With the continuous progress of material culture and technical process, the types of mattresses used by modern people tend to be diversified gradually, mainly spring mattresses, palm mattresses, latex mattresses, sponge mattresses and 3D mattresses, among which the spring mattresses account for a greater proportion.
The magnetotherapy is a method for curing some diseases by applying artificial magnetic field to channels, acupoints and pathological change position of human body, and the special magnetotherapy equipment in hospital has the effect for curing hypertension, arthritis, headache, insomnia, coronary heart disease, gastroenteritis, facial spasm, sprain, contusion and cervical spondylopathy, etc. according to the magnetotherapy principle, the invented magnetotherapy mattress can be used for making people comfortably and uniformly contact with human body when sleeping or lying on the magnetic mattress, so that after the magnet in the mattress and iron element contained in human blood are acted, it can produce massage effect, and can raise health of human body and sleep quality.
According to research discovery, if magnetic field intensity is too big to human body probably produce harmful effects, like dizzy magnetic phenomena such as first dizzy, vomiting, but the current internal concentration of common magnetotherapy mattress on the market is provided with the magnetite to all magnetite are controlled by a unified switch, the strong magnetic field that produces when opening whole magnetite not only does not have the physiotherapy effect, still can lead to dizzy magnetic phenomenon, harm people's health, common magnetotherapy mattress itself simple structure moreover, the function is single, also can't satisfy present people diversification.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an elastic physiotherapy mattress and a preparation method thereof, wherein a traditional Chinese medicine pillow is arranged, and a large amount of traditional Chinese medicine powder for promoting sleep, resisting bacteria and inhibiting bacteria is wrapped in the traditional Chinese medicine pillow, so that the sleep quality of a human body can be effectively improved, and the growth of mites is inhibited; the spine groove arranged in addition accords with the ergonomic design, so that a user has strong fit feeling when sleeping on the mattress, the latex layer improves the elasticity and the softness of the mattress, and the spring layer at the lowest layer can further improve the bearing capacity of the mattress and prolong the service life.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
the invention provides an elastic physiotherapy mattress, which comprises a physiotherapy layer, a latex layer and a spring layer, wherein the physiotherapy layer is embedded in the center of the latex layer to form a complete layer body; a spring layer is arranged below the latex layer; the upper end of the physical therapy layer is provided with a traditional Chinese medicine pillow; a long and narrow vertebral groove is arranged under the traditional Chinese medicine pillow, and a plurality of raised massage structure points are arranged at other positions of the physical therapy layer; the physiotherapy layer and the massage structure points are prepared from modified EPE foam, and the modified EPE foam is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of modified magnetic jade powder, 70-90 parts of low-density polyethylene, 1-2 parts of foaming agent, 0.05-0.1 part of foam stabilizer and 0.01-0.02 part of initiator.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the initiator is selected from at least one of azobisisobutyronitrile, azobisisoheptonitrile, dimethyl azobisisobutyrate, benzoyl peroxide tert-butyl peroxide, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide; the foaming agent is selected from at least one of n-pentane, n-hexane, n-heptane and petroleum ether; the foam stabilizer is selected from at least one of polyvinyl alcohol and triethanolamine.
As a further improvement of the invention, the preparation method of the modified magnetic jade powder comprises the following steps:
s1, pretreatment: further grinding jade powder and ferric oxide powder, respectively, sieving with 100-200 mesh sieve, soaking in alkali solution for 0.5-1 hr, filtering, cleaning, drying, and mixing to obtain magnetic jade powder;
s2, grafting of borneol: adding the magnetic jade powder into an ethanol solution of a silane coupling agent KH560, heating to 60-80 ℃, reacting for 1-2h, filtering, cleaning, adding into toluene, dissolving and mixing with borneol uniformly, dripping triethylamine, heating to 90-100 ℃, reacting for 2-4h, filtering, washing the solid with toluene, and drying to obtain borneol grafted magnetic jade powder;
s3, modification: adding the obtained borneol grafted magnetic jade powder into an ethanol solution containing a silane coupling agent, heating to 80-90 ℃, reacting for 1-2h, filtering, and cleaning to obtain the modified magnetic jade powder.
As a further improvement of the invention, in the step S1, the mass ratio of the jade powder to the ferric oxide powder is 10: (2-3); the alkali liquor is 5-10wt% of alkali solution, wherein the alkali is NaOH or KOH; the drying temperature is 90-100 ℃, and the drying time is 2-4h.
As a further improvement of the invention, the mass percent of KH560 in the ethanol solution of the silane coupling agent KH560 in the step S2 is 4-9wt%; the mass ratio of the magnetic jade powder to the borneol to the triethylamine is 100: (5-12): (3-10).
As a further improvement of the invention, the mass percent of the silane coupling agent in the ethanol solution containing the silane coupling agent in the step S3 is 2-5wt%; the silane coupling agent is a silane coupling agent with double bonds and is selected from at least one of KH570, A171, KH-A172 and A151.
As a further improvement of the invention, the silane coupling agent is a compound mixture of KH-A172 and A151, and the mass ratio is 2: (3-5).
As a further improvement of the invention, the length of the vertebral groove is 50-80cm, and the width is 3-7cm.
