1. A suspended ceiling apparatus, comprising:
a plurality of keels;
the suspension assemblies are arranged above the keels, each suspension assembly comprises a flange piece and a suspension rod, the flange piece is suitable for being mounted on the top of a wall, a ball socket is arranged on the flange piece, a through hole for the suspension rod to pass through is formed in the center of the ball socket, a ball head in universal fit with the ball socket is arranged at the upper end of the suspension rod, and the lower end of the suspension rod penetrates out of the through hole downwards and then is connected to the keels;
the adjustable telescopic rods are horizontally arranged, one end of each adjustable telescopic rod is connected with one of the two adjacent keels, and the other end of each adjustable telescopic rod is connected with the other of the two adjacent keels;
ceiling fasteners mounted on the keels for fixedly mounting a ceiling;
the ceiling fastener comprises a strip-shaped component, a plurality of floating clamping pieces and a plurality of adjusting bolts, wherein the strip-shaped component is installed on the keel and extends along the length direction of the keel; the plurality of floating clamping pieces are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the strip-shaped component, each floating clamping piece can slide up and down relative to the strip-shaped component, and a clamping gap suitable for clamping a ceiling is defined between each floating clamping piece and the strip-shaped component; the adjusting bolts are in one-to-one correspondence with the floating clamping pieces, and each adjusting bolt is arranged at the bottom of the strip-shaped component and is in threaded connection with the floating clamping piece so as to drive the floating clamping piece to slide up and down to clamp or loosen the ceiling.
2. A suspended ceiling apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the flange member comprises:
the flange comprises a sleeve part and an annular part formed by extending outwards from the periphery of the upper end of the sleeve part, and a through hole is formed in the bottom of the sleeve part;
the ball headstock is located in the sleeve portion and abuts against the bottom of the sleeve portion, the ball headstock is provided with the ball socket, and the through hole is formed in the ball headstock and is communicated with the ball socket and the through hole.
3. A suspended ceiling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the runner includes top, bottom and side walls, the side walls being connected between the top and bottom walls and forming a "C" shape, the lower ends of the suspension rods being connected to the top wall, the adjustable expansion rods being connected to the side walls, and the ceiling fasteners being mounted to the bottom wall.

The suspended ceiling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the strip-shaped member includes a main body portion extending along a length direction of the keel, the main body portion is fixed to a bottom of the keel, a plurality of slots are formed in a top of the main body portion, the slots are spaced along the length direction of the main body portion, a sliding hole is formed in a bottom of each slot, and two sides of the bottom of the main body portion respectively protrude outwards to form a supporting edge;
each floating clamping piece comprises a sliding portion, the sliding portion is in sliding fit with the sliding hole, two sides of the top of the sliding portion protrude outwards to form a pressing edge respectively, the pressing edge is stopped above the bottom surface of the cutting groove and floats up and down in the cutting groove, and the clamping gap is defined between the pressing edge and the supporting edge.
5. A suspended ceiling device according to claim 4, characterised in that the bottom of the sliding part is provided with a first threaded hole, and the adjusting bolt is in threaded engagement with the first threaded hole.
6. A suspended ceiling apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the main body portion has top portions each projecting outwardly from both sides thereof to form a fixing edge, the fixing edges being fixed to the keel by a first bolt assembly.
7. A suspended ceiling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable telescoping pole comprises:
one end of each first connecting rod is connected to one of the two adjacent keels, and the other end of each first connecting rod is provided with a first external thread;
one end of the second connecting rod is connected to the other of the two adjacent keels, and the other end of the second connecting rod is provided with a second external thread which is opposite to the first external thread in direction;
and one end of the threaded sleeve is provided with a second threaded hole matched with the first external thread, and the other end of the threaded sleeve is provided with a third threaded hole matched with the second external thread.
