Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the features and aspects of the embodiments of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the embodiments of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings. In the following description of the technology, for purposes of explanation, numerous details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the disclosed embodiments. However, one or more embodiments may be practiced without these details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices may be shown in simplified form in order to simplify the drawing.
A method of controlling sterilization of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
Because under the condition that the air conditioner is not opened for a long time, the inside can be than more moist or even remain partial comdenstion water of air conditioner water collector, be in under the humid state for a long time when the water collector perhaps its inside is long-term when the residual has the comdenstion water, lead to microorganism such as bacterium or mould to breed in the inside of water collector easily, and also can produce the comdenstion water and persist to the water collector in the air conditioner operation process, and then also can lead to breeding the microorganism easily in the water collector, consequently need be to the different running state of air conditioner and the different states that the water collector of air conditioner located, carry out germicidal treatment to the water collector.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of ultraviolet sterilization modules emitting ultraviolet rays with different wavelengths are disposed in the air conditioner, wherein the plurality may be two or more. Specifically, in some embodiments, the ultraviolet sterilization module may include a first external sterilization module and a second ultraviolet sterilization module, the first ultraviolet sterilization module is configured to emit ultraviolet rays in a UVD band, the ultraviolet rays in the UVD band enable oxygen in the air to be oxidized into ozone, and the ozone is capable of oxidizing microorganisms to achieve a rapid sterilization function. The second ultraviolet sterilization module is used for emitting ultraviolet rays in a UVC wave band, the wavelength of the ultraviolet rays in the UVC wave band is different from that of the ultraviolet rays in the UVD wave band, and DNA (deoxyribose nucleic acid) of microorganisms can be damaged when the microorganisms are irradiated by the ultraviolet rays in the UVC wave band, so that most of bacteria or molds can be killed. When considering that the air conditioner operates to different stages and is in different running states promptly to and ponding degree or humidity difference in the water collector, the environment that also multiplies the bacterium is different, then can control the ultraviolet sterilization module start-up of different ultraviolet wave bands, in order to satisfy the demand of disinfecting under the different states.
Specifically, according to the sterilization requirements of the water pan of the air conditioner in different states, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling sterilization of the air conditioner, and as shown in fig. 1, the method is a flowchart of the method for controlling sterilization of the air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method for controlling the sterilization of the air conditioner at least comprises the steps S1-S3, which are concretely as follows.
And S1, detecting the running state of the air conditioner and the state of a water receiving tray of the air conditioner.
The main control module in the air conditioner can perform detection on the operation state of the air conditioner, for example, detect that the air conditioner is in a state of just starting up, or detect that the air conditioner is operating in a cooling mode. The state of the receiving tray can be detected by detecting the humidity inside the water receiving tray and the height of the water level in the water receiving tray, for example, by arranging at least one humidity sensor to detect the humidity value inside the water receiving tray and arranging at least one liquid level sensor to detect the height of the liquid level inside the water receiving tray.
And S2, determining the target ultraviolet sterilization module according to the running state of the air conditioner and the state of the water pan.
For example, when it is determined that the air conditioner is in a state of just being turned on and it is determined that the water pan is relatively wet or condensed water remains, it is determined that the first ultraviolet sterilization module 11 is the target ultraviolet sterilization module. For another example, when the air conditioner operates in the cooling mode and condensed water or more condensed water is determined in the water receiving tray, it is determined that the second ultraviolet sterilization module is the target ultraviolet sterilization module.
And S3, controlling the target ultraviolet sterilization module to emit ultraviolet rays to sterilize the water tray.
When the first ultraviolet sterilization module is determined to be the target ultraviolet sterilization module, the first ultraviolet sterilization module is controlled to emit ultraviolet rays in UVD wave bands so that oxygen in the air is oxidized into ozone, and then the water tray can be rapidly sterilized through the ozone before the air conditioner runs. When the second ultraviolet sterilization module is determined to be the target ultraviolet sterilization module, the second ultraviolet sterilization module is controlled to emit ultraviolet rays in a UVC wave band to irradiate and sterilize the water tray, and ozone is not generated when the ultraviolet rays in the UVC wave band are used for irradiating and sterilizing, so that the user is not influenced.
