step 1: after a user sets a program on the washing machine to wash clothes, the washing machine synchronizes program information and set time to the cloud (equivalent to the cloud server), and after the cloud verifies that the operation cycle of the washing machine meets the requirement (equivalent to the requirement of meeting the preset condition), corresponding cleaning reminding (equivalent to the cleaning instruction in the embodiment) is issued, and the reminding is broadcasted after the washing machine is used next time;
step 2: the cleaning reminder is sent to a voice module of the washing machine, the voice module built in the washing machine broadcasts the cleaning reminder, and pickup is started immediately after broadcasting is finished;
and step 3: if the pickup of the washing machine is empty, the broadcasting is 'no answer, i do not hear what you say', the conversation is exited, the reminding process is executed again after n days, then the cloud end counting is reset no matter whether the user is clean or not and whether the pickup is empty or not, and a new round of counting is started;
and 4, step 4: if the user does not feed back the cleaning intention, the user reports that the user is good and needs to call my bar again, the user exits from the conversation, and meanwhile, the cloud counting number is reset, and the next round of counting is started;
and 5: if the user feeds back the cleaning intention, broadcasting 'receiving, i will give your attention again when cleaning is needed', quitting the conversation, and simultaneously, counting at the cloud end and resetting, and starting the next round of counting;
it should be noted that soap box, window gasket, drain pump reminder can all be reminded in this manner.
In an alternative embodiment, fig. 5 is a flowchart (three) of a playing method of voice information according to an embodiment of the present invention, and for a cleaning prompt process of an inner barrel, steps S502 to S520 in fig. 5 may be summarized as the following steps:
step 1: after a user sets a program on the washing machine to wash clothes, the washing machine synchronizes program information and set time to the cloud, and after the cloud verifies that the operation cycle of the washing machine meets the requirement, corresponding cleaning reminding is issued to remind that the washing machine is broadcasted after being used next time;
step 2: the cleaning reminder is sent to the module and is broadcasted by a voice module arranged in the washing machine, X month and X day in X year are the last cleaning time recorded by the cloud end, pickup is started immediately after broadcasting is finished, and meanwhile, the washing machine is set to be a cylinder self-cleaning program (equivalent to automatic cleaning operation in the embodiment) and starts to execute the program after the user confirms the program;
and step 3: if the pickup is empty, the method reports 'no answer, i do not hear what you say', quits the conversation, executes the reminding process again after n days, then clears the cloud end count no matter whether the user is clean or not and whether the pickup is empty or not, and starts a new round of count;
and 4, step 4: if the user feeds back no intention, the report is 'good, if yes, the user needs to call my bar again', the conversation is exited, and meanwhile, the cloud counting number is reset, and the next round of counting is started;
and 5: if the user feeds back the required intention, the self-cleaning program of the drum is broadcasted, the washing machine starts the self-cleaning program of the drum, quits the conversation, and meanwhile, the cloud counting number is reset to start the next round of counting.
Therefore, the washing machine cleaning reminding method based on the voice module and integrating regular reminding, program setting and user behavior learning is provided; whether reminding is needed or not is judged based on the number of cycles of using the washing machine by a user instead of time, and the judgment is more accurate; the program is issued while the barrel self-cleaning reminding is carried out, and a user can directly trigger the program to clean by voice after receiving the reminding; after reminding, the user responds according to the voice feedback (program setting, cleaned, uncleaned and pickup empty) of the user.
In addition, according to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the user is reminded of cleaning the washing machine by voice, the cleaning cannot be influenced by the state or the authority of the mobile phone, and the voice reminding is easier to obtain than the text reminding from the perspective of an information carrier, so that more information burden is not caused to the user; the voice prompt follows the user operation for broadcasting, namely after the user operates the washing machine, the voice broadcast prompt ensures that the user is beside the washing machine, can really realize effective prompt and is convenient for the user to directly clean; the barrel self-cleaning reminding and the program setting are integrated, and the user can start immediately after replying to start.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
In this embodiment, a device for playing voice information is further provided, and the device is used to implement the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, and the description of the device that has been already made is omitted. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the devices described in the following embodiments are preferably implemented in software, implementations in hardware or a combination of software and hardware are also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram (a) of a device for playing back voice information according to an embodiment of the present invention, the device including:
an obtaining module 62, configured to establish a wireless communication connection with a washing machine, and obtain operation data of the washing machine based on the wireless communication connection;
a determination module 64, configured to determine a cleaning status of a target component of the washing machine according to the operation data, where the target component is a component used by the washing machine during operation;
a sending module 66, configured to send a cleaning instruction to the washing machine to instruct the washing machine to play a voice message during operation if the cleaning status indicates that the target component needs cleaning, where the voice message is used to instruct to clean the target component.
