As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the top end of the granulation chamber 2 has an opening for molten slag to enter and an exhaust duct 23, and the lower part of the granulation chamber is communicated with a blast port. In fig. 1, the exhaust duct 23 is provided with an inner cylinder 231, and high-temperature slag is supplied to the granulation chamber 2 through the inner cylinder. Of course, the opening and the exhaust duct 23 may be separately provided, the rotary table 1 penetrates into the granulating chamber from the bottom, and the rotary table 1 is used for receiving the high-temperature slag entering the granulating chamber from the opening, throwing the high-temperature slag out along with the rotation of the rotary table, and contacting with the cooling wind fed from the tuyere for cooling to form granulated slag. It should be noted that the above description of the granulation chamber is merely exemplary, the present invention is not limited to the structure of the granulation chamber, and the rotating disk of the present embodiment may be used as long as it is a rotating disk for receiving molten slag by dry granulation.
The turntable 1 is cooled by an open water cooling mode, and the turntable 1 comprises a shell 40, a base 33, a water tank 32, a water inlet pipe 34, a motor 31, a transmission mechanism 36, a bearing 35, a support sleeve 37, a rotating pipe body 38 and a distributor 39.
The housing 40 has an internal cavity, which may preferably be vertically cylindrical. The upper end surface of the housing 40 is a surface for receiving high temperature slag, and may be made in a concave form.
The rotary pipe body 38 is a rotatable pipe body having a certain wall thickness, and the upper end of the rotary pipe body 38 is vertically connected to the lower end surface of the housing 40, and the pipe cavity thereof is made to communicate with the inner cavity of the housing 40. The outer wall of the rotating pipe body 38 is fitted with a support sleeve 37 and supported on the upper end surface of the water tank 32 by the support sleeve, and preferably, bearings 35 are fitted on both upper and lower ends of the support sleeve. The lower end of the rotating pipe body 38 penetrates into the water tank 32, the water tank 32 is used for containing cooling return water, a water outlet of the water tank 32 is communicated with a water inlet of the cooling module, and the cooling module is used for cooling the outlet water of the water tank. The cooling module may be, for example, a water pool for natural cooling, or may be cooled by other cooling and heat exchanging devices, which is not limited herein. The water outlet of the cooling module is communicated with the water inlet of the water pump.
The water inlet pipe 34 is further arranged in the rotating pipe body 38, the water inlet pipe 34 is a pipe with openings at two ends, the upper end of the water inlet pipe 34 extends to the inner cavity of the shell 40, the lower end of the water inlet pipe 34 extends out of the rotating pipe body 38 and continues to extend out of the water tank 32, and the end part of the water inlet pipe 34, which penetrates out of the water tank 32, is communicated with a water outlet of the water pump.
