As shown in FIGS. 1-3, in one embodiment, a dishwasher 10 is provided, comprising
An inner container 12, wherein the inner container 12 encloses an inner cavity 121 of the dishwasher 10; and a process for the preparation of a coating,
a washing assembly 13 for washing the dishes in the cavity 121; and a process for the preparation of a coating,
a drying device 14 and a sterilizing device 15, wherein the drying device 14 is used for drying the inner cavity 121, and the sterilizing device 15 is used for sterilizing tableware in the inner cavity 121; and a process for the preparation of a coating,
a controller 11, said controller 11 being electrically connected to said washing assembly 13, said drying device 14 and said sterilizing device 15, for controlling said drying device 14 to be turned on after said washing assembly 13, and controlling said sterilizing device 15 to be turned on after said drying device 14.
The controller 11 with washing subassembly 13, stoving device 14 and disinfection device 15 all circuit connection, washing subassembly 13 is used for washing the tableware in inner chamber 121, disinfection device 15 is in open behind the stoving device 14, thereby it is right that disinfection device 15 carries out the ultraviolet disinfection time to inner chamber 121, humidity in the inner chamber 121 is lower, avoids the condition that the humidity is too big in the inner chamber 121 leads to the ultraviolet disinfection ability to weaken takes place, thereby improves dish washer 10 disinfection effect, reduces breeding of bacterium.
Specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the disinfection device 15 includes a disinfection lamp electrically connected to the controller 11, the disinfection lamp being disposed in the inner cavity 121, the disinfection lamp being capable of emitting ultraviolet C-waves and generating heat visible light and near infrared light. In the disinfection stage, the controller 11 controls the disinfection lamp to be turned on, and the disinfection lamp can generate ultraviolet C waves and heat, so that the disinfection effect of combining light waves and heat energy is achieved.
More specifically, the light wave generated by the disinfection lamp is a wide-screen light wave with the wavelength range of 200 nm-2500 nm.
The ultraviolet C wave comprises light wave with the wavelength of 253.7nm, and can effectively damage cell walls of bacteria to achieve a good sterilization effect. And the near infrared light comprises light waves with the wavelength of solidified cell nuclear protein of 780nm, and the disinfection effect is further improved by combining the light waves.
Or as shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the sterilizing device 15 includes an ultraviolet lamp 151 and a heating element 152, the ultraviolet lamp 151 and the heating element 152 are both electrically connected to the controller 11, and the ultraviolet lamp 151 and the heating element 152 are both disposed in the inner cavity 121. I.e. a combined light and heat disinfection effect similar to that of the disinfection lamp is achieved by the co-operation of the uv lamp 151 and the heating element 152.
Moreover, further specifically, the heating member 152 is a heating wire, and a protective cover capable of conducting heat is disposed outside the heating wire. Under the protection of the protective cover, stains in the inner cavity during washing are not easy to pollute the heating wire, and heat generated by the heating wire can be transferred into the inner cavity.
Further, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the dishwasher 10 further includes a housing 16, the housing 16 covers the inner container 12, the drying device 14 includes a blower, the blower is electrically connected to the controller 11, an on time interval between the blower and the sterilizing device is not less than 15min, a vent hole 161 penetrating through the inner container 12 and the housing 16 is disposed in the dishwasher 10, and the blower is disposed in the vent hole 161.

When the fan supplies air to the inner cavity 121, the air heated by the heating element 152 is blown into the inner cavity 121, so that the drying efficiency is improved. In the sterilization stage, the blower can be continuously turned on to cooperate with the heating element 152 to provide heat energy to the inner cavity 121, thereby achieving the purpose of high-temperature sterilization.
Further, in one embodiment, the sanitizing device 15 is turned on such that the humidity in the interior 121 of the dishwasher 10 is no less than 40%. The drying device 14 may be continuously in an on state to continue drying, or may be turned off, and is not particularly limited herein. I.e. before entering the sterilization phase, it is necessary to reduce the humidity in the inner chamber 121 of the dishwasher 10 to a certain value, e.g. 40%, so as to effectively avoid the situation that the moist environment affects the sterilization effect.

Specifically, after the drying device 14 is turned on, the humidity in the inner cavity 121 will gradually decrease, and when the data detected by the humidity sensor indicates that the humidity is lower than a certain value, for example, lower than 40%, the controller 11 controls the drying device 14 to be turned on for drying. During the drying process, based on the on of the disinfection lamp or the heating element 152, the temperature in the inner cavity 121 rises, when the temperature detection sensor 17 detects that the temperature in the inner cavity 121 is higher than a certain value, for example, higher than 120 ℃, the controller 11 controls the disinfection lamp or the heating element 152 to be temporarily turned off, and when the temperature is reduced to a certain value, for example, reduced to 55 ℃, the controller 11 controls the disinfection lamp and the heating element 152 to be turned on again. And circulating the steps until a preset disinfection time is reached.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the washing assembly 13 includes a water collection tank 131, a spraying arm 137 and a water inlet pipe 138 communicated with the spraying arm 137, the water inlet pipe 138 is provided with a solenoid valve 139, a circulation pipe 132 is provided between the water collection tank 131 and the spraying arm 137, the circulation pipe 132 is provided with a circulation pump 133 and a heater 134, the dishwasher 10 is further provided with a water discharge pipe 135 communicated with the water collection tank 131, and the water discharge pipe 135 is provided with a water discharge pump 136.
During the washing process, the electromagnetic valve 139 on the water inlet pipe 138 is opened, and the tableware is washed by the spray arm 137. The circulation pipe 132 can guide the water in the water collection tank 131 into the spray arm 137 by the circulation pump 133 for circulation. And when the water in the water collecting tank 131 is recycled, the heater 134 heats the water in the circulation pipe 132, and the washing effect is improved by using hot water for washing. After the washing is finished, the drain pump 136 is turned on to discharge the waste water in the water collecting tank 131.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
