The device can improve the stifled hole quality, and the operating time of extension inflation material improves the degree of fragmentation of rock and the effective energy utilization of inflation material and utilizes, guarantees the tunnel blasting effect to improve the tunnel blasting tunnelling progress. The current big gun hole blocks up still through manual operation, takes a lot of work and time to block up the quality very poor again promptly, and the problem of punching a hole is serious, and explosive gas escapes too early, can not the broken rock effect of full play explosive, leads to tunnel blasting to reach anticipated effect, and explosive utilization ratio greatly reduced causes a large amount of overbreaks even, owers and explodes flyrock etc..
