2) manufacturing a metal fixing frame matched with the L-shaped metal rock wool sandwich plate: selecting steel according to the size of an L-shaped metal rock wool sandwich plate to manufacture an upper metal square rod, a side metal square rod, a middle metal square rod and a lower metal square rod, arranging the side metal square rods and the middle metal square rods according to the positions of connecting angle plates, welding to form a metal frame, arranging a plurality of one-way bolt holes on the side metal square rods according to the positions of bolt holes of the connecting angle plates, arranging a plurality of opposite-pull bolt holes on the middle metal square rod, welding side connecting lug plates at corresponding positions of the metal frame to connect side cylinders, welding an upper connecting lug plate to connect an upper beam body, welding a lower connecting lug plate to connect a lower beam body, and finally wrapping rubber sealing frames on three side edges of the metal frame to form a metal fixing frame;
3) connecting and fixing the metal fixing frame and the L-shaped metal rock wool sandwich plate by using a one-way bolt to penetrate through the connecting angle plate and the side metal square rod, and connecting and fixing the metal fixing frame and the L-shaped metal rock wool sandwich plate by using a split bolt to penetrate through the connecting angle plate and the middle metal square rod;
4) the L-shaped metal rock wool sandwich plates and the connectors of the metal fixing frames are arranged between the adjacent columns and the adjacent beam bodies in a staggered and parallel mode, and then the L-shaped metal rock wool sandwich plates and the connectors of the metal fixing frames are fixed on the peripheral columns and the beam bodies through expansion bolts;
5) arranging an outer side protruded tooth-shaped template and an inner side template between the adjacent column bodies and the adjacent beam bodies, arranging a grouting port at the upper part of one side of the outer side protruded tooth-shaped template, and arranging a grout outlet at the upper part of the other side of the inner side template;
6) filling construction of a quick-setting foam concrete layer in the composite wall is carried out through a grouting opening in the protruding tooth-shaped template on the outer side until slurry is discharged from a slurry outlet in the template on the inner side;
7) and (3) after the template is removed from the wall body, brushing a waterproof mortar layer on the protruded tooth-shaped wall surface on the outer side of the wall body, and finishing the construction of the metal rock wool sandwich board composite outer wall.