As a further improvement of the invention, the traditional Chinese medicine pillow is internally wrapped with compound traditional Chinese medicine powder which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of wormwood, 2-4 parts of motherwort, 5-10 parts of cassia seed, 2-4 parts of cortex albiziae and 3-5 parts of spina date seed, wherein the compound traditional Chinese medicine powder is prepared by respectively cleaning and drying the traditional Chinese medicines, crushing the traditional Chinese medicines, sieving the traditional Chinese medicines by a 10-40-mesh sieve, and then filling the traditional Chinese medicines into a breathable packaging film.
The invention further provides a preparation method based on the modified EPE foam, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing modified magnetic jade powder, low-density polyethylene, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and an initiator, adding the mixture into a double-roll rubber mixing mill for melting reaction for 0.5-1h, continuously adding the mixture to prepare a material sheet, then placing the material sheet on a flat vulcanizing machine, pressurizing to 2-7MPa at 180-200 ℃, maintaining the pressure for 10-30min, removing pressure for foaming to obtain foam particles, and performing injection molding on the foam particles to obtain the modified EPE foam.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the surface of jade powder and ferric oxide powder is pretreated by alkali liquor, a large amount of hydroxyl and oxygen-containing groups are contained, the jade powder and the ferric oxide powder are tightly combined under the treatment of a silane coupling agent KH560 to form magnetic jade powder, a large amount of molecules with epoxy groups are coupled on the surface of the magnetic jade powder, and the magnetic jade powder and the molecules with epoxy groups are subjected to bonding reaction under the catalysis of tertiary amine, so that a large amount of borneol molecules are coupled on the surface of the magnetic jade powder, the anti-mite, antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects of the material are improved, further, a silane coupling agent with double bonds is coupled on the surface of the borneol modified magnetic jade powder to obtain modified jade powder, in the preparation process of later-stage modified EPE foam, the modified jade powder prepared by high-temperature catalysis and low-density polyethylene are subjected to free radical polymerization in the presence of an initiator, so that the modified jade powder is coupled on a polyethylene molecular chain, the prepared modified EPE foam not only has good elasticity and air permeability, but also can improve the hardness and the mechanical properties of the material, play the effects of massaging various magnetic points of human body, in addition, and can form a healthy magnetic jade powder and emit far infrared rays;
the traditional Chinese medicine pillow is provided with the traditional Chinese medicine pillow protrusions, and a large amount of traditional Chinese medicine powder for promoting sleep, resisting bacteria and inhibiting bacteria is wrapped in the traditional Chinese medicine pillow protrusions, so that the sleep quality of a human body can be effectively improved, and the growth of mites can be inhibited; the spine groove arranged in addition accords with the ergonomic design, so that a user has strong fit feeling when sleeping on the mattress, the latex layer improves the elasticity and the softness of the mattress, and the spring layer at the lowest layer can further improve the bearing capacity of the mattress and prolong the service life.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the elastic physiotherapy mattress comprises a physiotherapy layer 4, a latex layer 5 and a spring layer 6, wherein the physiotherapy layer 4 is embedded in the center of the latex layer 5 to form a complete layer body; a spring layer 6 is arranged below the latex layer 5; the upper end of the physical therapy layer 4 is provided with a traditional Chinese medicine pillow 1; a narrow spine groove 2 is arranged below the traditional Chinese medicine pillow 1, and a plurality of raised massage structure points 3 are arranged at other positions of the physical therapy layer 4; the physical therapy layer 4 and the massage structure points 3 are prepared from modified EPE foam. The length of the vertebral groove 2 is 50-80cm, and the width is 3-7cm.
The traditional Chinese medicine pillow is internally wrapped with composite traditional Chinese medicine powder which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: the composite traditional Chinese medicine powder is prepared by respectively cleaning and drying the traditional Chinese medicines, crushing the traditional Chinese medicines, sieving the traditional Chinese medicines with a 10-mesh sieve, and then filling the traditional Chinese medicines into a breathable packaging film.
Preparation example 1 a method for preparing modified magnetic jade powder was as follows:
s1, pretreatment: respectively grinding 10g of jade powder and 2.5g of ferroferric oxide powder, sieving with 200 mesh sieve, soaking 200mL of the powder in 7wt% NaOH or KOH solution for 1 hr, filtering, cleaning, drying at 95 deg.C for 3 hr, and mixing to obtain magnetic jade powder;
s2, grafting of borneol: adding 10g of magnetic jade powder into 100mL of an ethanol solution of 7wt% of silane coupling agent KH560, heating to 70 ℃, reacting for 2 hours, filtering, cleaning, adding into 100mL of toluene, dissolving and mixing with 1g of borneol uniformly, dropwise adding 0.5g of triethylamine, heating to 95 ℃, reacting for 3 hours, filtering, washing a solid with toluene, and drying to obtain borneol grafted magnetic jade powder;
s3, modification: adding 10g of the obtained borneol grafted magnetic jade powder into 100mL of 3.5wt% ethanol solution containing a silane coupling agent, heating to 85 ℃, reacting for 2 hours, filtering, and cleaning to obtain modified magnetic jade powder; the silane coupling agent is a compound mixture of KH-A172 and A151, and the mass ratio is 2:3.

