The technical scheme of the invention is clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
The protective film can be applied to the following fields according to the application range: metal product surfaces, coated metal product surfaces, plastic product surfaces, automotive product surfaces, electronic product surfaces, signage product surfaces, profile product surfaces, and other product surfaces.
On the market, the thickness of the protective film varies depending on the product to be used, and the main stream has thicknesses of 0.05mm, 0.075mm, and 0.1 mm.
In the prior art, according to the thickness of a protective film substrate required by an application product, a layer of adhesive is coated on the surface of the substrate with the thickness to form an adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer is attached to a stripping layer to form a protective film. However, the hardness and stiffness of the protective film substrate in the prior art are relatively high under the same thickness, which results in that the protective film substrate cannot be adhered to the surface of the protected material very snugly, and the defect is particularly obvious when facing the attached material with rough and uneven surface or the attached material with corners and folding angles.
To solve the above problems, according to an aspect of the present application, a flexible protective film 100 is provided to solve the above technical problems.
Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a flexible protective film 100 according to one possible implementation of the present disclosure.
In this embodiment, the flexible protective film 100 is attached to a surface of a material to be protected (not shown). The flexible protective film 100 includes a base material layer 1. The substrate layer 1 is configured as a composite laminated structure to improve the pliability and conformability of the flexible protective film 100 on the surface of the protected material. The composite laminated structure includes a first substrate layer 11 and a second substrate layer 12 which are bonded to each other.
The realization mode adopts the technical means that at least two thin base material layers which are thinner than the original base material layer are laminated and compounded to form a new base material layer to replace the original base material layer, so as to obtain the protective film which is smooth and better in fitting property under the same thickness of the base material layer; that is, the substrate layer 1 adopted in the present embodiment includes the first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12 that are attached to each other, and the thicknesses of the first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12 are both smaller than the thickness of the substrate layer 1. Therefore, the stiffness of the whole material can be effectively reduced, and the softness of the flexible protective film 100 is enhanced.
The flexible protective film 100 is flexible and conformable, so that the flexible protective film can be adaptive to surfaces with various shapes, and the technical problems of warping and edge rising are reduced. The core of the technical idea of the application is to improve the above-mentioned soft and smooth conformance of the protective film under the premise of unchanged thickness.
It is easy to understand that, because the flexible protection film 100 has good flexibility, the flexible protection film 100 provided by the present application can also be applied to the surface of a small-sized entity, and has a high degree of adhesion and is not easy to warp.
In summary, the flexible protective film 100 provided by the present embodiment is not only suitable for an object with an uneven shape, but also suitable for protecting an entity with a smaller size, such as an electronic component.
It is easily understood that the flexible protective film 100 of the present application is characterized by its compliant and conformable property, and therefore, the process of preparing the substrate layer 1 does not employ a hot press molding process.
Common base material layer 1 materials are: PP, PET, PE, PVC, PC, OPP, and the like.
Specifically, the first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12 of this implementation are both PET substrates, that is, the substrate layer 1 of this implementation is formed by combining two PET substrate layers.
PET (polyethylene terephthalate) with the chemical formula of (C)10H8O4)nThe polyester is prepared by exchanging dimethyl terephthalate with glycol ester or esterifying terephthalic acid with glycol to synthesize dihydroxy ethyl terephthalate, and then performing polycondensation reaction. The polyester belongs to crystalline saturated polyester, is a milky white or light yellow polymer with high crystallinity, has smooth and glossy surface, is a common resin in life, and can be divided into APET, RPET and PETG.
The PET substrate layer is a film material which is prepared by using polyethylene terephthalate as a raw material, manufacturing a thick sheet by adopting an extrusion method and performing biaxial tension. The film is colorless, transparent and glossy, has excellent mechanical performance, high rigidity, hardness and toughness, puncture resistance, friction resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, air tightness and fragrance retention, and is one of the commonly used barrier composite film base materials.
Since the thicker the thickness of the substrate layer 1 is, the less compliant and conformable the flexible protective film 100 will be, the thickness of the substrate layer 1 should be reduced as much as possible on the premise of satisfying the customer's needs.
In one possible implementation, the thickness of the first substrate layer 11 is set to be less than or equal to 38 μm; the thickness of the second base material layer 12 is set to be less than or equal to 50 μm.
Alternatively, the thickness of the first base material layer 11 is set to 6 μm, 16 μm, 25 μm, 36 μm, or the like; the thickness of the second base material layer 12 is set to 25 μm, 50 μm, or the like.
In a possible implementation, the flexible protective film 100 further comprises a first glue layer 2; wherein, the two opposite sides of the first glue layer 2 are respectively used for gluing with the protected material and the first substrate layer 11.
Specifically, the first adhesive layer 2 is configured as a silicone adhesive layer.
The organic silicon adhesive belongs to a single-component semitransparent paste room-temperature curing adhesive and is a high-performance elastomer formed by natural curing. Has excellent cold and hot resistance, aging resistance and electric insulation performance, and has good adhesion to most of metal and non-metal materials.
