the elastic membrane 6 can improve the blocking effect of the baffle 4 on the groove 2, the situation that impurities flow into the diversion trench 5 from the space between the inclined baffle 4 and the groove 2 due to the fact that the baffle 4 is inclined under the action of external force is reduced, the shrinkage cavity formed in the elastic membrane 6 facilitates rainwater to smoothly flow into the groove 2 to be contacted with the expansion block 3, and as the expansion block 3 jacks the baffle 4 upwards, the opening of the shrinkage cavity is increased under the tensile force of the baffle 4 by the elastic membrane 6, so that rainwater can flow into the groove 2 more efficiently; the water absorption block 11 arranged in the drainage hole 10 at the top of the drainage sleeve 9 can absorb rainwater permeating in the top brick body 1, so that the rainwater at the top end of the brick body 1 can seep downwards more quickly, meanwhile, the expansion block 3 can push the push block 15 on the slide rod 14 to move to one side of the press block 13 when expanding, and push the press block 13 to drive the press block 12 to extrude the water absorption block 11 inside the drainage sleeve 9, so that the rainwater adsorbed inside the water absorption block 11 is extruded and discharged through the drainage channel 17, when the press block 13 moves to the position of the limit block 16 under the pushing of the push block 15, the press block 13 continues to apply pressure to the press block 13 along with the push block 15, at the moment, the press block 13 is elastically deformed, and the push block 15 can cross the press block 13, at the moment, the press block 12 slides back and forth inside the drainage sleeve 9 under the action of the spring, and can repeatedly extrude the rainwater adsorbed in the water absorption block 11 inside the drainage sleeve 9, the continuous water permeability of the drainage sleeve 9 is improved, and when the temperature of the road surface is high after raining on a sunny day, the rainwater remained in the water absorption block 11 can evaporate and absorb heat, so that the effect of cooling the road surface can be achieved; when the pressing plate 12 presses the water absorption block 11 in the drainage sleeve 9, the pressing plate 12 can simultaneously press the arc-shaped strips 18, so that the middle parts of the arc-shaped strips 18 gradually protrude upwards, rainwater on the water absorption block 11 at the top of the arc-shaped strips can be more fully extruded, meanwhile, the arc-shaped strips 18 can also reduce the contact between the extruded rainwater and the water absorption block 11, the situation that the extruded rainwater is re-absorbed when the water absorption block 11 is extended and reset is reduced, and the drainage capacity of the water absorption block 11 is improved; when a pedestrian steps on the top end of the baffle plate 4, the gas in the telescopic bag 7 can flow out of the groove 2 through the one-way valve 21 and is sprayed out of the shrinkage cavity on the elastic membrane 6 due to the blocking of the shoe surface to the air inlet groove 19, and when the baffle plate 4 is reset, the external gas can only flow into the telescopic bag 7 from the air inlet groove 19 due to the action of the one-way valve 21, so that the condition that impurities are sucked into the shrinkage cavity again due to the inflow of the air flow from the shrinkage cavity when the telescopic bag 7 is reset is reduced; when a pedestrian steps on the baffle 4, pressure is firstly applied to the blocking block 22, so that the blocking block 22 is pressed into the air inlet groove 19 matched with the shape of the blocking block, the air inlet groove 19 can be blocked more effectively, and the condition that the shoe face is not blocked to the air inlet groove 19, and the working condition of the telescopic bag 7 is not good is reduced.
