Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑、装饰用材料领域,具体涉及一种装饰用板材料制作工艺的改进。
背景技术
在家装及工装领域板材是最常见的用料,无论是家装的厨房、卫生间、房间或是工装都会用到大量的板材,当前应用最常见的是刨花板。刨花板也叫颗粒板,将各种枝芽、小径木、速生木材、木屑等切削成一定规格的碎片,经过干燥,拌以胶料,硬化剂、防水剂等,在一定的温度压力下压制成的一种人造板,颗粒排列不均匀。刨花板虽然也叫颗粒板,但与实木颗粒板不是同一种板材。实木颗粒板只是加工工艺与刨花板类似,但在品质上要远远高于刨花板。
这类板材虽然应用广泛,但是该板材的缺陷也是明显的,特别是强度差、防潮性能差、表面光洁度差。刨花层主要是大的木屑与树皮,颗粒大,在做雕刻与切割时通常刀口边缘参差不齐,影响雕刻纹路的精细程度,通常无法雕刻出精美精细的花纹,此前板子的表面的平整度也不高,并且甲醛释放量高,当前的刨花板的生产过程也较为简陋;生产效率、质量都很低廉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种新型装饰用复合板及制备工艺,它具有工艺过程精确,产品质量良品率高;板材产品易于雕刻,并且纹路细致、切口整齐、平整度高,由于可饰层密度相对较大,有效地抑制了甲醇释放量,所以更加环保。
为实现上述目的,一种新型装饰用复合板包含至少两层混合物夹层1、实木层2、装饰面层3,每层混合物夹层1的两侧均设置有实木层2,混合物夹层1和实木层2相间设置,装饰面层3设置在整体的最外侧。装饰面层3选用精细锯末压制而成,该装饰面层3易于雕刻,且纹路细致,在具体的加工操作中,也易于切割、且切口整齐。装饰面层3相对密度较大,在实际使用中可以很好的抑制内部板材及胶水的甲醛释放,也使得本复合板具有更好的环保效果。
一种新型装饰用复合板制备工艺,它包含以下工艺步骤:1.选择原生料锯末,将锯末通过孔径为1.5-2mm的筛网进行筛选;2.筛选,通过震动筛对锯末进行筛选,去除块料和杂质;3.加胶搅拌,将锯末置入搅拌机并加入胶水进行充分搅拌得到湿料;4.将湿料加入铺装机,将湿料铺装在实木层的上下表面得到铺装板材;5.将铺装板材送入预压机进行预压得到板坯;6.将板坯置入加热炉进行加热处理得到复合板半成品;7.对复合板半成品进行表面抛光处理,对板材的四边进行修边处理,得到成品。
所述的工艺步骤1选料中的原生料锯末,优先选用杨木锯末或者E0-E1级多层板锯末。
所述的工艺步骤3加胶搅拌,要求搅拌后得到湿料含水率控制在10%-13%。
所述工艺步骤4中的实木层选用E1级以上的杨桉基板、全杨木皮或者全桉木皮,要求实木层的厚度为12-16mm。

具体实施方式
参看图1所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:一种新型装饰用复合板包含至少两层混合物夹层1、实木层2、装饰面层3,每层混合物夹层1的两侧均设置有实木层2,混合物夹层1和实木层2相间设置,装饰面层3设置在整体的最外侧。装饰面层3选用精细锯末压制而成,该装饰面层3易于雕刻,且纹路细致,在具体的加工操作中,也易于切割、且切口整齐。装饰面层3相对密度较大,在实际使用中可以很好的抑制内部板材及胶水的甲醛释放,也使得本复合板具有更好的环保效果。

1.一种新型装饰用复合板,其特征在于:它包含至少两层混合物夹层(1)、实木层(2)、装饰面层(3),每层混合物夹层(1)的两侧均设置有实木层(2),混合物夹层(1)和实木层(2)相间设置,装饰面层(3)设置在整体的最外侧。
2.一种新型装饰用复合板的制备工艺,其特征在于:它包含以下工艺步骤:1.选择原生料锯末,将锯末通过孔径为1.5-2mm的筛网进行筛选;2.筛选,通过震动筛对锯末进行筛选,去除块料和杂质;3.加胶搅拌,将锯末置入搅拌机并加入胶水进行充分搅拌得到湿料;4.将湿料加入铺装机,将湿料铺装在实木层的上下表面得到铺装板材;5.将铺装板材送入预压机进行预压得到板坯;6.将板坯置入加热炉进行加热处理得到复合板半成品;7.对复合板半成品进行表面抛光处理,对板材的四边进行修边处理,得到成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型装饰用复合板的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的工艺步骤1选料中的原生料锯末,优先选用杨木锯末或者E0-E1级多层板锯末。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型装饰用复合板的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的工艺步骤3加胶搅拌,要求搅拌后得到湿料含水率控制在10%-13%。
