Background
The safe and stable operation of the ultra-high voltage transmission line is related to the safety of a power grid. When the power grid normally operates, low-value and zero-value insulators are inevitable, replacement of the low-value and zero-value insulators is an important component of unit safety maintenance work, and the insulator replacement fixture and the operation method are particularly important.
At present, for 420kN triple strain insulator strings (as shown in figures 1 and 2) of a +/-800 kV extra-high voltage transmission line, because the insulator strings are too long, each insulator string is provided with 74 insulators, the length of each insulator string is 15170mm, and a total length of the insulator strings is 17100 mm. When low-value and zero-value insulators appear, the operation method of replacing the single insulator by the closed fixture is mainly adopted, and the insulator replacement operation is complex and the replacement efficiency is low due to the fact that a whole string of insulator replacement tools are not available.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a replacement tool for a triple strain insulator string of 420kN, and solves the technical problem that the whole string of insulators of the triple strain insulator string cannot be replaced.
The replacement tool comprises a main fixture and an auxiliary fixture, and the main fixture and the auxiliary fixture are matched with a hardware fitting cross arm end and a wire end of the insulator string to realize the whole string dismantling of the triple three-hanging strain insulator string.

Fig. 1 and 2 show assembling diagrams of a 420kN triple three-hanging strain insulator string hardware fitting of a +/-800 kV line, the distance between insulator strings is 650mm, each string of insulator strings is provided with 74 420kN insulators except a connecting hardware fitting, and the length is 15170 mm. The insulator connecting length is 205mm, and the porcelain skirt diameter is 400 mm.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the insulator string hardware cross arm end includes: the hitch plate 1, parallel link plate 6, insulator 2, insulator chain gold utensil wire end include: insulator 2, grading ring 3, socket link plate 4, cross link plate 5, parallel link plate bolt 6, parallel link plate 7.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the invention provides a triple strain insulator string replacing tool, which comprises a main fixture and an auxiliary tool.
Wherein the main fixture includes: the cross arm end clamp 8, the wire end clamp 16, the insulating pull rod 10 and the hydraulic tightener 9 are used as main stress tools and used for bearing the tension of the wires.
The cross arm end clamp 8 is a wing type clamp, and as shown in fig. 5 and 6, includes a central clamping groove 32 and two wing parts 33. The central part clamping groove 32 is matched with the cross arm side traction plate 1 and is connected with the cross arm side traction plate by a bolt 23 and a nut 24, and the two wing parts 33 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the central part and are used for being connected with the hydraulic tightener 9.
The wire end clamp 16 is a flap clamp, as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, and includes a flap clamp main body 25, a rotating shaft 26, a flap 27 and a groove portion 34, the flap 27 can be turned around the rotating shaft 26, and the groove portion 34 is located at the center of the flap clamp main body and at the position of the flap 27 close to the rotating shaft 26, and is used for being connected with the parallel hanging plate bolt 6, the parallel hanging plate 7 and the cross hanging plate 5 in a matching manner.
Fig. 7 shows the open state of the wire end clamp, which can be opened by removing the nut 28, opening the flap 27 and fitting the body groove 34 over the hexagonal head of the bolt 6.
Figure 8 shows the closed position of the wire end clamp with the flap 27 closed, the flap recess portion 34 over the hex head of the bolt 6 and the nut 28 tightened to close the wire end clamp.
The cross arm end clamp 8 is connected with the lead end clamp 16 sequentially through the hydraulic tightener 9 and the insulating pull rod 10 to form a main stress clamp.
As shown in fig. 9, the main body 25 of the wire end clamp 16 has coupling lugs 31 at both ends.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the auxiliary tool comprises an auxiliary closed type clamp rear clamp 12, an auxiliary closed type clamp front clamp 13, a lengthened double-end screw 14, a lengthened joint 15, a special insulation pulley and an insulation rope, and is used for matching with the main clamp to realize replacement of the whole string of insulators. The special insulation pulley comprises a bowl head pulley 21 and a cross plate pulley 20.
When the insulator string needs to be replaced, the auxiliary closed type front clamp 13 is installed on the sixth insulator steel cap at the wire end, the auxiliary closed type front clamp 13 and the extension joint 15 are connected through the lengthened double-head screw rod 14, the extension joint 15 is connected with the connection lug 31 of the wire end clamp, and the lengthened double-head screw rod is pre-tightened. The auxiliary closed type clamp rear clamp 12 is installed on the 2 nd insulator steel cap at the cross arm end, and the U-shaped hanging ring 11 is installed at the two ends of the rear clamp.
The cross arm end clamp 8 is connected with the wire end clamp 16 sequentially through the hydraulic tightener 9 and the insulation pull rod 10, the hydraulic tightener 9 is tightened, the wire end clamp 16, the cross arm end clamp 8 and the insulation pull rod 10 are stressed until the insulator string is loosened, and the load is transferred to the insulation pull rod 10. And (4) tightening the lengthened double-end screw rod 14, and sequentially removing the insulators from the first insulator to the fifth insulator at the end of the lead.
A bowl head pulley 21 and a cross plate pulley 20 form a pulley group by an insulating rope and are lifted to the side of a lead, the bowl head pulley 21 is connected with a sixth insulator, the cross plate pulley 20 is matched with a cross hanging plate 5, and the insulating rope passes through a steering pulley arranged on a cross arm of an iron tower and is guided to the ground (the steering pulley and the cross arm of the iron tower are not shown in the figure).
