Background

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cleaning method of a washing machine window pad, which can effectively clean the window pad and keep the window pad clean;
the present invention is also directed to provide a washing machine having a function of cleaning a window pad, with high cleaning efficiency, and improved user satisfaction.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a washing machine receives an instruction of selecting a window pad cleaning by a user, and after washing is finished, the washing machine selectively executes a window pad cleaning program.
Preferably, after the washing is finished, the washing machine selectively performs the window mat cleaning program, and the method comprises the following steps:
after a user takes out clothes, judging whether a door body of the washing machine is closed within a specified time;
if the door body of the washing machine is closed within a specified time, executing a window pad cleaning program;
otherwise, the user is prompted to perform window pad cleaning before the next wash.
Preferably, if the door body of the washing machine is closed, before the window gasket cleaning, the washing machine further comprises:
judging whether a load exists in a drum of the washing machine or not;
if the drum of the washing machine is loaded, the washing machine executes a clothes washing program;
otherwise, the washing machine performs a window mat cleaning process.
Preferably, the washing machine receiving an instruction of a user to select cleaning of the window pad includes the steps of:
judging whether a user sets window pad cleaning parameters within a specified time;
if the washing machine receives an instruction of setting window pad cleaning parameters by a user within a specified time, the washing machine cleans the window pad according to the set parameters;
otherwise, the washing machine performs window pad cleaning according to default parameters.
Preferably, setting the window mat cleaning parameters comprises setting a cleaning time period and/or setting a dosing amount of disinfectant and/or setting a cleaning time interval.
Preferably, the washing machine adjusts a parameter value of a default window mat cleaning parameter according to an air temperature of an external environment.
Preferably, the window pad cleaning parameter is set through a terminal device or the control panel of the washing machine.

Example one
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a washing machine, in which a spray head 3 is provided on a window mat 1, one spray head 3 may be provided, and the spray head 3 is installed at an upper portion of the window mat 1, and the spray head 3 faces downward to clean the window mat 1 because residues such as detergent are easily accumulated at a lower portion of the window mat 1. Shower nozzle 3 also can be provided with a plurality ofly, and a plurality of shower nozzles 3 evenly set up along 1 circumference of window pad, and shower nozzle 3 all towards window pad 1, can clean window pad 1 more comprehensively, and is clean efficient. In the present embodiment, the nozzle 3 is a hollow fan-shaped component, and the spraying range is large and the spraying is uniform.
The washing machine is further provided with a connecting pipe 4, the connecting pipe 4 is a hose, one end of the connecting pipe 4 is connected with the spray head 3, and the other end of the connecting pipe 4 is connected with the disinfectant putting part 2. When a plurality of spray heads 3 are arranged, one connecting pipe 4 can be arranged to be connected with the plurality of spray heads 3 at the same time, and a plurality of connecting pipes 4 can be arranged to be connected with the spray heads 3 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The disinfectant feeding part 2 is communicated with the spray head 3 through the connecting pipe 4, and sprays disinfectant to the window pad 1, so that the window pad 1 can be effectively cleaned.
The disinfectant feeding part 2 is also connected with a disinfection pipeline 5 for feeding disinfectant or degerming agent into the washing machine drum and is switched by an electric switching valve 6. When disinfectant or degerming agent is required to be put into the roller, the valve on the connecting pipe 4 for cleaning the window pad is closed, and the valve on the disinfection pipeline 5 for putting the disinfectant or the degerming agent into the roller is opened. When the window pad 1 needs to be cleaned, the valve on the disinfection pipeline 5 for putting the disinfectant or the degerming agent into the roller is closed, and the valve on the connecting pipe 4 for cleaning the window pad 1 is opened.
As shown in fig. 2, the washing machine provided in this embodiment further includes a washing machine controller, the washing machine controller controls the washing, rinsing, dewatering and other processes of the washing machine, the washing machine controller is electrically connected to a control panel disposed on the washing machine, a user can set window mat cleaning parameters on the control panel, and the washing machine controller receives and cleans the window mats according to the parameters set by the user.
Still be equipped with communication module on the washing machine, communication module is connected with the washing machine controller electricity, and communication module is used for being connected with the terminal equipment communication, and terminal equipment can be cell-phone, panel computer etc. and communication module can be wifi module or bluetooth module etc.. The communication module realizes the information transmission between the terminal equipment and the washing machine. The washing machine is provided with a washing control APP, a user can set window pad cleaning parameters on the terminal device, the washing machine receives the window pad cleaning parameters sent by the terminal device through the communication module, and the window pad cleaning parameters set by the user are executed.