Through the module, the operation data of the washing machine is acquired by utilizing the wireless communication connection established with the washing machine, and the cleaning state of the target assembly of the washing machine is determined according to the operation data, so that under the condition that the cleaning state indicates that the target assembly needs to be cleaned, a cleaning instruction is sent to the washing machine to indicate the washing machine to play voice information in the operation process, and further the cleaning of the target assembly is prompted. By adopting the technical scheme, the problem that the reminding effect of reminding the user of cleaning the component of the washing machine through the application program on the mobile terminal is poor is solved, and in the process that the user uses the washing machine, the user is reminded of cleaning the component of the washing machine through a voice mode, so that the reminding effect is improved.
Optionally, the determining module 64 is further configured to determine the number of times of use of the washing machine according to the operation data in a case that the target component of the washing machine is a first component, where the first component includes at least one of the following components: a soap box of the washing machine, a window gasket of the washing machine, and a drain pump filter screen of the washing machine; and under the condition that the using times meet a first preset condition, determining that the cleaning state of the first assembly is a to-be-cleaned state.
Optionally, the determining module 64 is further configured to determine, according to the operation data, the number of times of use of the washing machine or the number of times of washing of the target laundry in the case that the target component of the washing machine is a second component, where the second component includes: an inner tub of the washing machine; and under the condition that the using times of the washing machine meet a first preset condition or the washing times of the target clothes meet a second preset condition, determining that the cleaning state of the second assembly is a to-be-washed state.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a structure of a playback apparatus for voice information according to an embodiment of the present invention (ii), the apparatus further includes: a detection module 68.
Optionally, the detecting module 68 is further configured to detect first voice data of the target object through a voice module of the washing machine; in case that voice data of the target object is detected, parsing the voice data to set the number of uses of the washing machine to zero; and under the condition that the voice data of the target object is not detected, indicating the washing machine to play the voice information again in the process of the next operation, and setting the using times of the washing machine to be zero.
Optionally, the detecting module 68 is further configured to detect second voice data of the target object through a voice module of the washing machine; instructing the washing machine to perform an automatic cleaning operation and setting the number of uses of the washing machine or the number of washes of the target laundry to zero, in a case where it is detected that the second voice data of the target object indicates washing of the second component; setting the number of uses of the washing machine or the number of washes of the target laundry to zero in a case where it is detected that the second voice data of the target object indicates that the second component is not washed.
Optionally, the detecting module 68 is further configured to, in a case that the second voice data of the target object is not detected, instruct the washing machine to play the voice message again in a process of a next operation, and set the number of times of use of the washing machine or the number of times of washing of the target laundry to zero.
Optionally, the sending module 66 is further configured to determine a target time closest to the current time from the historical cleaning time of the second component; and playing the target time through a voice module of the washing machine.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above-mentioned method embodiments when executed.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, establishing wireless communication connection with the washing machine, and acquiring the operation data of the washing machine based on the wireless communication connection;
s2, determining the cleaning state of a target component of the washing machine according to the operation data, wherein the target component is a component used by the washing machine in the operation process;
s3, when the cleaning state indicates that the target assembly needs cleaning, sending a cleaning instruction to the washing machine to indicate the washing machine to play voice information in the running process, wherein the voice information is used for indicating that the target assembly needs cleaning.
