Abstract

本发明公开了一种非静置胶囊式沼气发生装置及沼气系统,包括沼气发生器、进料箱、催化器、电加热器和自动倾斜基座。所述沼气发生器内部拥有保温层及贮料区,其底座为可自动倾斜的基座,安装有转动板、限位弹簧、卡块和压力感应器。本沼气发生器外形为胶囊式结构,相比于传统的沼气发生器,本沼气发生系统可在内贮料区达到额定贮存数值时,自动倾斜经滑槽传递至下一个沼气发生器,能够快速提高沼气的产量。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种非静置胶囊式沼气发生装置及沼气系统,属于沼气发生器及沼气发生系统领域,具体涉及一种非静置、可活动的沼气发生罐及地热沼气循环系统。
背景技术
沼气是一种可再生的清洁能源,由于这种气体最先是在沼泽中发现的,所以称为沼气。沼气是有机物在隔绝空气和一定的温度、湿度、酸碱度等条件下,经过沼气细菌的作用产生的一种可燃气体。沼气是一种混合气体,主要成分是甲烷。农村可用作沼气发酵的原料很多,最常用的是人畜(猪、牛、羊、马、鸡、鸭)粪便及各种农作物秸秆(稻草、麦草、玉米秸、油菜、大豆、花生秸),各类青杂草、烂菜叶、水葫芦、废渣、废水(酒糟、制豆腐的废渣水)等。
目前,在我国农村地区主要利用人畜粪便等有机物,在厌氧条件下,通过沼气池内微生物能量代谢和呼吸作用户生的可燃性气体。采用沼气池除了充分节约费用外还具有众多的优点,人畜粪便投入沼气池发酵后,能有效地将寄生在人畜粪便的细菌性病源、病毒性病源、寄生性病源及蚊蝇虫卵沉降杀灭。在沼气池密闭条件下,微生物分解物质和能量代谢呼吸释放出的惰性物质可在池内循环利用,不存在堆沤方法产生的环境污染;人畜粪便经过沼气池发酵后的废料,可直接用于作物肥料、养鱼、喂猪、浸种或直接排入河流,不产生二次污染;农村使用沼气,还能有效地减少传统炊事烟熏火燎所带来的红眼病、哮喘病等疾病。
很多的沼气发生装置都是存在着一些缺点,沼气池的建造不够密封,容易出现泄漏的情况,产生的沼气不能很完全的进行气体处理净化导致沼气燃烧率不高,同时沼气池内的产量也不能够很好的进行控制,导致了供应需求的不完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种非静置胶囊式沼气发生装置及沼气系统,从而为实现可循环进行沼气产生的简易程序而确立研究方向。所述沼气发生器以胶囊式形状建造,并与其他沼气发生器首尾相接形成环状系统,此系统设置于地下,可充分隔绝外界环境并利用地热能进行集热。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:包括一种胶囊式沼气发生器,所述沼气发生器连接有进料箱、进料管和出气管,同时设置有沼渣收集器及出渣管;当发生器内部的压力计算装置计算出发生器的内部贮存沼液量达到预定值时,将开启罐内的沼渣收集装置及出渣电闸。
所述沼气发生罐具有可活动式基座,包括转动板、限位弹簧、限位槽、移动槽、限位块等;所述卡槽和卡块通过螺纹插孔,并通过螺杆与螺帽进行固定,转动板的一侧设置有限位弹簧,限位槽与限位块底部固定相接;所述基座与罐体连接处设置有橡胶缓冲垫片及压力感应器。
所述沼气发生器经过连接形成沼气发生系统,所述系统位于地下,其中央为地热集热区,通过利用地热资源及温度控制器、温度传感系统及换热器,将地热能源做为沼气发生器的辅助热量来源,沼气发生器中本身包含电加热器,包括加热片和供热管;所述罐体内壁拥有保温层;当电加热器进行沼液加热时通过保温层的作用将罐内温度稳定至恒定值。

请参阅图1,本发明提供的一种实施例,图1为非静置胶囊式沼气发生装置结构图,包括储存原料的进料箱(1)和具备卸压口的进料管(2),所述沼气发生器的罐体(3)为胶囊式结构,进料管的底部接入罐体内的沼液面下,出渣口(10)与沼渣收集器(9)相接,所述罐体上方句应倾斜滑槽(12)。当罐体内的沼液达到了压力计算表的极值时,将启动罐体角度控制传感器及驱动系统,将罐体向下一罐体的位置倾斜,沼液将经由滑槽(12)泻入下一罐体。所述沼气发生罐安装于活动基座(6)上;所述活动基座包括转动板、限位弹簧、限位槽、移动槽、限位块等;所述卡槽和卡块通过螺纹插孔,并通过螺杆与螺帽进行固定,转动板的一侧设置有限位弹簧,限位槽与限位块底部固定相接。
请参阅图3,本发明提供的一种实施例,所述沼气发生器经过连接形成沼气发生系统,所述系统位于地下,其中央为地热集热区,通过利用地热资源及温度控制器、温度传感系统及换热器,将地热能源做为沼气发生器的辅助热量来源,沼气发生器中本身包含电加热器,包括加热片和供热管;所述罐体内壁拥有保温层;当电加热器进行沼液加热时通过保温层的作用将罐内温度稳定至恒定值。

Claims (6)

1.一种非静置胶囊式沼气发生装置及沼气系统,其特征在于:所述沼气发生器包括储存原料的进料箱(1)和具备卸压口的进料管(2),所述沼气发生器的罐体(3)为胶囊式结构,进料管的底部接入罐体内的沼液面下,出渣口(10)与沼渣收集器(9)相接,所述罐体上方句应倾斜滑槽(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种非静置胶囊式沼气发生装置及沼气系统,其特征在于:所述沼气发生罐体(3)安装有气压测算表(4),其内部拥有催化装置(5),作用为对沼气发生过程中产生的H2S进行脱硫,其内贮存有沼气催化剂及硫化物附着棒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种非静置胶囊式沼气发生装置及沼气系统,其特征在于:所述罐体(3)内拥有纵向的电加热器(11),包括加热片和供热管;所述罐体内壁拥有保温层(13);当电加热器进行沼液加热时通过保温层的作用将罐内温度稳定至恒定值。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种非静置胶囊式沼气发生装置及沼气系统,其特征在于,所述沼气发生罐安装于活动基座(6)上;所述活动基座包括转动板、限位弹簧、限位槽、移动槽、限位块等;所述卡槽和卡块通过螺纹插孔,并通过螺杆与螺帽进行固定,转动板的一侧设置有限位弹簧,限位槽与限位块底部固定相接;所述基座与罐体连接处设置有橡胶缓冲垫片及压力感应器(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种非静置胶囊式沼气发生装置及沼气系统,其特征在于:所述出气管(14)位于罐体(3)上部,当罐体内的沼液达到了压力计算表的极值时,将启动罐体角度控制传感器及驱动系统,将罐体向下一罐体的位置倾斜,沼液将经由滑槽(12)泻入下一罐体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种非静置胶囊式沼气发生装置及沼气系统,其特征在于:所述胶囊式沼气发生器将在地下形成环状生产系统,所述地下沼气生产区具备密封罩及地热集热区(15),通过利用合适深度的地热水为沼气发生池进行加温。