In the embodiment, the window pad cleaning parameters can be set on the washing machine local machine, and can also be set through the terminal equipment, so that the functions of the washing machine are diversified, a user can conveniently set the window pad cleaning parameters, and the using satisfaction of the user is improved.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a method for cleaning a window pad of a washing machine, which is applied to the washing machine described in the first embodiment. The cleaning method of the washing machine window pad mainly comprises the following steps: the washing machine receives an instruction of selecting the window pad 1 to be cleaned by a user, and after washing is finished, the washing machine selectively executes a window pad cleaning program.
In the embodiment, the user can select the window pad cleaning function, the washing machine cleans the window pad 1 after washing, and the problems that the detergent softener is remained on the window pad 1 for a long time, so that mildew is generated on the window pad 1 in a closed humid environment, and peculiar smell is emitted are solved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating the detailed steps of the method for cleaning the window pad of the washing machine according to the present embodiment, and the method for cleaning the window pad of the washing machine according to the present embodiment is described in detail with reference to fig. 3.
The cleaning method of the washing machine window pad comprises the following steps:
step one, a user selects a window pad cleaning function and prompts the user to set window pad cleaning parameters.
Specifically, after the washing machine is started, a pop-up box pops up on a control panel on the washing machine to prompt a user to select a window pad cleaning function, and two keys of 'confirm' and 'cancel' are displayed on the pop-up box for the user to select. If the user selects 'cancel', the washing machine does not wash the window pad 1 after washing is finished, and if the user selects 'confirm', an interface for setting window pad cleaning parameters is continuously popped up on a control panel of the washing machine so that the user can set the window pad cleaning parameters. After the user selects the window pad cleaning function, the washing machine continuously prompts the user to set window pad cleaning parameters, so that the user is prevented from neglecting to set the window pad cleaning parameters, and the using satisfaction of the user is improved.
After the washing machine is started, the terminal equipment is in wireless communication connection with the washing machine, and a pop-up box can be popped up on the terminal equipment to enable a user to select whether to clean the window pad 1 and whether to set window pad cleaning parameters. When the user is not beside the washing machine, the relevant information is displayed through the terminal equipment, so that the user can operate the washing machine conveniently and timely. Terminal equipment can be mobile devices such as cell-phone or panel computer, installs laundry control APP on the terminal equipment, and this laundry control APP can depend on the public platform of other APPs, can provide the interface of user selection window pad cleaning function and set for the interface of window pad cleaning parameter on the public platform, can also be customized intelligent control APP. When the user is in initial use, the APP can be installed in modes of scanning a two-dimensional code arranged on the washing machine or according to a link specified on a specification and the like.
Whether a user selects the window pad cleaning function is prompted on the terminal equipment, two keys of 'confirm' and 'cancel' are displayed on the pop-up frame for the user to select, if the user selects 'confirm', an interface for setting window pad cleaning parameters is popped up on the terminal equipment for the user to set the window pad cleaning parameters, and then the terminal equipment transmits the instruction selected by the user to the washing machine controller through the communication module. The communication module can be a wifi module or a bluetooth module, what select to use in this embodiment is the wifi module, and washing machine carries out remote communication through the wifi module of inside setting and terminal equipment, and through data interaction, terminal equipment receives the instruction that washing machine sent or washing machine received the instruction that terminal equipment sent.
In addition, the washing machine and the terminal equipment can simultaneously prompt a user to select a window pad cleaning function and set window pad cleaning parameters, and the user only needs to select one interface for setting. In order to ensure that a user can see the prompt pop-up box and select an instruction in time so as to improve the working efficiency of the washing machine, prompt music or voice prompts can be played on the washing machine or the terminal equipment, for example, voice prompts such as 'please select window pad cleaning', 'please set window pad cleaning parameters' and the like, so that the user is prompted to make a selection as soon as possible, and the washing machine can execute a next program.
And step two, judging whether the user sets window pad cleaning parameters within the specified time.

In this embodiment, if the user selects to wash N times and then clean the window pad once, the washing machine accumulates the number of times of washing the laundry, and when the number of times of washing the laundry reaches N times, the washing machine performs a window pad cleaning process once. The cleaning mode can effectively clean the window pad regularly, save energy and avoid unnecessary cleaning.
And step three, if the washing machine receives an instruction of setting window pad cleaning parameters by a user within a specified time, the washing machine performs window pad cleaning according to the set parameters, otherwise, the washing machine performs window pad cleaning according to default parameters.
