Abstract

本发明公开了一种工程车内饰件加热压布工艺及装置,属于汽车内饰件加工技术领域,解决了现有技术中内饰件热熔粘合性能差、隔音效果差、加热压布分体的问题,包括上下相互连接的上支撑体和下支撑体,上支撑体和下支撑体之间连接有装饰层,上支撑体和装饰层之间以及下支撑体和装饰层之间分别经热熔粘合剂粘合,上支撑体内部开设有多个通道,通道内引入消音棉,消音棉底部引入有冷却流体。本发明在上支撑体和下支撑体加热后,引入冷却流体,利用冷却流体带走上支撑体和下支撑体内的热量,降低热熔粘合剂的受热程度,通过注入消音棉,提高内饰件的隔音效果,利用加热压布装置,将上支撑体和下支撑体进行压合加热,实现加热压布一体。

工程车内饰件加热压布工艺及装置
技术领域
本发明属于汽车内饰件加工技术领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种工程车内饰件加热压布工艺及装置。
背景技术
汽车内饰件一般是指轿车车厢的隔板、门内装饰板、仪表板总成、扶手、地毯等零部件和材料。相对于车上其它部件而言,它们对车辆的运行性能没有什么影响,但其面目一览无遗,代表了整部车子的形象,孰优孰劣,决定着轿车的声誉和档次,决定着人们选择的意向。另外,对于车辆来讲,虽然内饰件只是一些辅助性的零配件,但它们要承担起减振、隔热、吸音和遮音等功能。现有的内饰件制造通常将装饰层层压在支撑体内,但支撑体一般由PET在200℃下熔融拉丝而成,而热熔粘合剂易在该温度下活化,影响热熔粘合剂的粘合性能,导致内饰件粘合性能下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种热熔粘合性能佳、隔音效果强、加热压布一体的工程车内饰件加热压布工艺及装置。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明工程车内饰件加热压布工艺及装置采用的技术方案为:
一种工程车内饰件加热压布工艺,包括上下相互连接的上支撑体和下支撑体,所述上支撑体和下支撑体之间连接有装饰层,所述上支撑体和装饰层之间以及所述下支撑体和装饰层之间分别经热熔粘合剂粘合,所述上支撑体内部开设有多个通道,所述通道内引入消音棉,所述消音棉底部引入有冷却流体,使所述热熔粘合剂相邻区域内的上支撑体和下支撑体被冷却,在1~15s内,将所述冷却流体引入到通道内。
优选的,所述上支撑体和下支撑体进行加热后引入冷却流体,达到热熔粘合剂接触端面瞬间冷却。
优选的,所述上支撑体在加热前冲压至少四个引导肋,通道在引导肋之间延伸。
一种工程车内饰件加热压布装置,包括底座、设于底座上方的冲压组件以及设于底座下方的加热组件,所述冲压组件包括架设于底座上方的横梁,所述横梁表面插设有多个伸缩气缸,所述伸缩气缸末端连接有沿导向柱柱面自由滑动的滑动块,所述滑动块底部经复位组件连接有下压板,所述加热组件包括架设于底座两端的定位座,所述定位座之间安装有上下相互贴合的的上料板和下料板,所述下料板底部设有加热台,所述复位组件包括均布于下压板底部的多个连接柱,所述连接柱表面套设有端部与下压板连接的伸缩弹簧。
优选的,所述导向柱贯穿横梁、滑动块后与底座固定连接。
优选的,所述上料板和下料板两端分别经导轨与定位座相连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明在上支撑体和下支撑体加热后,引入冷却流体,利用冷却流体带走上支撑体和下支撑体内的热量,降低热熔粘合剂的受热程度,保证热熔粘合剂的粘合性能;
2、本发明通过在上支撑体内设置通道,不仅快速引入冷却流体,而且注入消音棉,利用消音棉提高内饰件的隔音效果;
3、本发明利用加热压布装置,将上支撑体和下支撑体进行压合加热,并利用冲压组件在上支撑体表面冲压出通道,实现加热压布一体,向通道内填充消音棉,实现内饰件的功能化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对发明进一步说明:
如图1—图2所示,一种工程车内饰件加热压布工艺,包括上下相互连接的上支撑体1和下支撑体2,所述上支撑体1和下支撑体2之间连接有装饰层3,所述上支撑体1和装饰层3之间以及所述下支撑体2和装饰层3之间分别经热熔粘合剂粘合,所述上支撑体1内部开设有多个通道4,所述通道4内引入消音棉5,所述消音棉5底部引入有冷却流体,使所述热熔粘合剂相邻区域内的上支撑体1和下支撑体2被冷却,在1~15s内,将所述冷却流体引入到通道4内。
本发明通过引入冷却流体,快速冷却上支撑体1和下支撑体2,快速排出上支撑体1和下支撑体2内热量,降低热熔粘合剂加热程度,从而保证热熔粘合剂不熔化,确保装饰层3与上支撑体1之间的连接,在通道4内填充消音棉5,使整个内饰件具备隔音功能。
在由PET制成的上支撑体1和下支撑体2中,熔融拉丝温度达到200℃以上,而该温度高于热熔粘合剂的活化温度,在对上支撑体1和下支撑体2进行加热压布时容易导致热熔粘合剂活化,进而影响热熔粘合剂的粘合性能。
通过在上支撑体1中设置通道4,令通道4内冷却流体随着通道4流向上支撑体1内部,将上支撑体1内部的热量快速带走,实现有效冷却,惰性气体或低温氮气作为冷却流体。
热熔粘合剂采用热塑性热熔胶,优选聚氨酯,而上支撑体1、下支撑体2以及装饰层3采用电加热台进行均匀加热。
所述上支撑体1和下支撑体2进行加热后引入冷却流体,达到热熔粘合剂接触端面瞬间冷却。
所述上支撑体1在加热前冲压至少四个引导肋,通道4在引导肋之间延伸。其中,通过冲压引导肋,进而相邻引导肋之间形成通道4。
一种工程车内饰件加热压布装置,包括底座6、设于底座6上方的冲压组件以及设于底座6下方的加热组件,所述冲压组件包括架设于底座6上方的横梁7,所述横梁7表面插设有多个伸缩气缸8,所述伸缩气缸8末端连接有沿导向柱9柱面自由滑动的滑动块10,所述导向柱9贯穿横梁7、滑动块10后与底座6固定连接,所述滑动块10底部经复位组件连接有下压板11,所述加热组件包括架设于底座6两端的定位座12,所述定位座12之间安装有上下相互贴合的的上料板13和下料板14,所述上料板13和下料板14两端分别经导轨与定位座12相连接,所述下料板14底部设有加热台15,所述复位组件包括均布于下压板11底部的多个连接柱16,所述连接柱16表面套设有端部与下压板11连接的伸缩弹簧17。
本发明中将上支撑体1置于加热台15表面的下料板14表面,下支撑体2置于上料板13底部,伸缩气缸8带动滑动块10下滑,滑动块10底部的连接柱16表面套设引导肋,随着伸缩气缸8下落引导肋进入上支撑体1内,引导肋之间形成通道4,向通道4内通入消音棉5,将上料板13经导轨移动至下料板14表面,上料板13和下料板14相互贴合加热,再向上料板13和下料板14之间通入热熔粘合剂,随后1~15s内引导冷却流体,由于冷却流体的流动性,冷却流体流入通道4内对热熔粘合剂进行降温,保证热熔粘合剂的粘合性能,确保上支撑体1和下支撑体2之间的粘合。

