According to the invention, the antistatic agent is added into the PET film, so that an extremely thin conductive layer is formed on the surface of the film, a continuous phase is formed, the surface conductivity of the PU material is improved, and generated charges are leaked as soon as possible, and the surface specific resistance of the antistatic film is less than or equal to 10 and 9-11 th-power ohm, so that the antistatic effect is improved.
In the invention, the TPU elastic membrane is a membrane prepared by processes of calendering, tape casting, membrane blowing, coating and the like on the basis of TPU granules, and the TPU granules are prepared by extruding and mixing MDI containing NCO functional groups and POLYOL containing OH functional groups, so that the tensile resistance and the elastic property of the PU material can be improved, and the PU material is not easy to break.
