Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 12.
This embodiment is an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a folder capable of storing sheets a.
The folder is configured to be capable of changing its posture so as to be capable of taking an open posture (M) in which the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 can be opened so as to be substantially coplanar as shown in fig. 1, a closed posture (T) in which the inner surfaces of the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 can face each other as shown in fig. 3, and a folded posture (R) in which the outer surfaces of the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 can face each other as shown in fig. 2. The folding posture (R) is a posture in which either one of the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 in the closed posture (T) is rotated by 360 ° about the hinge portion H as a rotation center.
The folder is provided with: a front cover 1 and a back cover 2 as a second piece connected by a hinge part H; a first pocket piece S1 as a first piece, the first pocket piece S1 being disposed on the inner surface side of the back cover 2 and being capable of forming a first pocket P1 as a pocket capable of accommodating the paper sheet a in cooperation with the back cover 2; a second pocket piece S2 which is disposed on the inner surface side of the front cover 1, has a long dimension in the left-right direction, and can form a second pocket P2 as a pocket capable of storing the paper a in cooperation with the front cover 1; a third pocket piece S3 which is disposed on the inner surface side of the front cover 1, is long in the vertical direction, and forms a third pocket P3 as a pocket capable of storing the paper a in cooperation with the front cover 1; a separation portion B provided so as to connect the first pocket sheet S1 and the second pocket sheet S2 and disposed so as to be always separated from the hinge portion H; and a rotary binding tool G rotatably attached to an end of the first pocket sheet S1.
The front cover 1 and the back cover 2 are respectively rectangular in longitudinal length. The edges of the four corners in the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 are formed in a rounded manner. In the side-by-side position (M), the front cover 1 is located on the left side and the rear cover 2 is located on the right side. The front cover 1 and the back cover 2 are symmetrical about a hinge portion H extending in the vertical direction at the middle portion in the horizontal direction. The front cover 1 and the back cover 2 are integrally connected via a hinge H. Since the edges of the four corners of the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 are formed in a rounded manner, portions recessed in a wedge shape are formed above and below the hinge portion H.
The hinge portion H is a type of member called a resin hinge, and is provided between the inner end edge of the front cover 1 and the inner end edge of the rear cover 2. The hinge portion H is formed by linearly extending in the vertical direction. In this embodiment, auxiliary folding lines F are formed on the left and right sides of the hinge portion H in parallel with the hinge portion H at a predetermined interval to expand the back width (japanese: backspan).
Next, a first pocket sheet S1, which is a pocket sheet constituting the first pocket P1 provided on the back cover 2 side, will be described.
The first pocket sheet S1 is disposed at a position overlapping the back cover 2. The first pocket sheet S1 is attached to the back cover 2. The folder is provided with a first pocket P1 capable of storing the paper a by connecting the first pocket sheet S1 to at least two sides of the back cover 2.
The first pocket sheet S1 is disposed on the inner surface side of the back cover 2, and the lower end edge and the outer end edge, which is one of the side end edges, are connected to the lower end edge of the back cover 2 and the outer end edge, which is one of the side end edges.
In this embodiment, the first pocket sheet S1 and the back cover 2 are integrally formed of the same synthetic resin sheet, and therefore the lower end edge of the first pocket sheet S1 and the lower end edge of the back cover 2 are integrally and continuously provided via the folding line E. The outer end edge of the first pocket sheet S1 is connected to the outer end edge of the back cover 2 by welding.
The first pocket sheet S1 includes a first pocket sheet main body S11 having a substantially square shape, and an extension sheet S12 having a vertically long rectangular shape extending from a part of the inner end edge of the first pocket sheet main body S11.
The first pocket sheet main body s11 has a hole ja formed through the vicinity of the upper end of the inner end edge, which is the other side end edge, for rotatably supporting the rotary binding tool G. A metal shaft member J is inserted into the shaft hole ja.
