在图中所示的示例性实施例中(例如参见图2),封装传感器11和触觉反馈模块10的罩壳装置有两种类型,这是因为柔性蒙皮12覆盖传感器11,并且由注射塑料材料制成的上壳体9补充主体2的前表面。
在本发明的另一实施例中,上壳体形成主体2的整个可见前表面,也就是说,上壳体覆盖传感器11和触觉反馈模块10。于是,传感器11可以通过与上壳体一起模制而产生。
在图示的示例中,设置有传感器11的控制区域5因此覆盖有由硅树脂材料制成的柔性蒙皮12。还应当注意到,在下壳体6中存在触觉反馈模块10。在图示的示例中,触觉反馈模块10包括三个致动器13,它们通过U形钉14紧固在下壳体6上。
上壳体9固定在下壳体6上。在当前情况下,分成两个子元件的上壳体9不覆盖传感器11的系列;继而,传感器11被柔性硅树脂蒙皮12覆盖。因此,内部把手1的对用户可见的表面由塑料材料的上壳体9(可能分为两部分)和硅树脂的蒙皮12形成,这显现了传感器11的位置并且因此也显现了控制区域5的位置。
这组传感器11和触觉反馈模块10连接到车辆的电子控制单元(ECU),该电子控制单元以传统方式包括处理器、ROM、EPROM、EEPROM和RAM存储器以及输入/输出接口。ECU嵌入一个或若干软件。
传感器11例如通过车辆的CAN总线连接到ECU,从而将测量数据(传感器11响应于微变形的电阻变化)传输到ECU之一。
在本发明的情况下,ECU嵌入特定的软件,该软件处理来自传感器11的数据并且根据它们的特征确定将在车辆中执行什么动作。
图8至图10示出了可以由把手1控制的三种功能,可以回顾,除了触觉反馈模块10之外,该把手不具有任何移动机械部件:
-图8示出了集成在车门盒中的小屏幕16上的导航控制;
-图9示出了门17的窗户的升高和降低的控制;
-图10示出了用于解锁门17的控制。
这三个非常不同的功能由用户从唯一的控制区域5监控。
图11示出了用户如何控制屏幕16。为此,用户抓握把手的主体2并在把手端部处将他的拇指放置在传感器112上方;用户的四个手指施加在主体2上的压力由传感器111a检测,并且用户拇指的运动由传感器112检测。由传感器111a和112检测的电信号被传输到ECU。根据在ECU处进行的分析,动作被传输到屏幕16(例如,移位屏幕16上的指针并选择屏幕16上显示的菜单),并且动作被传输到触觉反馈模块10,使得它例如在选择屏幕16上的菜单时发出振动。
图12示出了用户如何控制窗户的升高和降低。为此,用户握紧把手的主体并在把手端部处将他的拇指放置在形成凸起的传感器111c上;用户的四个手指施加在主体2上的压力由传感器111a检测,并且拇指的压力(在用户试图升高或降低窗户的情况下,通常是连续且温和的压力)由传感器111c检测。由传感器111a和111c的变形生成的电信号被传输到ECU。根据在ECU处进行的分析,动作被传输到容纳在车门盒中的引擎,该引擎引起窗户的升高和降低,并且动作被传输到触觉模块10,使得该触觉模块在窗户的升高或降低期间发出振动,该振动唤起用户对其请求的考虑和对该控制的执行。
图13示出了用户如何控制门17的解锁。为此,用户握紧把手的主体2并在把手端部处将他的食指放置在形成凸起的传感器111b上;用户的四个手指施加在主体2上的压力由传感器111a检测,并且食指的压力(在用户试图解锁门的情况下,通常是强烈且短暂的)由传感器111c检测。由传感器111a和111c的变形生成的电信号被传输到ECU。根据在ECU处进行的分析,动作被传输到电机,该电机引起门的解锁,并且动作被传输到触觉模块10,使得其发出例如强烈且短暂的振动,该振动唤起用户例如连杆机构开始移动。
根据本发明的乘客舱设备允许为用户带来直观方式的运动,并且允许容易地学习该控制设备的使用。
这些示出的三个功能并不限制本发明;该设备能够控制乘客舱中存在的所有可能的功能并且可由用户从唯一的控制区域5进行控制和监控。
因此,本发明提供了一种乘客舱设备,其没有任何机构并且由于用户在独特设备上施加手动动作的传感器可以控制车辆功能,该独特设备模仿用户通常在多个机械控制构件上执行的手动动作。这可以通过向用户提供对他来说熟悉和直观的动作而避免了用户不稳定,同时使用户从传统机构特有的约束(定位和集成到车辆乘客舱中的成本和复杂性)中解放出来。
本发明更具体地参照把手进行描述,但是例如可以应用于方向盘,在该方向盘中,传感器设置为用于控制听觉警告设备或方向指示器。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于控制机动车辆的功能的乘客舱设备,其特征在于,所述乘客舱设备包括:主体(2),在该主体中形成有控制区域(5),该控制区域包括传感器(11),所述传感器被配置为响应于例如在所述传感器(11)中的至少一个上施加力或压力的动作而生成电信号,并且所述传感器能够连接到车辆的电子控制单元(ECU);触觉反馈模块(10),其能够连接到ECU,邻近所述控制区域(5);以及罩壳元件,其覆盖所述传感器(11)和所述触觉反馈模块(10),由所述传感器(11)生成的电信号被传输到ECU以在其中进行分析并被转换为对车辆的功能和所述触觉反馈模块(10)的控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乘客舱设备,其特征在于,所述传感器(11)由导电材料构成,所述导电材料能够测量在其上接触或施加压力期间与该材料的微变形相关的电信号变化。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的乘客舱设备,其特征在于,所述传感器(11)以电容模式或以电阻模式作用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的乘客舱设备,其特征在于,所述主体包括下壳体(6)和罩壳装置,所述传感器(11)和所述触觉反馈模块(10)设置在所述下壳体与所述罩壳装置之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的乘客舱设备,其特征在于,所述罩壳装置包括在整个下壳体(6)上方延伸的上壳体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的乘客舱设备,其特征在于,所述传感器(11)通过与所述上壳体一起模制而产生。
7.根据权利要求4所述的乘客舱设备,其特征在于,所述罩壳装置包括与上壳体(9)相补充的柔性蒙皮(12),所述上壳体部分地在所述下壳体(6)上方延伸。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的乘客舱设备,其特征在于,所述传感器(112)具有至少一个平面部分,用户的手指能够放置在所述平面部分上。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,至少一个传感器(111b、111c)在所述控制区域(5)的表面处形成凸起,用户的手指能够放置在所述凸起上。
10.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的乘客舱设备,其特征在于,所述设备属于包括门把手、仪表板元件、中央控制台、扶手、方向盘、A柱、B柱或C柱、车门盒、头枕、座椅元件的组。
11.一种机动车辆,其包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的用于控制功能的乘客舱设备。