According to the method for controlling the sterilization of the air conditioner, provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the air conditioner is in different operation states, the accumulated water degree in the water pan of the air conditioner is different, namely the environment for breeding bacteria is different, the plurality of ultraviolet sterilization modules for emitting ultraviolet rays with different wavelengths are arranged in the air conditioner, the different ultraviolet sterilization modules are controlled to be opened according to the operation state of the air conditioner and the state of the water pan, and the water pan is sterilized in different sterilization modes, so that the air conditioner is more intelligent, the sterilization requirements on the water pan in different states can be met, the health and safety of users are ensured, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, there is a flowchart of a method for controlling sterilization of an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the target uv sterilization module is determined according to an operation state of the air conditioner and a state of the water tray, that is, the step S2 specifically includes steps S21-S23.
And S21, determining that the air conditioner is in a state of being just started.
And S22, acquiring the humidity value of the water receiving tray.
Specifically, when the user did not open the air conditioner for a long time, because the water collector probably is in humid environment for a long time or the condition that has remained partial comdenstion water all the time in the water collector inside, then breed microorganism such as bacterium or fungi very probably in the water collector inside, consequently, can set up humidity transducer in air conditioner water collector department, when the air conditioner just started up the operation, detect the humidity value of water collector at first by humidity transducer, and then judge whether need clean and disinfect the water collector earlier.
And S23, if the humidity value of the water receiving tray is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold and less than or equal to the second humidity threshold, determining that the target ultraviolet sterilization module is the first ultraviolet sterilization module.
The preset humidity value range is determined by setting the first humidity threshold value and the second humidity threshold value, and the humidity value of the water receiving tray is determined to be within the preset humidity value range according to the humidity value of the water receiving tray, so that the water receiving tray is determined to be cleaned firstly. Specifically, when confirming that the humidity value of water collector is greater than or equal to first humidity threshold value, confirm just before the air conditioner opens, the water collector is inside just very moist even remaining to have the comdenstion water, because when the water collector is in under the humid state for a long time, microorganism such as bacterium and mould multiply easily in its inside, and then also probably produce the peculiar smell, and then confirm to open first ultraviolet sterilization module and disinfect for the water collector. Wherein, the value of the first humidity threshold is: the first humidity threshold is 30% ≦ 50%, and may be set to 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, or 50%, for example. Preferably, the first humidity threshold may be set to 35%. When the humidity value of the water receiving tray is too high, water molecules inside the water receiving tray easily enter other modules in the air conditioner, and then the other modules can be damaged. The setting of second humidity threshold value is promptly in order to avoid producing the condition that damages other modules in the air conditioner because the humidity value of water collector is too high, when confirming that the humidity value of water collector reaches second humidity threshold value, confirms that the inside humidity value of water collector is higher, for example, has the comdenstion water, and probably breed microorganism such as bacterium and mould, needs to open first ultraviolet sterilization module for the water collector disinfects. Wherein the value range of the second humidity threshold is as follows: the second humidity threshold is 70% ≦ 90%, and may be set to 70%, 78%, 85%, 90%, etc., for example. Preferably, the second moderate threshold may be set to 80%.
More specifically, the first ultraviolet sterilization module is used for emitting ultraviolet rays with a first wavelength, wherein the first wavelength can be set to be 185nm, that is, the ultraviolet rays with the first wavelength are located in a UVD band, wherein after the ultraviolet rays with the UVD band oxidize oxygen in air into ozone, the ozone can quickly oxidize microorganisms, so that when the air conditioner is in a state of being started up, the first ultraviolet sterilization module is started to sterilize the water tray, the sterilization is faster, a user does not need to wait too long, and the user experience is guaranteed.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, after determining that the target uv sterilization module is the first uv sterilization module, the method for controlling sterilization of an air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes step S24.
And S24, controlling an air outlet of the air conditioner to be closed and controlling the fan to operate in a preset gear.