A shaft member insertion hole, not shown, into which the shaft member J is inserted is formed in the base end portion of the rotary stapler G. The base end portion of the binding G is supported to be rotatable between the shaft member J and the first pocket sheet main body s 11.
The extension piece s12 is a protruding piece-like member that is supported in a cantilevered manner with respect to the first pocket piece body s 11. The extension piece s12 is configured so that the proximal end portion can be bent. The extension piece s12 is a member whose base end portion is bent so as to be movable so as to overlap the outer surface side of the first pocket piece main body s 11.
The extension piece s12 is pressed from the outside by the rotary binder G and pressed against the outer surface side of the first pocket piece main body s 11. That is, the paper sheet a inserted between the extension piece s12 and the first pocket piece main body s11 is configured to be sandwiched between the extension piece s12 pressed by the binder G and the first pocket piece main body s 11.
That is, the folder can accommodate the sheets a not only in the first pocket P1 provided between the back cover 2 and the first pocket sheet main body s11, but also hold 1 sheet or a plurality of sheets a on the outer surface side of the first pocket sheet main body s11 by using the binder G provided in the first pocket sheet main body s 11.
The area of the first pocket sheet S1 is set smaller than the area of the back cover 2. More specifically, the height dimension of the first pocket sheet body s11 is set to be lower than the height dimension of the back cover 2. The left-right dimension of the first pocket sheet body s11 is set shorter than the left-right dimension of the back cover 2.
In this embodiment, the height of the first pocket sheet body s11 is set to a height at which the upper end portion of B5-sized paper (printing paper or the like) accommodated in the first pocket P1 is exposed. That is, the height of the first pocket sheet main body s11 is set to be shorter than the top-bottom size of the B5-sized paper sheet.
The dimension of the first pocket sheet main body s11 in the left-right direction is set to the following length as shown in the use example of fig. 4: the outer end edge ae of the a4 size paper sheet a held by the binding tool G can be positioned inward of the outer end edge of the back cover 2.
In this embodiment, the transverse width dimensions of the first pocket sheet body s11 and the back cover 2 are set to: not only can the outer end edge ae of the paper a of a4 size held by the binding G be positioned inward of the outer end edge of the front cover 2, but also the outer end edge ae of the paper a held by the binding G is not so far inward as to be less likely to catch a finger.
The folder is formed with the first pocket P1 capable of accommodating the paper a by the first pocket sheet S1 and the back cover 2 configured as described above. The first pocket P1 is open at the upper end and the inner end and closed at the lower end and the outer end.
The binding tool G is a member of a known structure called a "rotary binding tool" or a "slide binding tool". The binding tool G is made of synthetic resin.
The binding tool G is attached to be rotatable with respect to the first pocket sheet main body s 11. The other pocket pieces, i.e., the second pocket piece S2 and the third pocket piece S3, disposed on the inner surface side of the front cover 1 are disposed at positions not interfering with the rotation end t1 of the binding G pivotally connected to the first pocket piece body S11.
The binder G is a member having a substantially "コ" shape in cross section, and includes a plate-shaped base portion G1 located on the back side of the first pocket sheet body s11, a plate-shaped pressing portion G2 located on the front side of the first pocket sheet body s11, and a coupling portion G3 connecting the base portion G1 and the pressing portion G2.
When the binding G is rotated with respect to the first pocket sheet body s11 so that the first pocket sheet body s11 and the extension sheet s12 are positioned between the base portion G1 and the pressing portion G2 in the binding G, the paper sheet a disposed between the first pocket sheet body s11 and the extension sheet s12 is nipped by a certain nipping pressure.
Next, a second pocket sheet S2 constituting a second pocket P2 as a pocket provided on the front cover 1 side and a third pocket sheet S3 constituting a third pocket P3 as a pocket provided on the front cover 1 side will be described.