In an exemplary embodiment, the computer-readable storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
For specific examples in this embodiment, reference may be made to the examples described in the above embodiments and exemplary embodiments, and details of this embodiment are not repeated herein.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, establishing wireless communication connection with the washing machine, and acquiring the operation data of the washing machine based on the wireless communication connection;
s2, determining the cleaning state of a target component of the washing machine according to the operation data, wherein the target component is a component used by the washing machine in the operation process;
s3, when the cleaning state indicates that the target assembly needs cleaning, sending a cleaning instruction to the washing machine to indicate the washing machine to play voice information in the running process, wherein the voice information is used for indicating that the target assembly needs cleaning.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
For specific examples in this embodiment, reference may be made to the examples described in the above embodiments and exemplary embodiments, and details of this embodiment are not repeated herein.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the various modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented using a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of computing devices, and they may be implemented using program code executable by the computing devices, such that they may be stored in a memory device and executed by the computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into various integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for playing voice information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing wireless communication connection with a washing machine, and acquiring operation data of the washing machine based on the wireless communication connection;
determining a cleaning state of a target component of the washing machine according to the operation data, wherein the target component is a component used in the operation process of the washing machine;
and under the condition that the cleaning state indicates that the target assembly needs cleaning, sending a cleaning instruction to the washing machine to indicate the washing machine to play voice information in the operation process, wherein the voice information is used for indicating to clean the target assembly.
2. The method for playing the voice message according to claim 1, wherein determining the cleaning status of the target assembly of the washing machine according to the operation data comprises:
determining the number of times of use of the washing machine according to the operation data in the case that a target component of the washing machine is a first component, wherein the first component includes at least one of: a soap box of the washing machine, a window gasket of the washing machine, and a drain pump filter screen of the washing machine;
and under the condition that the using times meet a first preset condition, determining that the cleaning state of the first assembly is a to-be-cleaned state.
3. The method for playing the voice message according to claim 1, wherein determining the cleaning status of the target assembly of the washing machine according to the operation data comprises:
determining the number of uses of the washing machine or the number of washes of target laundry according to the operation data in case that a target component of the washing machine is a second component, wherein the second component includes: an inner tub of the washing machine;
and under the condition that the using times of the washing machine meet a first preset condition or the washing times of the target clothes meet a second preset condition, determining that the cleaning state of the second assembly is a to-be-washed state.
4. The method for playing back voice message according to claim 2, wherein after instructing the washing machine to play back voice message during the operation, the method further comprises:
detecting first voice data of a target object through a voice module of the washing machine;
in case that voice data of the target object is detected, parsing the voice data to set the number of uses of the washing machine to zero;
and under the condition that the voice data of the target object is not detected, indicating the washing machine to play the voice information again in the process of the next operation, and setting the using times of the washing machine to be zero.
5. The method for playing back voice message according to claim 3, wherein after instructing the washing machine to play back voice message during the operation, the method further comprises:
detecting second voice data of a target object through a voice module of the washing machine;
instructing the washing machine to perform an automatic cleaning operation and setting the number of uses of the washing machine or the number of washes of the target laundry to zero, in a case where it is detected that the second voice data of the target object indicates washing of the second component;
setting the number of uses of the washing machine or the number of washes of the target laundry to zero in a case where it is detected that the second voice data of the target object indicates that the second component is not washed.
6. The method for playing back voice information according to claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the second voice data of the target object is not detected, indicating the washing machine to play the voice information again in the process of the next operation, and setting the using times of the washing machine or the washing times of the target clothes to be zero.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, wherein before the detecting the second voice data of the target object by the voice module of the washing machine, the method further comprises:
determining a target time closest to a current time from historical cleaning times of the second component;
and playing the target time through a voice module of the washing machine.
8. A device for playing voice information, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a control module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is used for establishing wireless communication connection with the washing machine and acquiring the operation data of the washing machine based on the wireless communication connection;
the determining module is used for determining the cleaning state of a target component of the washing machine according to the operation data, wherein the target component is a component used by the washing machine in the operation process;
the sending module is used for sending a cleaning instruction to the washing machine to indicate the washing machine to play voice information in the running process under the condition that the cleaning state indicates that the target assembly needs cleaning, wherein the voice information is used for indicating to clean the target assembly.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein the program is operable to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 7 by means of the computer program.