Specifically, the first adhesive layer 2 is configured as a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSAs) are a class of adhesives that are sensitive to pressure. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is called pressure-sensitive adhesive, adhesive sticker and pressure-sensitive adhesive for short.
The organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive has good bonding strength and initial viscosity of common pressure-sensitive adhesives, and basically comprises organic silicon rubber, organic silicon resin, a condensation catalyst, a cross-linking agent, a filler, an organic solvent and other additives. The organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive mainly comprises the following types, including solvent type, high solid content type, solvent-free type, hot melt type and emulsion type organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesives.
In specific implementation, before the application of the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, the surface of the first substrate layer 11 needs to be treated by a chemical, electrical or plasma method or a layer of primer is coated on the surface of the first substrate layer 11, so that the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive is more firmly bonded with the first substrate layer 11.
In a possible implementation manner, the first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12 are tightly bonded together by glue to enhance the structural stability of the substrate layer 1.
Specifically, the composite laminated structure further includes a second glue layer 13; wherein, two opposite surfaces of the first base material layer 11 are respectively glued with the first glue layer 2 and the second glue layer 13; the first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12 are glued together by the second glue layer 13.
Specifically, the second adhesive layer 13 is an acrylic adhesive layer.
The acrylic adhesive is an adhesive with unique performance and wide application range. According to the form and application characteristics of the adhesive, the adhesive can be divided into a solvent type, an emulsion type, a reaction type, a pressure-sensitive type, an instant drying type, an anaerobic type, a photosensitive type, a hot-melt type and the like. From the classification, the application range of the diacidic adhesive is very wide, and all metal and nonmetal materials can be bonded by the acrylic adhesive. Wherein, pressure-sensitive adhesive, anaerobic adhesive, photosensitive adhesive, hot melt adhesive and the like basically form a system by self.
The raw material of the second adhesive layer 13 in this implementation is selected from a group of acrylic adhesives with higher viscosity.
Specifically, the tackiness of the second adhesive layer 13 is greater than or equal to 1000 g/25 mm.
Specifically, the second adhesive layer 13 is made of an acrylic adhesive.
Acrylic, also called PMMA or perspex, is derived from acrylic (acrylic plastic) english, and is known by the chemical name polymethylmethacrylate.
The acrylic adhesive has the advantages of convenience in use, quick positioning, high bonding strength, no toxicity of cured products and the like, and can tightly bond the double PET substrate layers (the first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12) together.
In a possible implementation manner, in order to prevent the adhesives of the first adhesive layer 2 and the second adhesive layer 13 from overflowing and causing adhesion of the sheets, the length of the first adhesive layer 2 is set to be less than or equal to the length of the first substrate layer 11; setting the width of the first glue layer 2 to be less than or equal to the width of the first base material layer 11; setting the length of the second adhesive layer 13 to be less than or equal to the length of the first substrate layer 11 and less than or equal to the length of the second substrate layer; the width of the second adhesive layer 13 is set to be less than or equal to the width of the first substrate layer 11 and less than or equal to the width of the second substrate layer 12.
Specifically, the flexible protective film 100 further includes a peeling layer 3; wherein, the stripping layer 3 is jointed with the first substrate layer 11 through the first glue layer 2.
The isolation layer 3 can ensure that the flexible protective film 100 is not scratched or damaged by external force before use, thereby ensuring the product quality. When the flexible protective film is pasted, the isolation layer 3 is peeled off, and the flexible protective film 100 can be well adsorbed on the surface of a protected material through the first glue layer 2.
Optionally, the peeling layer 3 is disposed as a release film 3 to reduce the peeling strength between the peeling layer 3 and the first glue layer 2.
Alternatively, the release film 3 may be a PE release film, a PET release film, an OPP release film, a PC release film, a PS release film, a PMMA release film, a BOPP release film, a PE release film, or the like.
In a possible implementation manner, the peeling layer 3 is a common PET film or a non-silicon release film or a fluorine release film, and the first glue layer 2 is configured as a silica gel adhesive layer.
In another possible implementation manner, the adhesive of the first adhesive layer 2 is an acrylic adhesive, and the release layer 3 is configured as a release film containing silicon.
To more clearly illustrate the structure of the flexible protection film 100 and the beneficial effects thereof, the process for preparing the flexible protection film 100 will be further described with reference to fig. 2.
As another aspect of the present application, there is provided a method for manufacturing a flexible protective film 100, including the steps of:
step S1: providing a first substrate layer 11;
step S2: coating a second adhesive layer 13 on one surface of the first substrate layer 11, and drying;
step S3, providing a second base material layer 12;
step S4: bonding the second substrate layer 12 and the first substrate layer 11 through a second adhesive layer 13;
step S5: coating the other surface of the first base material layer 11 with a first glue layer 2, and drying;
step S6: providing a release layer 3; and
step S7: the peeling layer 3 and the first substrate layer 11 are bonded by the first adhesive layer 2.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and the like that are within the spirit and principle of the present invention are included in the present invention.