The second pocket panel S2 has a horizontally long rectangular shape. The second pocket piece S2 is disposed on the inner surface side of the front cover 1, and the lower end edge and the outer end edge are connected to the lower end edge and the outer end edge of the front cover 1 by welding. The second pocket P2 formed by the second pocket sheet S2 and the front cover 1 is open at the upper end side and the inner end side and closed at the lower end side and the outer end side.
The third pocket panel S3 has a rectangular shape. The third pocket piece S3 is disposed on the inner surface side of the front cover 1 and is connected to the outer end edge of the front cover 1 only at the upper portion of the outer end edge by welding. The lower portion of the third pocket panel S3 is positioned between the front cover 1 and the second pocket panel S2.
The third pocket P3 formed by the third pocket sheet S3 and the front cover 1 has an open upper end and an open inner end and a closed outer end. The lower end edge side of the third pocket sheet S3 is not joined to the front cover 1, but is not substantially opened because a portion where the lower end edge of the second pocket P2 is joined to the lower end edge of the front cover 1 is provided in the vicinity of the lower end edge of the third pocket P3.
In this embodiment, by cooperation of the front cover 1 with both the second pocket sheet S2 and the third pocket sheet S3, an L-shaped pocket PL capable of accommodating the sheet a can be formed.
That is, the L-shaped pocket PL includes: a third pocket piece S3 which is disposed on the inner surface of the front cover 1, has a long dimension in the vertical direction, and has an outer end edge connected to the outer end edge of the front cover 1; and a second pocket panel S2, the second pocket panel S2 being separate from the third pocket panel S3 and being disposed at a position closer to the front side than the third pocket panel S3, i.e., closer to the front side in a front view in the half-open posture (M). The third pocket piece S3 and the second pocket piece S2 are arranged substantially in an L shape on the inner surface side of the front cover 1.
The L-shaped pockets PL can flexibly accommodate sheets C having a relatively small area. For example, as shown in fig. 4, when a sheet C of a postcard size or a size smaller than the postcard size is stored, the sheet C can be appropriately stored and smoothly taken out when necessary by inserting the sheet C between the second pocket sheet S2 and the third pocket sheet S3. In fig. 4, a sheet C indicated by reference character C has a size smaller than a4 size and B5 size, and a color sheet (red sheet) made of synthetic resin for word hiding used for learning is illustrated.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5, when sheets a of a4 size and B5 size are stored, the sheets a can be appropriately stored and smoothly taken out when necessary by inserting the sheets a between the front cover 1 and the second pocket piece S2 and between the front cover 1 and the third pocket piece S3.
Next, the separation section B will be explained.
The separating portion B is provided continuously with the first pocket piece S1 and the second pocket piece S2, is disposed on the inner surface side of the front cover 1 and the back cover 2, and can form an intermediate pocket Pc as a pocket in cooperation with the covers 1 and 2. The separating portion B is located at a position separated from the hinge portion H on the front side when viewed from the front in the half-open posture (M), and is provided at a position separated from the hinge portion H in the folded-back posture (R). The separation portion B is formed as a portion connecting the inner end edge S1e of the first pocket sheet S1 and the inner end edge S2e of the second pocket sheet S2.
The separating part B is in a shape protruding to the front side in the split posture (M). Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, the separating portion B has a shape protruding in a mountain shape toward the front side in the half open posture (M). The separation section B includes: a ridge portion b1 formed at a position substantially coinciding with the hinge portion H in the half-open posture (M); a left side plate portion b2 having a rectangular plate shape, the left side plate portion b2 being located on the left side of the ridge line portion b 1; and a right side plate portion b3 having a rectangular plate shape, the right side plate portion b3 being located on the right side of the ridge line portion b 1.
The separation portion B is interposed between a lower portion of the left side end edge of the first pocket sheet S1 and the right side end edge of the second pocket sheet S2. In other words, the left end edge of the left side panel portion b2 is connected to the second pocket sheet S2, and the right end edge of the right side panel portion b3 is connected to the left end edge of the first pocket sheet S1.
