The identity and the position information of the identity are information which is locally pre-stored in a spectator side, the first comment information, the identity and the position information of the identity are sent to the server side together, when the server side cannot obtain the identity information which is obtained from a preset identity database and corresponds to the identity information of the spectator side, the position information and the loading link of the identity can be returned to the spectator side by reading the identity and the position information of the identity which are locally pre-stored in the spectator side so that the spectator side can generate and send second comment information in a live broadcast room.

an information receiving module 201, configured to receive speech information and identity information of a viewer;
an identification information obtaining module 202, configured to obtain, from a preset identification database, identification information corresponding to the identification information of the viewer; the identity identification information comprises the position information and the loading link of the identity identification;
a sending module 203, configured to send the first utterance information, the identity information, and the identity information to the viewer.

Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device 900 may be, but is not limited to, a combination of one or more of various servers, personal computers, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and the like.
In the preferred embodiment of the present application, the electronic device 900 comprises a memory 901, at least one processor 902, at least one communication bus 903, and a transceiver 904.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the electronic device shown in fig. 8 is not limited to the embodiments of the present application, and may be a bus-type configuration or a star-type configuration, and that the electronic device 900 may include more or less hardware or software than those shown, or a different arrangement of components.
In some embodiments, the electronic device 900 is a device capable of automatically performing numerical calculations and/or information processing according to instructions set or stored in advance, and the hardware includes but is not limited to a microprocessor, an application specific integrated circuit, a programmable gate array, a digital processor, an embedded device, and the like. The electronic device 900 may also include a client device, which includes, but is not limited to, any electronic product capable of interacting with a client through a keyboard, a mouse, a remote controller, a touch pad, or a voice control device, for example, a personal computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, a digital camera, and the like.
It should be noted that the electronic device 900 is only an example, and other existing or future electronic products, such as those that may be adapted to the present application, are also included in the scope of the present application and are incorporated by reference herein.
In some embodiments, the memory 901 stores a computer program, which when executed by the at least one processor 902, implements all or part of the steps of the live speaking method according to the first embodiment. The Memory 901 includes a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), a One-time Programmable Read-Only Memory (OTPROM), an electronically Erasable rewritable Read-Only Memory (Electrically-Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM)), an optical Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM) or other optical disk Memory, a magnetic disk Memory, a tape Memory, or any other medium readable by a computer that can be used to carry or store data.
In some embodiments, the at least one processor 902 is a Control Unit (Control Unit) of the electronic device 900, connects various components of the electronic device 900 by various interfaces and lines, and executes various functions and processes data of the electronic device 900 by running or executing programs or modules stored in the memory 901 and calling data stored in the memory 901. For example, the at least one processor 902, when executing the computer program stored in the memory, implements all or part of the steps of the live speech method described in the embodiments of the present application; or implement all or part of the functionality of a live speaking device. The at least one processor 902 may be composed of an integrated circuit, for example, a single packaged integrated circuit, or may be composed of a plurality of integrated circuits packaged with the same or different functions, including one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs), microprocessors, digital processing chips, graphics processors, and combinations of various control chips.
In some embodiments, the at least one communication bus 903 is arranged to enable connective communication between the memory 901 and the at least one processor 902, etc.
The electronic device 900 may further include various sensors, a bluetooth module, a Wi-Fi module, and the like, which are not described herein again.
Example seven:

Claims (15)

