The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the application.
The application provides a door body and a washing machine, which are used for solving the problem of unsmooth opening and closing of the washing machine.
The door body is mainly applied to a drum washing machine, and the drum washing machine will be described in detail below. As shown in fig. 1, the door ring 10 is formed in a ring shape as a whole, and a hinge groove 12 is formed at one side of the door ring 10 to be hinged with a housing of the washing machine by a door hinge. The door ring 10 has two opposite side walls, and the two opposite side walls of the door ring 10 are curved, the outer side wall of the door ring 10 faces the inside of the washing machine body, and the inner side wall of the door ring 10 is used for being connected with the door outer frame of the door body 100.

It will be appreciated that due to the limited volume of the door body 100, the door ring 10 has a limited installation space, and it is inconvenient to install other connection structures so that the door hook 20 is movably connected with the door ring 10, and thus in an embodiment of the present application, the door hook 20 is preferably disposed directly in sliding abutment with the door ring 10. Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 8, the door hook 20 includes a lock head 21 and a sliding portion 22; the lock head 21 is arranged through the opening 11 and is used for being buckled and matched with the door lock; the sliding part 22 is connected with the lock part 21, the sliding part 22 is abutted against the inner side wall of the door ring 10, and the sliding part 22 can move relative to the inner side wall of the door ring 10 so as to drive the lock part 21 to move relative to the side wall of the opening 11.
It will be appreciated that the cross-sectional area of the lock head 21 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the aperture 11 such that a gap is formed between the lock head 21 and the side wall of the aperture 11 for the lock head 21 to be movable relative to the side wall of the aperture 11; the cross-sectional area of the sliding portion 22 is larger than that of the lock head portion 21, the side of the sliding portion 22 connected with the lock head portion 21 abuts against the inner side wall of the door ring 10, and the sliding portion 22 plays a role in limiting the movement of the lock head portion 21 in the depth direction of the opening 11, so that the whole door hook 20 is prevented from falling through the opening 11. As shown in fig. 4, a lock hole 211 is formed at one end of the lock head 21 extending out of the outer sidewall of the door ring 10 through the opening 11, and the lock hole 211 is used for being buckled and matched with a door lock of the washing machine.
The shape of the sliding portion 22 may be various, for example, circular, square, polygonal, etc., and the shape of the sliding portion 22 is not limited herein, and in the embodiment of the present application, the sliding portion 22 is provided as a square. Because the contact area of the sliding portion 22 is large, by providing the sliding portion 22, when the whole door hook 20 is subjected to external force, the sliding portion 22 can drive the lock head 21 to move smoothly.
Since the washing machine needs to frequently open and close the door during long-term use, the door hook 20 is inevitably worn, and in order to extend the service life of the door hook 20, the door hook 20 is made of a metal material. The sliding portion 22 of the door hook 20 and the locking portion 21 may be connected separately or integrally formed, and in the embodiment of the present application, in order to ensure that the door hook 20 has sufficient strength and to facilitate the processing of the door hook 20, the locking portion 21 and the sliding portion 22 are preferably integrally formed. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the door hook 20 is entirely molded by die casting.
It will be appreciated that when the door body 100 sags under gravity, the door hook 20 and the door lock are displaced vertically and horizontally, so that the door hook 20 is at least ensured to be movable in at least one direction relative to the side wall of the opening 11. For this purpose, in an embodiment of the present application, the opening 11 has two first sub-sidewalls disposed opposite to each other along a first direction and two second sub-sidewalls disposed opposite to each other along a second direction, the first direction and the second direction being disposed orthogonal to each other; the locking head 21 is movable relative to the two first sub-side walls and/or the locking head 21 is movable relative to the two second sub-side walls.
Wherein the first direction is a vertical direction, i.e. a height direction of the washing machine, and the second direction is a horizontal direction, i.e. a width direction of the washing machine.