The preset gear of the fan can be set according to needs, for example, the preset gear is set to be a high-speed operation gear, a medium-speed operation gear, a low-speed operation gear and the like. Specifically, be in the state of just starting up at the air conditioner to start first ultraviolet sterilization module and produce ozone in order to carry out the in-process that disinfects to the water tray, close the air outlet of air conditioner and can prevent that the ozone of production from overflowing to the outside of machine, and, for example, control fan low-speed operation, can assist the ozone ability that ultraviolet sterilization module will produce and overflow fast to other parts in the air conditioner, can further promote the speed of disinfecting, expand the scope of disinfecting.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a flowchart of a method for controlling sterilization of an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present invention is provided, wherein the method for controlling sterilization of an air conditioner further includes steps S25 and S26, which are described as follows.
And S25, recording the operation time of the first ultraviolet sterilization module. Wherein, a separate timer is added, or a timing module in the air conditioner is adopted to time the operation time of the first ultraviolet sterilization module.
And S26, controlling the first ultraviolet sterilization module and the fan to stop running and controlling the air outlet to be opened when the running time reaches a preset time threshold.
The preset time threshold can be set according to needs or under laboratory conditions, for example, the preset time threshold is not less than 10s and not more than 20s, for example, 10s, 12s, 16s, 20s and the like, preferably, the preset time threshold is set to 15s, ozone is generated by oxidizing oxygen in air by using ultraviolet rays with wavelength of 185nm to sterilize the water tray quickly, and when the running time of the first ultraviolet sterilization module reaches 15s, the first ultraviolet sterilization module is automatically controlled to be closed, and the fan is controlled to stop running, so that the sterilization process of the water tray is completed before the air conditioner is used, i.e., the sterilization requirement of the water tray can be met, and waste of resources can also be avoided.
According to the method for controlling the sterilization of the air conditioner, when the air conditioner is in a state of being just started, and the sterilization operation of the water pan is determined to be required according to the humidity value of the water pan, the first ultraviolet sterilization module is adopted to emit ultraviolet rays in a UVD wave band to generate ozone, the ozone can effectively kill microorganisms in the water pan in a short time, the fan is controlled to operate for assistance, the sterilization range can be expanded, a user does not need to wait for too long time, and the user experience is guaranteed.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, there is a flowchart of a method for controlling sterilization of an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the target uv sterilization module is determined according to an operation state of the air conditioner and a state of the water tray, that is, the step S2 above further includes steps S201 to S203, which is described as follows.
And S201, determining an air conditioner operation cooling mode.
It can be understood that when the air conditioner operates in the heating mode, no condensed water is generated, and therefore the water pan does not need to be sterilized under the reheating working condition. When the air conditioner runs in a refrigeration mode, a water receiving disc of the indoor unit can be subjected to condensed water passing, a part of condensed water can be possibly remained, and the condensed water can contain some microorganisms which pollute the environment or are harmful to human bodies, or the microbes can be bred even if the condensed water is too long in residual time, so that the health of a user is influenced.
S202, acquiring a liquid level height value in the water pan.
Wherein, can set up level sensor at air conditioner water collector department to detect the liquid level height value in the water collector. Specifically, when the air conditioner operates in the refrigeration mode, the liquid level sensor is started to work so as to detect the liquid level height value in the water receiving tray in real time and further judge whether the water receiving tray needs to be cleaned first.
S203, determining that the target ultraviolet sterilization module is a second ultraviolet sterilization module when the liquid level height value reaches a preset liquid level height threshold value.
Wherein, the liquid level height threshold value can be set for as required or under the laboratory condition, for example set for the liquid level height value and establish for L, and it establishes to confirm that the liquid level height in the water collector reaches L according to the liquid level height value that detects, then opens the second ultraviolet sterilization module and disinfect. Specifically, the second ultraviolet sterilization module is configured to emit ultraviolet light with a second wavelength, where the second wavelength may be set to 254nm, that is, the ultraviolet light with the second wavelength is located in a UVC band, and when the ultraviolet light with the UVC band is used to irradiate the microorganisms, the microorganisms are sterilized in a manner of destroying DNA thereof, so that the sterilization requirement of the water collecting tray can be met. Because the air conditioner runs the refrigeration mode and simultaneously is disinfected by the second ultraviolet sterilization module, if the ultraviolet ray with the wavelength of 185nm is used for sterilization, the generated ozone can overflow from the air outlet, and the user experience is not good.
