Optionally, the starting of the drying, heating and ultraviolet irradiation functions to sterilize the inner container of the steam box comprises: the drying heating function and the ultraviolet irradiation function are started and maintained for a third time period.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the third time duration may be self-defined according to a specific application scenario, and is not specifically limited herein. Optionally, the third length of time may include: 10-20 minutes.

In the embodiment of the invention, according to the scheme, after the dehumidification and sterilization operation is carried out on the inner container of the steam box for the preset time, the environment of the inner container of the steam box is detected again, and the dehumidification or sterilization is carried out again when the detection result does not meet the requirement, so that the effectiveness of the dehumidification or sterilization operation is ensured. Furthermore, when the number of times of dehumidification and/or sterilization operation reaches the preset number threshold, if the detection result does not meet the requirement, corresponding alarm information can be sent out to inform the user of corresponding functional faults in time so as to carry out maintenance in time, so that the dehumidification and sterilization operation of the inner container of the steam box is prevented from being influenced, and the food safety of the user is prevented from being influenced.

In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to save power and reduce noise of the fan as much as possible, the dehumidifying and sterilizing operations in the embodiment of the present invention may be performed periodically, or as in the foregoing, after the humidity detection value is detected to be greater than or equal to the humidity reference value and is maintained for a certain time, or after the odor detection value is detected to be greater than or equal to the odor reference value and is maintained for a certain time, the dehumidifying or sterilizing operations are performed. Similarly, the setting period may also be defined according to a specific application scenario, and is not particularly limited. Optionally, the set period includes but is not limited to: 3-5 hours. Based on the scheme, the humidity detection and the odor detection can be started according to a set period. In addition, in order to perform dehumidification and sterilization accurately according to the set period, when the humidity detection value is smaller than the humidity reference value and the odor detection value is smaller than the odor reference value, the timer of the steam box can be cleared and the time can be counted again so as to enter the next dehumidification and sterilization timing period.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a control system 1 for dehumidifying and sterilizing a steam box, as shown in fig. 5, it should be noted that any embodiment of the foregoing method embodiments is applicable to this system embodiment, and is not described herein again. The system comprises: a detection module 2, a comparison module 3 and an operation module 4.
The detection module 2 is used for detecting the environment of the inner container of the steam box;
the comparison module 3 is used for comparing the environmental data obtained by the detection module 2 with the prestored reference data;
and the operation module 4 is used for implementing dehumidification and sterilization operation on the inner container environment of the steam box when the comparison result of the comparison module 3 meets the preset condition.
Optionally, the environmental data comprises: a humidity detection value and an odor detection value; the reference data includes: a humidity reference value and an odor reference value.

The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the embodiment of the invention, the environment of the inner container of the steam box is detected in real time, the detected environment data is compared with the prestored reference data, and when the comparison result meets the preset condition, the dehumidifying and sterilizing operation is carried out on the environment of the inner container of the steam box, so that a detection closed loop of the environment of the whole inner container of the steam box is formed, the steam box can timely and automatically dehumidify and sterilize the environment of the inner container of the steam box, the inner container is prevented from smelling and mildewing, the cleaning operation of a user in person is avoided, and the workload of the user is reduced.
2. The embodiment of the invention detects the environmental humidity of the inner container of the steam box, can determine whether the environment of the inner container of the steam box has the condition of breeding the mildew and the fungus, detects the peculiar smell of the environment of the inner container of the steam box, and can directly determine whether the inner container of the steam box has the breeding of the mildew or the fungus.
3. According to the embodiment of the invention, the detected humidity value is compared with the humidity reference value, the detected peculiar smell value is compared with the peculiar smell reference value, and corresponding dehumidification and/or sterilization operations are carried out according to different comparison results, so that the steam box can carry out corresponding treatment in time according to the change of the environmental data of the liner, and the steam box can continuously keep the liner clean and sanitary in a long-time idle stage.
4. According to the embodiment of the invention, after the dehumidification and sterilization operation is carried out on the inner container of the steam box for the preset time, the environment of the inner container of the steam box is detected again, and the dehumidification or sterilization is carried out again when the detection result does not meet the requirement, so that the effectiveness of the dehumidification or sterilization operation can be ensured.
5. When the number of times of dehumidification and/or sterilization operation reaches the preset number threshold, if the detection result does not meet the requirement, corresponding alarm information is sent out, and a user can be informed of corresponding functional faults in time to maintain in time, so that the dehumidification and sterilization operation of the inner container of the steam box is prevented from being influenced, and the food safety of the user is further influenced.

when the humidity detection value is smaller than the humidity reference value and the peculiar smell detection value is larger than or equal to the peculiar smell reference value, starting drying and heating and ultraviolet irradiation functions to sterilize the inner container of the steam box;
and when the humidity detection value is greater than or equal to the humidity reference value and the peculiar smell detection value is greater than or equal to the peculiar smell reference value, the drying and heating, ventilation and air exhaust and ultraviolet irradiation functions are started so as to simultaneously dehumidify and sterilize the inner container of the steam box.

after the ventilation and air exhaust function is started and the second time length is kept, detecting the humidity of the inner container of the steam box again; when the re-detected humidity detection value is larger than or equal to the humidity reference value, continuing to perform dehumidification operation on the inner container of the steam box; when the re-detected humidity detection value is smaller than the humidity reference value, the steam box is shut down;
after the drying and heating function and the ultraviolet irradiation function are started and the third time length is kept, detecting the peculiar smell of the inner container of the steam box again; when the detected odor value is larger than or equal to the odor reference value, continuing to sterilize the inner container of the steam box; when the detected odor value detected again is smaller than the odor reference value, the steam box is shut down; or,
after the drying and heating function and the ultraviolet irradiation function are started and a fourth time length is kept, detecting the peculiar smell of the steam box inner container again, and when the detected peculiar smell value detected again is larger than or equal to the peculiar smell reference value, continuing to sterilize the steam box inner container; after the ventilation and exhaust function is started and the fifth time length is kept, detecting the humidity of the inner container of the steam box again, and when the detected humidity value detected again is larger than or equal to the humidity reference value, continuing to perform dehumidification operation on the inner container of the steam box; and when the re-detected humidity detection value is smaller than the humidity reference value and the re-detected odor detection value is smaller than the odor reference value, shutting down the steam box.
8. The method for controlling the dehumidification and sterilization of the steam box according to claim 7, further comprising:
when the frequency of continuously carrying out dehumidification and/or sterilization on the inner container of the steam box reaches a preset frequency threshold value, if the detected humidity value detected again is still larger than or equal to the humidity reference value, judging that the dehumidification function of the steamer is invalid and sending first alarm reminding information; if the detected odor value is still larger than or equal to the odor reference value, judging that the sterilization function of the steamer is invalid and sending out second alarm reminding information; or if the re-detected humidity detection value is still larger than or equal to the humidity reference value and the re-detected odor detection value is still larger than or equal to the odor reference value, judging that the dehumidification and sterilization function of the steamer is invalid and sending a third alarm prompt message.
9. The method for controlling the dehumidification and sterilization of the steam box according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising:
when the cooking work of the steam box is detected to be finished, starting timing of a timer of the steam box; when the timing duration of the timer reaches a preset time threshold, detecting the environment of the inner container of the steam box; and the number of the first and second groups,
and in the timing process of the timer, when the cooking function of the steam box is started, the timer is cleared.