Further, in order to make the sliding portion 22 contact with the inner sidewall of the door ring 10, referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present application, the door body 100 further includes a pressing member 30, where the pressing member 30 is mounted on the inner sidewall of the door ring 10 and contacts with a side of the sliding portion 22 facing away from the door ring 10, so that the sliding portion 22 contacts with the inner sidewall of the door ring 10. By providing the abutting piece 30 abutting against the side of the sliding portion 22 facing away from the door ring 10, the degree of freedom of movement of the sliding portion 22 in the depth direction of the opening 11 is restricted so that the sliding portion 22 can move only with respect to the side thereof abutting against the abutting piece 30 (the inner side wall of the door ring 10).
Further, in order to facilitate the installation of the pressing member 30, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, and fig. 7 and 9, a guide rail 131 is disposed on the inner side wall of the door ring 10, the pressing member 30 is provided with a sliding slot 321 in insertion fit with the guide rail 131, and the pressing member 30 is slidably mounted on the inner side wall of the door ring 10 through the sliding slot 321. In this way, in the assembling process of the door body 100, only the lock head 21 of the door hook 20 is directly inserted into the opening 11, then the slide groove 321 of the pressing member 30 is aligned with the guide rail 131 of the door ring 10, and the pressing member 30 is pushed to match the slide groove 321 with the guide rail 131, so that the pressing member 30 can be mounted on the door ring 10, the mounting of the door hook 20 and the pressing member 30 is greatly facilitated, and the overall assembly efficiency of the door body 100 is improved.
Moreover, by slidably connecting the pressing member 30 to the door ring 10, there is no need to additionally design a structure for screw or bolt connection on the door ring 10, as compared with the connection by screw or bolt, thereby further saving the installation space of the door ring 10 and saving the material cost of the screw or bolt.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 3, 4 and 7, the inner side wall of the door ring 10 is further provided with a receiving groove 13 in communication with the opening 11, the sliding portion 22 is disposed in the receiving groove 13, the sliding portion 22 is in contact with the bottom of the receiving groove 13, and the guide rail 131 is protruding from the two outer side walls of the receiving groove 13.
It will be appreciated that the cross-sectional area of the receiving groove 13 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the sliding portion 22, such that there is a gap between the sliding portion 22 and the groove wall forming the receiving groove 13, in which the sliding portion 22 is movable relative to the groove wall of the receiving groove 13.
Referring to fig. 4 and 9, the pressing member 30 includes a pressing plate 31 and first bending portions 32 connected to two ends of the pressing plate 31, the two first bending portions 32 are disposed opposite to each other to form the sliding slot 321, and the pressing plate 31 abuts against the notch of the accommodating groove 13 and presses the door hook 20 in the accommodating groove 13.
Since the door body 100 of the washing machine needs to frequently open and close the door, the pressing member 30 is slidably connected to the slot of the accommodating groove 13 through the sliding groove 321 and the guide rail 131 of the accommodating groove 13 in a sliding fit manner, in order to prevent the pressing member 30 from sliding out of the guide rail 131 during the frequent opening and closing of the door body 100 and causing the door hook 20 to lose the limit of the pressing member 30, in an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 5, 6, 7 and 9, the pressing member 30 further includes a hook 33, the hook 33 is connected to one end of the pressing plate 31 along the direction of the sliding groove 321, the inner side wall of the door ring 10 is convexly provided with a slot plate 14 that is in snap fit with the hook 33, and the pressing member 30 is fixed to the slot of the accommodating groove 13 through the snap fit of the hook 33 and the slot plate 14.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the slot plate 14 is provided with a slot 141 through which the hook 33 passes, and the slot plate 14 is disposed on one side of the accommodating slot 13 along the direction of the guide rail 131 thereof, and the slot plate 14 has a first surface facing the accommodating slot 13 and a second surface facing away from the accommodating slot 13. In the process of installing the pressing member 30, when the pressing member 30 slides until the hook 33 abuts against the second surface of the slot plate 14, the end, connected to the hook 33, of the pressing plate 31 abuts against the first surface of the slot plate 14, and thus, the pressing member 30 is clamped and fixed at the notch of the accommodating groove 13.
It can be understood that, in order to enhance the overall strength of the slot plate 14 and prevent the slot plate 14 from deforming, referring to fig. 7, two ends of the slot plate 14 are connected with second bending portions (not shown).