The upper end and the lower end of the separation part B are open. That is, the separating portion B is supported in a cantilever manner with respect to the first and second pocket pieces S1, S2, and can form an intermediate pocket Pc capable of accommodating the paper a in cooperation with the front cover 1 and the back cover 2.
In this embodiment, the first pocket sheet S1, the separating portion B, and the second pocket sheet S2 are integrally provided continuously from the same sheet.
As shown in fig. 11, the front cover 1, the back cover 2, the first pocket sheet S1, the separating portion B, and the second pocket sheet S2 are integrally formed of the same synthetic resin sheet. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 12, the third pocket piece S3 is formed of a synthetic resin sheet separate from the sheet including the front cover 1 described above.
As described above in detail, the folder of the present embodiment includes the first pocket sheet S1 as the first sheet and the back cover 2 as the second sheet disposed at a position overlapping the first pocket sheet S1, and the first pocket P1 as the pocket is provided by connecting at least two sides of the first pocket sheet S1 and the back cover 2. The folder is provided with a binding tool G on the first pocket sheet S1.
Therefore, it is possible to provide a folder configured to be provided with not only the first pocket P1 as a pocket capable of accommodating a plurality of sheets a, but also to be able to appropriately hold a specific sheet a even in a state where the specific sheet a is supported by the binder G and is not accommodated in the first pocket P1.
That is, in the case of this folder, since the binding tool G is provided in the first pocket sheet S1, the storage function of the sheets a by the first pocket P1 and the holding function of the sheets a by the binding tool G can be effectively achieved at the same time.
Further, since the binding tool G is provided in the first pocket sheet S1, the first pocket and the binding tool G can be easily arranged in an overlapping manner, and the size of the file can be reduced without difficulty (smoothly).
The area of the first pocket sheet S1 as the first sheet is set smaller than the area of the back cover 2 as the second sheet.
Therefore, between the back cover 2 and the first pocket sheet S1, the first pocket P1 from which the paper a is easily taken out is suitably formed.
The lower end edge of the first pocket sheet S1 as the first sheet is connected to the lower end edge of the back cover 2 as the second sheet, the outer end edge of one side end edge of the first pocket sheet S1 is connected to the outer end edge of one side end edge of the back cover 2, and the binding tool G is attached to the vicinity of the inner end edge of the first pocket sheet S1 in the vicinity of the other side end edge.
Therefore, the paper a can be accommodated between the back cover 2 and the first pocket sheet S1 in an appropriate form, and the binder G can be disposed at an appropriate position capable of holding the left end of the paper a.
The folder has a front cover 1 and a back cover 2, and is configured to be capable of opening and closing between a half-open posture (M) in which the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 can be opened so as to be substantially coplanar and a closed posture (T) in which the inner surfaces of the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 can face each other. And the second sheet is constituted by the back cover 2.
Therefore, the first pocket sheet S1 constituting the first pocket P1 capable of storing the sheet a and to which the binding G capable of holding the sheet a is attached is positioned on the right side in the open posture (M), and is easily touched and handled by the user.
The first sheet is constituted by a first pocket sheet S1 which is disposed on the inner surface side of the back cover 2 and can form a first pocket P1 as a pocket in cooperation with the back cover 2.
Therefore, the first pocket sheet S1 can properly form the first pocket P1 capable of accommodating the paper a by cooperating with the back cover 2.
The binding tool G is a rotary binding tool rotatably attached to the first pocket sheet S1. On the inner surface side of the front cover 1, a second pocket sheet S2 and a third pocket sheet S3, which are other pocket sheets, are arranged so as not to interfere with the rotation end of the binding tool G.
Therefore, the binding tool G can be rotated so as to be along the inner surface of the front cover 1 in the half-open posture (M) without being obstructed by the second pocket piece S2 and the third pocket piece S3 provided on the inner surface side of the front cover 1.
Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in detail above.
The paper sheets stored or held in the folder are not limited to paper sheets, and may be synthetic resin, wooden, or metal sheets. That is, the paper may be any sheet-like paper.
The binding tool is not limited to the rotary type binding tool, and various binding tools can be applied.
For example, as shown in fig. 13 (a), a binding-cord type binding tool D including a binding cord D1 and a binding member D2 that can be engaged with and disengaged from the binding cord D1 may be used as the folder.
For example, as shown in fig. 13 (b), the file may be a binding tool K including a base plate K1 and a pressing frame member K2 pivotally supported on the base plate K1 and biased in the direction of the base plate K1 by a spring (not shown).
The position where the binding tool is provided is not limited to the vicinity of the inner end edge of the first pocket sheet as in the above-described embodiment.
For example, as shown in fig. 14 (a), the file may be provided with the binding tool G near the upper end edge of the first pocket sheet S1.
For example, as shown in fig. 14 (b), the file may be provided with the binding tool G in the vicinity of the outer end edge of the first pocket sheet S1 as a pocket sheet.
It is needless to say that various modifications can be made to the specific forms of the front cover and the rear cover without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, as shown in fig. 15, the communication hole I into which the binding tool G provided on the back cover 2 side is inserted may be formed in the closed posture (T) of the front cover 1. With such a configuration, in the closed posture (T), an increase in the thickness of the entire file due to the presence of the binder G can be suitably suppressed.
The binding tool may have an upper end portion as a pivoting end and a lower end portion pivotally connected to the first pocket piece.
The specific shape of the separating portion is not limited to the shape shown in the above embodiment, and can be set to various shapes.
For example, the separating portion B may be a mountain-shaped member having a flat top portion formed so as to have a flat top portion as shown in fig. 16 (a), may be a member capable of taking a form similar to a smooth mountain-shaped shape by providing two or more folding lines B5 at a constant interval as shown in fig. 16 (B), or may be a member capable of forming a smooth mountain-shaped shape by flexible deformation of a member without providing a folding line as shown in fig. 16 (c).
The pocket may also be a pocket provided with a side gusset (japanese: マチ).
The folder may be a folder including a first sheet and a second sheet arranged at a position overlapping the first sheet. That is, the folder may not be a folder having a front cover and a back cover.
The area of the first sheet may be larger than the area of the second sheet, or may be formed to be substantially the same size.
The specific shape of the first, second, and third pocket panels can be set to an appropriate shape. In other words, the first, second, and third pocket pieces are not limited to rectangular shapes, and may have an inclined end edge or a curved end edge at a portion thereof.
The connecting part of the pocket piece and the cover can be only one side, two sides or three sides. In addition, the connecting portion can be variously set as long as a pocket can be formed between the pocket sheet and the cover.
The pocket is not limited to the pocket provided on the inner surface side of both the front cover and the back cover, and may be any pocket provided on the inner surface of at least one of the front cover and the back cover.
The pocket may be closed only at one end side, or may be closed in three directions, that is, at one end side and both end sides.
The folder can also be provided with a spine seal (Japanese: the wristwatch) between the front and back covers. In this case, hinge portions are formed between the spine and the front cover, and between the spine and the back cover, respectively.
The front and back covers are not limited to a completely coplanar spread apart position. In other words, the split posture means a state including a state in which unevenness is generated due to a fold of a member or the like.
In the above-described embodiment, the a 4-sized paper sheet is shown as an example of the document stored in the pocket, but it is needless to say that the paper sheet may be a paper sheet having a size different from the a4 size (for example, A3 size, B5 size, and the like).
For example, a document of a3 size may be stored so as to be mounted on the front cover and the back cover. That is, since the pockets provided in the front cover and the back cover are open in both the upper end side and the inner end side, the configuration can be suitably used for storing a document of a3 size.
The specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