1. A method of live speaking, the method comprising:
acquiring first statement information, identity information and identity identification information returned by a server side; the identity identification information comprises the position information and the loading link of the identity identification;
determining the position of the identity mark display in the first language information and the identity information by using a preset placeholder according to the position information;
according to the identity of the viewer end loaded by the loading link, displaying the identity at the position determined by the placeholder;
and generating second speech information according to the first speech information, the identity information and the identity identification, and displaying the second speech information in a live broadcast room.
2. The live speaking method according to claim 1, after the step of loading the identity of the audience according to the loading link, further comprising:
if the loading of the identity of the audience is not completed within the preset time, displaying the placeholder at the position where the identity is displayed in the first comment information and the identity information;
generating third speech information according to the first speech information, the identity information and the placeholder;
and displaying the third speech information in the live broadcast room.
3. The live speaking method according to claim 2, wherein the step of generating the third speaking information comprises:
acquiring display direction information of a viewer end;
determining the width information of the placeholder according to a preset display rule and the display direction information of a viewer;
displaying the placeholders with corresponding widths at the positions of the displayed identity marks in the first comment information and the identity information according to the width information of the placeholders;
and generating third speaking information according to the first speaking information, the identity information and the placeholder.
4. The live speaking method according to claim 3, wherein the display direction information includes a portrait screen display or a landscape screen display;
if the display mode of the audience side is vertical screen display, the width of the placeholder is made to be 0;
if the display mode of the audience side is horizontal screen display, acquiring the width information of the identity mark;
and determining the width information of the placeholder according to the width information of the identity.
5. The live speaking method according to claim 2, wherein after the step of displaying the third speaking information in the live room, the live speaking method further comprises:
and if the identity mark of the audience is loaded, replacing the placeholder of the third speech information with the identity mark, and displaying the replaced third speech information in the live broadcast room.
6. The live speaking method according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the step of obtaining the first speaking information, the identity information and the identity identification information returned by the server side comprises:
receiving an XML format file returned by a server;
and analyzing the XML-formatted file according to a preset analysis rule to acquire first comment information, identity information and identity identification information.
7. The live broadcast speaking method according to claim 6, before the step of obtaining the first speaking information, the identity information and the identity information returned by the server, further comprising:
acquiring first comment information and identity information of a viewer;
acquiring an identity mark corresponding to the identity information and position information of the identity mark;
and sending the first language information, the identity identification and the position information of the identity identification to the server side.
8. A live speech method, comprising the steps of:
receiving first comment information and identity information of a viewer;
acquiring identity identification information corresponding to the identity information of the audience terminal from a preset identity identification database; the identity identification information comprises the position information and the loading link of the identity identification;
and sending the first language information, the identity information and the identity identification information to the audience.
9. The live broadcast speaking method according to claim 8, further comprising, before obtaining the identification information corresponding to the identification information of the audience from a preset identification database, the following steps:
receiving an identity mark and position information of the identity mark sent by a viewer;
after the identification information corresponding to the identification information of the audience terminal is obtained from a preset identification database, the method further comprises the following steps:
if the identity information corresponding to the identity information of the audience terminal is not acquired in the preset identity database, generating a loading link according to the identity transmitted by the audience terminal;
and sending the first comment information, the identity information, the loading link and the position information of the identity mark to the audience.
10. A live speaking method according to any one of claims 8-9, wherein the step of sending the speaking information, the identity information and the identity information to the audience comprises:
packaging the speaking information, the identity information and the identity identification information into a file in an XML format;
and sending the XML format file to the viewer.
11. A live broadcast speaking system comprises a server side and a spectator side, and is characterized in that:
the server side receives the speech information and the identity information of the audience side; acquiring identity identification information corresponding to the identity information of the audience terminal from a preset identity identification database; the identity identification information comprises the position information and the loading link of the identity identification; sending the speaking information, the identity information and the identity identification information to the audience;
the audience terminal acquires first comment information, identity information and identity identification information returned by the server terminal; the identity identification information comprises the position information and the loading link of the identity identification; determining the position of the identity mark display in the first language information and the identity information by using a preset placeholder according to the position information; according to the identity of the viewer end loaded by the loading link, displaying the identity at the position determined by the placeholder; and generating second speech information according to the first speech information, the identity information and the identity identification, and displaying the second speech information in a live broadcast room.
12. A live-talk apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the identity information acquisition module is used for acquiring first comment information, identity information and identity identification information returned by the server; the identity identification information comprises the position information and the loading link of the identity identification;
the place-occupying module is used for determining the position of the identity mark display in the first comment information and the identity information by using a preset place-occupying character according to the position information;
the loading module is used for loading the identity of the viewer end according to the loading link and displaying the identity at the position determined by the placeholder;
and the speaking module is used for generating second speaking information according to the first speaking information, the identity information and the identity identification and displaying the second speaking information in a live broadcast room.
13. A live-talk apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the information receiving module is used for receiving the speaking information and the identity information of the audience;
