The ventilation light guide system further comprises an air quality detector, a temperature detector and a PLC control module, wherein the air quality detector and the temperature detector are all installed indoors and connected with the PLC control module, the PLC control module is connected with the driving device, and the PLC control module can drive the rainproof device to move indoors and outdoors through controlling the driving device according to the indoor environment conditions detected by the air quality detector and the temperature detector.
2. The ventilation and air light guide system of claim 1, wherein the ventilation portion is comprised of a plurality of ventilation holes formed in the side wall of the light pipe.
3. The ventilation and ventilation light guide system according to claim 1, further comprising an insect-proof and dust-proof net fixedly arranged on the periphery of the top of the pier seat reserved in civil engineering construction, wherein the driving device is arranged at the lower part of the insect-proof and dust-proof net, and the power output part of the driving device is connected with the rainproof device arranged at the upper part of the insect-proof and dust-proof net.
4. The ventilation and ventilation light guide system of claim 1, further comprising an illumination intensity detector mounted indoors, the illumination intensity detector being connected to the PLC control module, the PLC control module being connected to a photovoltaic lighting system.

The ventilation and ventilation light guide system according to claim 1, further comprising an air purification device, wherein the air purification device is disposed at an upper opening of the light guide tube, an anemometer and an anemoscope are disposed inside the light guide tube, and the anemometer, the anemoscope and the air purification device are all connected with the PLC control module.
6. A ventilation and light guide system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the light collection device is of hemispherical transparent construction and a prism is provided within the light collection device.