s3, modification: adding 10g of the borneol grafted magnetic jade powder into 100mL of 3.5wt% ethanol solution containing a silane coupling agent, heating to 85 ℃, reacting for 2 hours, filtering, and cleaning to obtain modified magnetic jade powder; the silane coupling agent is a compound mixture of KH-A172 and A151, and the mass ratio is 2:3.

A process for the preparation of a modified EPE foam comprising the steps of: uniformly mixing the modified magnetic jade powder, low-density polyethylene, normal hexane, triethanolamine and azodiisoheptanonitrile, adding the mixture into a double-roll rubber mixing mill for melting reaction for 1h, continuously adding the obtained material sheet, then placing the material sheet on a flat vulcanizing machine, pressurizing to 5MPa at 190 ℃, maintaining the pressure for 20min, removing the pressure for foaming to obtain foam particles, and performing injection molding on the foam particles to obtain the modified EPE foam.
Example 3
The raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of modified magnetic jade powder prepared in preparation example 3, 80 parts of low-density polyethylene, 1.5 parts of n-pentane, 0.07 part of triethanolamine and 0.015 part of dimethyl azodiisobutyrate.
A process for the preparation of a modified EPE foam comprising the steps of: uniformly mixing modified magnetic jade powder, low-density polyethylene, n-pentane, triethanolamine and dimethyl azodiisobutyrate, adding the mixture into a double-roll rubber mixing mill to perform a melting reaction for 1h, continuously adding the mixture to prepare a material sheet, then placing the material sheet on a flat vulcanizing machine to pressurize to 5MPa at 190 ℃, maintaining the pressure for 20min, removing pressure for foaming to obtain foam particles, and performing injection molding on the foam particles to obtain the modified EPE foam.

