder (29), a first support rod (30), a second support rod, a second rotating shaft (31), a third rotating shaft and a conveyor belt (32), wherein the bottom end of the third cylinder is connected with the top end of the bottom plate, the top end of the third cylinder is connected with the bottom end of the first support rod, the front end of the second rotating shaft (31) penetrates through the top end of the first support rod (30) and then is connected with the output end of a second positive and negative motor (33), the second support rod is arranged on the right side of the top end of the cleaning tank, the rear side of the top end of the second support rod is rotatably connected with the third rotating shaft, and the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft are in transmission connection through the conveyor belt, the stop door (28) is arranged at the right end of the lifting box (10), and the rear end of the stop door (28) is rotatably connected with the right side of the rear end of the cleaning pool (1) through a hinge.

The device for cleaning components and parts for producing the earphones as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a cleaning solution tank (22) and a second connecting pipe (23), wherein the cleaning solution tank (22) is arranged at the right end of the second support, a second water pump (24) is arranged at the top end of the cleaning solution tank (22), the input end of the second connecting pipe (23) is communicated with the bottom end of the cleaning solution tank (22), the output end of the second connecting pipe (23) is communicated with the right end of the first working chamber through the second water pump (24), a cleaning solution inlet pipe is arranged at the right end of the cleaning solution tank (22), and the left end of the cleaning solution inlet pipe is communicated with the right end of the cleaning solution tank (22).
6. A cleaning device for components and parts used for earphone production according to claim 5, further comprising a moving wheel (25), wherein the moving wheel (25) is arranged at the bottom end of the bottom plate (7).

The device for cleaning components and parts for producing the earphones as recited in claim 6, further comprising a third connecting pipe (26) and a plurality of groups of fourth connecting pipes, wherein the plurality of groups of nozzle groups are arranged on the top end of the lifting box (10), the top ends of the plurality of groups of nozzle groups are all communicated with the bottom end of the fourth connecting pipe group, the top ends of the fourth connecting pipes are all communicated with the output end of the third connecting pipe (26), the input end of the third connecting pipe (26) is communicated with the output end of a second communicating hose, and the input end of the second communicating hose is communicated with the output end of the first water pump (5).
