Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of extra-high voltage transmission line overhaul, in particular to a triple strain insulator string replacement tool and a replacement method thereof.
Background
The safe and stable operation of the ultra-high voltage transmission line is related to the safety of the power grid. When the power grid normally operates, the occurrence of low-value zero-value insulators is unavoidable, and the replacement work of the low-value zero-value insulators is an important component part of unit safety maintenance work, wherein the insulator replacement fixture and the operation method are particularly important.
At present, for 420kN triple strain insulator strings (shown in fig. 1 and 2) of an ultra-high voltage transmission line with the voltage of +/-800 kV, each insulator string is provided with 74 pieces of insulators due to the fact that the insulator strings are too long, the length is 15170mm, and the total length is 17100mm. When the low-value zero-value insulator appears, the operation method of replacing the single insulator by the closed fixture is mainly adopted, and the whole string of insulator replacing tools is not needed, so that the insulator replacing operation is complex, and the replacing efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a 420kN triple strain insulator string replacement tool, which solves the technical problem that the whole string of insulators of the triple strain insulator string cannot be replaced.
The invention particularly provides a replacement tool for a triple-connection strain insulator string, which comprises a main fixture and an auxiliary fixture, wherein the main fixture and the auxiliary fixture are matched with a cross arm end and a wire end of an insulator string hardware fitting to realize the whole string dismantling of the triple-connection strain insulator string.
Preferably, the insulator string hardware cross arm end includes: the hardware fitting wire end of the insulator string comprises an insulator, a grading ring, a bowl head hanging plate, a cross hanging plate, a parallel hanging plate bolt and a parallel hanging plate.
Preferably, the main fixture comprises a cross arm end fixture, a wire end fixture, an insulating pull rod and a hydraulic wire tightener, wherein the cross arm end fixture is connected with the wire end fixture through the hydraulic wire tightener and the insulating pull rod in sequence and is used as a main stress tool for bearing the tension of a wire.
Preferably, the auxiliary tool comprises an auxiliary closed clamp rear clamp, an auxiliary closed clamp front clamp, a lengthened double-head screw rod, an extension joint, a special insulation pulley and an insulation rope, and is used for being matched with a main clamp to realize replacement of the whole string of insulators.
Preferably, the cross arm end clamp is an airfoil clamp and comprises a central part clamping groove and two wing parts, wherein the central part clamping groove is matched with the cross arm side traction plate, and the two wing parts are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the central part and are used for being connected with the hydraulic tightener.
Preferably, the wire end clamp is a plate-turning clamp and comprises a plate-turning clamp main body, a rotating shaft, a plate-turning plate and a groove part, wherein the plate-turning plate can turn around the rotating shaft, and the groove part is positioned at the center of the plate-turning clamp main body and near the rotating shaft and is used for being matched and connected with a parallel hanging plate bolt, a parallel hanging plate and a cross hanging plate.
Preferably, the special insulation pulley comprises a bowl head pulley and a cross plate pulley.
Further, the invention also provides a method for replacing the triple strain insulator string, which comprises the following steps:
s1: the auxiliary closed type front clamp is arranged on a sixth insulator steel cap of the lead end, the auxiliary closed type front clamp and an extension joint are connected by a lengthening double-end lead screw, the extension joint is connected with a connecting lug of the lead end clamp, and the lengthening double-end lead screw is pre-tensioned;
s2: the auxiliary closed type rear clamp is arranged on a 2 nd insulator steel cap at the cross arm end, and U-shaped hanging rings are arranged at the two ends of the auxiliary closed type rear clamp;
s3: the cross arm end clamp is connected with the wire end clamp sequentially through the hydraulic wire tightener and the insulating pull rod, and the hydraulic wire tightener is tightened to enable the wire end clamp, the cross arm end clamp and the insulating pull rod to bear force until the insulator string is loosened, and the load is transferred to the insulating pull rod;
s4: tightening the lengthened double-head screw rod, and sequentially removing the 1 st to 5 th insulators at the wire end;
s5: the bowl head pulley and the cross plate pulley form a pulley group by using an insulating rope, the pulley group is lifted to the side of a lead, the bowl head pulley 21 is connected with a 6 th insulator, the cross plate pulley is matched with a cross hanging plate, and the insulating rope penetrates through a steering pulley arranged on a cross arm of an iron tower to be guided to the ground;
s6: and (3) penetrating another insulating rope on the U-shaped hanging ring, disconnecting the first insulator at the cross arm end from the hardware fitting, gradually loosening the insulating rope by utilizing the pulley block, and guiding the insulator string to the ground, thereby realizing the whole string dismantling of the triple three-hanging strain insulator string.
The invention solves the technical problem that the whole insulator string of the triple tension insulator string cannot be replaced, and compared with the prior art, the replacement operation is simple and the replacement efficiency is higher.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which are obtained by a person skilled in the art based on the described embodiments of the invention, fall within the scope of protection of the invention.