Specifically, the user sets window pad cleaning parameters within a specified time, and when the washing machine cleans the window pad 1, the washing machine executes the cleaning time and the disinfectant adding amount set by the user, so that the window pad is cleaned more specifically, and the window pad cleaning efficiency is improved.
If the user does not set the window pad cleaning parameter within the prescribed time, the washing machine performs window pad cleaning according to the default parameter. The default window mat cleaning parameters are divided according to four seasons, and the cleaning duration, the cleaning time interval and the disinfectant adding amount of the window mat 1 are different due to different seasons and different temperatures and humidity.
In winter, because the air temperature is low and the humidity is low in winter, the window pad 1 is not easy to breed bacteria and generate peculiar smell, the time for cleaning the window pad 1 every time is short, the cleaning time interval is long, and the adding amount of the disinfectant is small. In spring or autumn, the air temperature and humidity of the air are higher than those in winter, so that the cleaning time is longer than that in winter, the cleaning time interval is shorter than that in winter, and the disinfectant is more than that in winter. If in summer, the temperature is high, the humidity is high, the time for cleaning is long each time, the cleaning time interval is short, the cleaning frequency is high, the putting amount of the disinfectant is large, and the window pad 1 is prevented from breeding bacteria and generating peculiar smell.
Although the default window pad cleaning parameters are different in each season, the washing machine can adjust the parameter values of the default window pad cleaning parameters according to the actual temperature of the external environment, a temperature sensor and/or a humidity sensor can be arranged on the washing machine and used for detecting the temperature and the humidity of the external environment of the washing machine respectively, detected data are transmitted to a washing machine controller, and the washing machine controller adjusts the default window pad cleaning parameters according to the detected temperature values and/or humidity values, so that the window pad 1 is more targeted for cleaning, and the cleaning cleanliness of the window pad 1 and the working efficiency of the washing machine are improved.
And step four, executing a washing program, finishing washing, and judging whether a door body of the washing machine is closed within a specified time after the user takes out the clothes.
Specifically, after the window pad cleaning parameters are set, the washing machine executes a washing program, and after the washing is finished and the user takes out the clothes, the door body of the washing machine needs to be closed to clean the window pad 1 and discharge the water for cleaning the window pad 1 out of the drum. If the clothes cleaning window pad is not taken out, the disinfectant for cleaning the window pad can pollute clothes, if the door body is not closed, the window pad cleaning program is executed, water flows out of the washing machine to pollute the environment, and the washing machine window pad 1 is not cleaned for a long time due to the fact that the door body is not closed. Therefore, before the window gasket 1 is cleaned, the washing machine needs to determine whether the door of the washing machine is closed within a predetermined time.
And step five, if the door body of the washing machine is closed within the specified time, executing a window pad cleaning program.
And step six, if the door body of the washing machine is not closed within the specified time, the user is prompted to clean the window pad 1 before the next washing.

And seventhly, before the next washing, judging whether a load exists in the drum of the washing machine on the premise that the door body of the washing machine is closed.
Specifically, after the last washing, the washing machine stores the information that the window gasket 1 is not cleaned, and after the washing machine is started next time, the washing machine prompts the user to clean the window gasket 1, and before the washing program is executed, the washing machine also judges whether the door body of the washing machine is in a closed state. If the door body is in an open state, the washing machine does not execute any program, and the phenomenon that water flows to the outside of the washing machine to pollute the environment when the window pad 1 is washed or clothes are washed is avoided. If the door body is in a closed state, whether a load exists in the roller or not needs to be judged. If there is a load in the drum and the window pad 1 cannot be cleaned, the washing machine directly performs a laundry washing process. If there is no load in the drum, the washing machine performs a window pad cleaning process.
And step eight, if the drum of the washing machine is loaded, the washing machine executes a clothes washing program.
If the washing machine performs a window mat cleaning process with a load in the drum, water with a disinfectant is sprayed onto the unwashed and dried laundry, and the high concentration of the disinfectant may damage the laundry of some materials, so that it is necessary to ensure that there is no load in the drum when performing the window mat washing process.
In this embodiment, the washing machine determines whether there is a load in the drum of the washing machine by weighing. An image collecting sensor can be arranged in the drum of the washing machine, the image collecting sensor collects images in the drum, and if clothes are displayed, the window pad cleaning program is not executed. The washing machine can also judge whether a load exists in the drum or not in a motor weighing mode, judge the magnitude of current when the motor rotates and indicate that the load exists in the drum if the current generated by the rotation of the motor is larger than a certain value. The washing machine performs a laundry washing process with a load in the drum.
And step nine, if no load exists in the drum of the washing machine, the washing machine executes a window pad cleaning program.