Claims (6)

1.一种工程车内饰件加热压布工艺,包括上下相互连接的上支撑体和下支撑体,所述上支撑体和下支撑体之间连接有装饰层,其特征在于:所述上支撑体和装饰层之间以及所述下支撑体和装饰层之间分别经热熔粘合剂粘合,所述上支撑体内部开设有多个通道,所述通道内引入消音棉,所述消音棉底部引入有冷却流体,使所述热熔粘合剂相邻区域内的上支撑体和下支撑体被冷却,在1~15s内,将所述冷却流体引入到通道内。
2.根据权利要求1所述工程车内饰件加热压布工艺,其特征在于:所述上支撑体和下支撑体进行加热后引入冷却流体,达到热熔粘合剂接触端面瞬间冷却。
3.根据权利要求2所述工程车内饰件加热压布工艺,其特征在于:所述上支撑体在加热前冲压至少四个引导肋,通道在引导肋之间延伸。
4.一种工程车内饰件加热压布装置,其特征在于:包括底座、设于底座上方的冲压组件以及设于底座下方的加热组件,所述冲压组件包括架设于底座上方的横梁,所述横梁表面插设有多个伸缩气缸,所述伸缩气缸末端连接有沿导向柱柱面自由滑动的滑动块,所述滑动块底部经复位组件连接有下压板,所述加热组件包括架设于底座两端的定位座,所述定位座之间安装有上下相互贴合的的上料板和下料板,所述下料板底部设有加热台,所述复位组件包括均布于下压板底部的多个连接柱,所述连接柱表面套设有端部与下压板连接的伸缩弹簧。
5.根据权利要求4所述工程车内饰件加热压布装置,其特征在于:所述导向柱贯穿横梁、滑动块后与底座固定连接。
6.根据权利要求4所述工程车内饰件加热压布装置,其特征在于:所述上料板和下料板两端分别经导轨与定位座相连接。
