Abstract

本发明提供一种窗轨表面涂覆的外层涂料及其制备工艺,其特征在于:包括透明的PVC层和非透明的聚四氟乙烯层,所述PVC层与聚四氟乙烯层的厚度比为4‑5:1,所述PVC层内设置荧光颗粒,所述荧光颗粒位于PVC内且靠近PVC层设置,荧光颗粒与聚四氟乙烯层非接触。其中聚四氟乙烯层由于摩擦系数很低,因此使得安装后的滑轮滑动效果好,窗帘布拉动更顺畅;PVC层主要起到载体作用,其厚度较厚,聚四氟乙烯层由于磨损小,因此厚度较薄,降低成本;在PVC层中设置荧光颗粒,当聚四氟乙烯层磨损后,可以看到荧光,提醒使用者可以更换窗轨。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂层领域,特别涉及一种窗轨表面涂覆的外层涂料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
窗轨按照材料分为金属轨和塑料轨道,两者各有优劣,金属轨强度高,但摩擦力大,如果需要降低摩擦系数,则需要进行精密加工,导致成本高。塑料轨道强度低,由于窗帘布较重,长时间使用后容易变形。因此结合以上两种形成了设计了铝基轨道,在铝基轨道表面覆盖塑料层,铝基轨道保证窗轨强度,塑料层降低摩擦系数,使得滑轮更容易滑动,一般的塑料层比较薄,磨损以后不能发现。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种窗轨表面涂覆的外层涂料,具体磨损后提醒作用。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种窗轨表面涂覆的外层涂料,其特征在于:包括透明的PVC层和非透明的聚四氟乙烯层,所述PVC层与聚四氟乙烯层的厚度比为4-5:1,所述PVC层内设置荧光颗粒,所述荧光颗粒位于PVC内且靠近PVC层设置,荧光颗粒与聚四氟乙烯层非接触。
其中聚四氟乙烯层由于摩擦系数很低,因此使得安装后的滑轮滑动效果好,窗帘布拉动更顺畅;PVC层主要起到载体作用,其厚度较厚,聚四氟乙烯层由于磨损小,因此厚度较薄,降低成本;在PVC层中设置荧光颗粒,当聚四氟乙烯层磨损后,可以看到荧光,提醒使用者可以更换窗轨。
进一步的,所述荧光颗粒的粒径为0.02-0.04mm。
进一步的,所述PVC层厚度为0.4mm。
进一步的,所述荧光颗粒的位置位于PVC层的3/4厚度处。
如此当局部聚四氟乙烯层磨损后,其还可以继续使用,此时滑轮会与PVC层接触,但不会接触荧光颗粒。
一种窗轨表面涂覆的外层涂料的制备工艺,PVC层初步冷却后通过喷射的方式将荧光颗粒喷出使得荧光颗粒嵌入PVC层内,采用压辊对PVC层进行挤压填补因荧光颗粒射入产生的间隙,最后采用挤出机或热压的方式在PVC层外覆盖聚四氟乙烯层。
创新的采用喷射的方式射入荧光颗粒实现荧光颗粒的填入,且在初步冷却后再射入保证荧光颗粒的本性。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明设计的涂料成本低,制备方便,便于及时更换。

一种窗轨表面涂覆的外层涂料,包括透明的PVC层和非透明的聚四氟乙烯层,非透明的聚四氟乙烯层可添加白色母粒,使得其变成白色。PVC层与聚四氟乙烯层的厚度比为4-5:1,PVC层厚度为0.4mm。PVC层内设置荧光颗粒,荧光颗粒的粒径为0.02-0.04mm。荧光颗粒位于PVC内且靠近PVC层设置,荧光颗粒的位置位于PVC层的3/4厚度处。
一种窗轨表面涂覆的外层涂料的制备工艺,PVC层通过挤出机模具挤出的方式覆盖在铝基轨道(以铝材为基材制备的轨道)。
PVC层初步冷却后通过喷射的方式将荧光颗粒喷出使得荧光颗粒嵌入PVC层内从而使得荧光颗粒与聚四氟乙烯层非接触,采用压辊对PVC层进行挤压填补因荧光颗粒射入产生的间隙,最后采用挤出机或热压的方式在PVC层外覆盖聚四氟乙烯层。

1.一种窗轨表面涂覆的外层涂料,其特征在于:包括透明的PVC层和非透明的聚四氟乙烯层,所述PVC层与聚四氟乙烯层的厚度比为4-5:1,所述PVC层内设置荧光颗粒,所述荧光颗粒位于PVC内且靠近PVC层设置,荧光颗粒与聚四氟乙烯层非接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种窗轨表面涂覆的外层涂料,其特征在于:所述荧光颗粒的粒径为0.02-0.04mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种窗轨表面涂覆的外层涂料,其特征在于:所述PVC层厚度为0.4mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种窗轨表面涂覆的外层涂料,其特征在于:所述荧光颗粒的位置位于PVC层的3/4厚度处。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的窗轨表面涂覆的外层涂料的制备工艺,其特征在于:PVC层初步冷却后通过喷射的方式将荧光颗粒喷出使得荧光颗粒嵌入PVC层内,采用压辊对PVC层进行挤压填补因荧光颗粒射入产生的间隙,最后采用挤出机或热压的方式在PVC层外覆盖聚四氟乙烯层。