Test example 1
The modified EPE foams obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 5 were subjected to a performance test, and the results are shown in Table 1.
Indentation hardness index (HA (40%/30 s), unit N): the pressure was measured after the sample was compressed to (40. + -.1)% of the total thickness and held (30. + -.1) s.
Compression set characteristic (Sf = F65/F25): the Sf is the ratio of two instant forces when the compression amount reaches (65 +/-1)% and (25 +/-1)% respectively.

As can be seen from the above table, the modified EPE foam obtained by the present invention has good deformation resistance, elasticity and flexibility.
Test example 2 antibacterial and anti-mite Performance test
Modified EPE foams prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5 were tested by the shaking method (GB/T20944.3-2008) and the results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from the table above, the modified EPE foam prepared by the invention has good antibacterial, bacteriostatic and anti-mite performances.
Test example 3 far infrared ray emission test
The modified EPE foams prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5 were washed 50 times in accordance with the textile industry test standard Fz/T64010-2000 far infrared textiles, and then tested for normal emissivity, the results of which are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from the above table, the modified EPE foam prepared by the present invention can emit more far infrared rays.
Compared with the prior art, the surface of the jade powder and ferroferric oxide powder is pretreated by alkali liquor, a large amount of hydroxyl and oxygen-containing groups are contained, the jade powder and the ferroferric oxide powder are tightly combined under the treatment of a silane coupling agent KH560 to form magnetic jade powder, a large amount of molecules with epoxy groups are coupled on the surface of the magnetic jade powder, and the molecules are in bonding reaction with the hydroxyl on borneol molecules under the catalysis of tertiary amine, so that a large amount of borneol molecules are coupled on the surface of the magnetic jade powder, the anti-mite, antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects of the material are improved, furthermore, the silane coupling agent with double bonds is coupled on the surface of the borneol modified magnetic jade powder to obtain the modified jade powder, in the preparation process of later-stage modified EPE foam, the modified jade powder prepared by high-temperature catalysis and low-density polyethylene are in free radical polymerization reaction in the presence of an initiator, so that the modified jade powder is coupled on a polyethylene molecular chain, the prepared EPE foam not only has good elasticity and air permeability, but also can improve the hardness and the mechanical properties of the material, and can massage the magnetic field of various healthy magnetic jade powder, and can also form far infrared rays which can give off natural magnetic fields;
the traditional Chinese medicine pillow is provided with the traditional Chinese medicine pillow protrusions, and a large amount of traditional Chinese medicine powder for promoting sleep, resisting bacteria and inhibiting bacteria is wrapped in the traditional Chinese medicine pillow protrusions, so that the sleep quality of a human body can be effectively improved, and the growth of mites can be inhibited; the spine groove arranged in addition accords with the ergonomic design, so that a user has strong fit feeling when sleeping on the mattress, the latex layer improves the elasticity and the softness of the mattress, and the spring layer at the lowest layer can further improve the bearing capacity of the mattress and prolong the service life.

the preparation method of the modified magnetic jade powder comprises the following steps:

s3, modification: adding the obtained borneol grafted magnetic jade powder into an ethanol solution containing a silane coupling agent, heating to 80-90 ℃, reacting for 1-2h, filtering, and cleaning to obtain modified magnetic jade powder; the mass percent of the silane coupling agent in the ethanol solution containing the silane coupling agent is 2-5wt%; the silane coupling agent is a silane coupling agent with double bonds and is selected from at least one of KH570, A171, A172 and A151.

The elastic physiotherapy mattress of claim 1, wherein the initiator is selected from at least one of azobisisobutyronitrile, azobisisoheptonitrile, dimethyl azobisisobutyrate, benzoyl peroxide t-butyl peroxide, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide; the foaming agent is selected from at least one of n-pentane, n-hexane, n-heptane and petroleum ether; the foam stabilizer is at least one selected from polyvinyl alcohol and triethanolamine.
3. The elastic physiotherapy mattress according to claim 1, wherein the silane coupling agent is a compounded mixture of A172 and A151, and the mass ratio is 2: (3-5).
4. An elastic physiotherapy mattress according to claim 1, wherein the spine groove is 50-80cm in length and 3-7cm in width.