Fig. 1 and 2 show an assembly drawing of a +/-800 kV line 420kN triple-hanging strain insulator string hardware fitting, the insulator string spacing is 650mm, and each string of insulator string is provided with 420kN insulator 74 pieces and 15170mm in length except for a connecting hardware fitting. The connection length of the insulator is 205mm, and the diameter of the porcelain skirt is 400mm.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the insulator string hardware cross arm end includes: traction plate 1, parallel link plate 6, insulator 2, insulator chain gold utensil wire end includes: insulator 2, equalizer ring 3, bowl head link plate 4, cross link plate 5, parallel link plate bolt 6, parallel link plate 7.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the invention provides a triple strain insulator string replacement tool, which comprises a main fixture and an auxiliary tool.
Wherein the main fixture includes: the cross arm end clamp 8, the wire end clamp 16, the insulating pull rod 10 and the hydraulic tightener 9 are used as main stress tools for bearing the wire tension.
The cross arm end clamp 8 is an airfoil clamp, and as shown in fig. 5 and 6, comprises a central clamping groove 32 and two wing parts 33. The central clamping groove 32 is matched with the cross arm side traction plate 1, the two parts are connected by bolts 23 and nuts 24, and the two wing parts 33 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the central part and are used for being connected with the hydraulic tightener 9.
The wire end fixture 16 is a board turning clamp, as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, and comprises a board turning clamp main body 25, a rotating shaft 26, a board turning plate 27 and a groove part 34, wherein the board turning plate 27 can turn around the rotating shaft 26, and the groove part 34 is positioned at the center of the board turning clamp main body and the position of the board turning plate 27 close to the rotating shaft 26 and is used for being matched and connected with the parallel hanging plate bolt 6, the parallel hanging plate 7 and the cross hanging plate 5.
Fig. 7 shows the wire end clamp in an open state, and the wire end clamp can be opened by removing the nut 28, opening the turning plate 27, and sleeving the main body groove 34 outside the hexagonal head of the bolt 6.
Fig. 8 shows the wire end clamp in a closed state, the turning plate 27 is closed, the groove part 34 of the turning plate is sleeved outside the hexagonal head of the bolt 6, and the nut 28 is screwed tightly, so that the wire end clamp can be closed.
The cross arm end clamp 8 is connected with the lead end clamp 16 sequentially through the hydraulic tightener 9 and the insulating pull rod 10 to form a main stress clamp.
As shown in fig. 9, the body 25 of the wire end clamp 16 has coupling lugs 31 at both ends.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the auxiliary tool comprises an auxiliary closed type card rear card 12, an auxiliary closed type card front card 13, an elongated double-headed screw 14, an elongated joint 15, a special insulation pulley and an insulation rope, and is used for being matched with a main clamp to realize replacement of the whole string of insulators. Wherein the special insulation block comprises a bowl head block 21 and a cross plate block 20.
When the insulator string is required to be replaced, the auxiliary closed type clamp front clamp 13 is arranged on a sixth insulator steel cap of the lead end, the auxiliary closed type clamp front clamp 13 and the extension joint 15 are connected through the extension double-end lead screw 14, the extension joint 15 is connected with the connecting lug 31 of the lead end clamp, and the extension double-end lead screw is pre-tensioned. The auxiliary closed type rear clamp 12 is arranged on the 2 nd insulator steel cap at the cross arm end, and U-shaped hanging rings 11 are arranged at the two ends of the rear clamp.
The cross arm end clamp 8 is connected with the wire end clamp 16 sequentially through the hydraulic wire tightener 9 and the insulating pull rod 10, and the hydraulic wire tightener 9 is tightened to enable the wire end clamp 16, the cross arm end clamp 8 and the insulating pull rod 10 to bear force until the insulator string is loosened, and the load is transferred to the insulating pull rod 10. And (5) tightening the lengthening double-head screw rod 14, and sequentially removing the insulators from the (1) th piece to the (5) th piece of the lead end.
The bowl head pulley 21 and the cross plate pulley 20 are combined into a pulley block by using an insulating rope, and are lifted to the wire side, the bowl head pulley 21 is connected with a (6) th insulator, the cross plate pulley 20 is matched with the cross hanging plate 5, and the insulating rope is led to the ground through a steering pulley arranged on a cross arm of an iron tower (the steering pulley and the cross arm of the iron tower are not shown in the drawing).
Another 1 insulating rope is threaded on the U-shaped hanging ring 11, the connection between the first insulator at the cross arm end and the hardware fitting is taken off, the insulating rope is gradually loosened by utilizing a pulley block consisting of the bowl head pulley 21 and the cross plate pulley 20, and the insulator string is guided to the ground, so that the whole string of the triple-hanging tension insulator string is removed.
