Abstract
本发明公开了一种建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆,按重量份包括以下组分:硅酸盐水泥25‑35分、膨润土20‑30份、重质碳酸钙10‑15份、木纤维1‑3份、改性聚合物硅乳液5‑10份、有机硅防水剂1‑3份、聚氨酯胶黏剂5‑10份。本发明的建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆,从原料筛选、工艺配比到加工工艺方法,筛除大粒径的水泥和膨润土,保证水泥和膨润土粒度均匀,配合改性聚合物硅乳液以及聚氨酯胶黏剂的粘粘,保证抗裂砂浆搅拌后各原料的密实度,凝固后具有较好的防渗水防干裂效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,特别是一种建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆及其制备工艺。
背景技术
抗裂砂浆,以由聚合物乳液和外加剂制成的抗裂剂、水泥和砂按一定比例加水搅拌制成的能满足一定变形而保持不开裂的砂浆。抗裂砂浆一般涂抹在建筑物外墙表面,时间长后会出现外墙开裂的情况,造成安全隐患。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆及其制备工艺。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆,按重量份包括以下组分:硅酸盐水泥25-35分、膨润土20-30份、重质碳酸钙10-15份、木纤维1-3份、改性聚合物硅乳液5-10份、有机硅防水剂1-3份、聚氨酯胶黏剂5-10份。
本发明中,所述硅酸盐水泥与膨润土的比例为1.2:1。
本发明中,所述改性聚合物硅乳液与聚氨酯胶黏剂的比例为1:1。
本发明中,所述改性聚合物硅乳液由硅烷偶联剂和乙酸乙烯酯按1比1混合而成。
本发明还公开了一种建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆的制备工艺,包括下述步骤:
步骤1:将硅酸盐水泥过筛,使得硅酸盐水泥目数大于350;
步骤2:将膨润土过筛,使得膨润土目数大于200;
步骤3:将筛选过的硅酸盐水泥和膨润土烘干后混合均匀,加水后搅拌均匀;
步骤4:将重质碳酸钙、木纤维、改性聚合物硅乳液、有机硅防水剂、聚氨酯胶黏剂依次加入并搅拌均匀。
本发明中,步骤4中搅拌温度为40度,搅拌时间30分钟。
有益效果:本发明的建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆,从原料筛选、工艺配比到加工工艺方法,筛除大粒径的水泥和膨润土,保证水泥和膨润土粒度均匀,配合改性聚合物硅乳液以及聚氨酯胶黏剂的粘粘,保证抗裂砂浆搅拌后各原料的密实度,凝固后具有较好的防渗水防干裂效果。
改性聚合物硅乳液与聚氨酯胶黏剂的配比使用,保证抗裂砂浆凝固后具备一定柔性,防止暴晒后的热胀导致裂纹。
具体实施方式
实施例:
本实施例提供了一种建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆,按重量份包括以下组分:硅酸盐水泥25-35分、膨润土20-30份、重质碳酸钙10-15份、木纤维1-3份、改性聚合物硅乳液5-10份、有机硅防水剂1-3份、聚氨酯胶黏剂5-10份。
本实施例具体为硅酸盐水泥24分、膨润土20份、重质碳酸钙10份、木纤维1份、改性聚合物硅乳液8份、有机硅防水剂2份、聚氨酯胶黏剂8份。
本实施例中,硅酸盐水泥与膨润土的比例为1.2:1。
本实施例中,改性聚合物硅乳液与聚氨酯胶黏剂的比例为1:1。
本实施例中,改性聚合物硅乳液由硅烷偶联剂和乙酸乙烯酯按1比1混合而成。
本实施例的建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆的制备工艺,包括下述步骤:
步骤1:将硅酸盐水泥过筛,使得硅酸盐水泥目数大于350;
步骤2:将膨润土过筛,使得膨润土目数大于200;
步骤3:将筛选过的硅酸盐水泥和膨润土烘干后混合均匀,加水后搅拌均匀;
步骤4:将重质碳酸钙、木纤维、改性聚合物硅乳液、有机硅防水剂、聚氨酯胶黏剂依次加入并搅拌均匀。
其中,步骤4中搅拌温度为40度,搅拌时间30分钟。
经过试验,该抗裂砂浆性能稳定,防裂效果较好。
本发明提供了一种建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆及其制备工艺的思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆,其特征在于,按重量份包括以下组分:硅酸盐水泥25-35分、膨润土20-30份、重质碳酸钙10-15份、木纤维1-3份、改性聚合物硅乳液5-10份、有机硅防水剂1-3份、聚氨酯胶黏剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆,其特征在于,所述硅酸盐水泥与膨润土的比例为1.2:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆,其特征在于,所述改性聚合物硅乳液与聚氨酯胶黏剂的比例为1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆,其特征在于,所述改性聚合物硅乳液由硅烷偶联剂和乙酸乙烯酯按1比1混合而成。
5.一种建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
步骤1:将硅酸盐水泥过筛,使得硅酸盐水泥目数大于350;
步骤2:将膨润土过筛,使得膨润土目数大于200;
步骤3:将筛选过的硅酸盐水泥和膨润土烘干后混合均匀,加水后搅拌均匀;
步骤4:将重质碳酸钙、木纤维、改性聚合物硅乳液、有机硅防水剂、聚氨酯胶黏剂依次加入并搅拌均匀。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种建筑外墙涂刷用抗裂砂浆的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤4中搅拌温度为40度,搅拌时间30分钟。
