After completing the punching of a set of plastic covers, the lower punching part 101 drives the punch 102 to reset downwards, the upper punching part 204 continues to push the sleeve 205 and the punching blade 206 downwards, after the shifting block 311 which continues to move downwards leaves the limiting rod 402, the twisted second torsion spring 305 drives the telescopic arm 304 to rotate reversely and reset, so that the telescopic arm 304 pulls the fixed rod 306, the baffle 307 and the side sliding rod 308 through the rotating shaft 303 to move reversely along the side arm 310 and leave the inside of the sleeve 205, after the lower punching part 101 drives the punch 102 to reset and stop moving, the sleeve 205 drives the punched plastic cover to move downwards continuously, so that the plastic cover which moves downwards is pushed into the sleeve 205 by the stationary punch 102, when the plastic cover passes through the clamping plate 208, the plastic cover which moves upwards pushes the clamping plate 208 to turn around the axis of the sleeve rod 207 in the direction close to the inner wall of the sleeve 205, and the first torsion spring 209 is twisted at the same time, after the plastic cover moving upwards leaves the clamping plate 208 and enters the sleeve 205, the clamping plate 208 at the top end of the twisted first torsion spring 209 turns around the axis of the sleeve rod 207 to reset, and the plastic cover positioned in the sleeve 205 is clamped by the reset clamping plate 208, so that when the upper punching part 204 drives the sleeve 205 and the punching knife 206 to reset upwards and leaves the punch 102, the plastic cover in the sleeve 205 is clamped by the clamping plate 208 and cannot fall off, and therefore the phenomenon that the punched plastic cover is seriously deformed in the punching operation of the next group is avoided.
After the plastic covers in the areas where the pre-hot pressing work is completed in the plastic raw material are sequentially punched according to the steps, when a specified number of plastic covers are filled in the sleeve 205, the plastic covers in the sleeve 205 begin to be unloaded, firstly, the electric slider 202 moves rightwards along the slide rail 201 to enable the sleeve 205 to be positioned above the collecting box 4, then, an operator manually or through an external unloading device pushes the two clamping plates 208 to turn around the axis of the sleeve rod 207 towards the direction close to the inner wall of the sleeve 205, so that after the clamping plates 208 loosen the plastic covers, the plastic covers filled in the sleeve 205 fall into the collecting box 4, and the plastic cover collecting work is completed.

As shown in fig. 1-2 and 7, on the basis of embodiment 1, the device further includes a discharging unit, the first fixing ring 309 is provided with the discharging unit, and the discharging unit includes a second fixing block 501, a first lifting member 502 and a pushing plate 503; a second fixing block 501 is fixedly connected to the right side of the first fixing ring 309; a first lifting component 502 is connected to the upper side of the second fixing block 501 through bolts; the push plate 503 is connected with the inner upper side of the sleeve 205 in a sliding way; the upper lifting end of the first lifting member 502 is fixedly connected to the pushing plate 503.

Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 9, a plurality of sets of die units, punching units, gear units, main trigger units and discharge units are arranged on the left sides of the bottom support platform 1 and the top cross beam frame 2, auxiliary trigger units and collecting boxes 4 which are the same in number as the die units are arranged on the right side of the bottom support platform 1, and the sets of die units, punching units, gear units, main trigger units, discharge units and auxiliary trigger units are arranged in a straight line from left to right.
Firstly, transversely and thermally extruding plastic raw materials in advance through external hot pressing equipment, conveying the plastic raw materials to the positions between each group of punch heads 102 and blanking knives 206 to enable each region completing the pre-hot pressing work in the plastic raw materials to respectively correspond to one group of punch heads 102 and blanking knives 206 by the conveying equipment 3, and performing plastic cover punching work on the plastic raw materials according to the steps to realize synchronous plastic cover punching work on the plastic raw materials by the plurality of groups of punch heads 102 and the blanking knives 206.
A processing method of a plastic cover punching device for processing a plastic cup comprises the following working steps:
s1: hot-press molding, namely hot-pressing the plastic raw material into the shape of a plastic cover by hot-press equipment;
s2: punching, namely controlling a punch and a blanking knife through punching equipment, punching an area with the shape of the plastic cover on the plastic raw material in a hot pressing mode, and providing a supporting force for the top of the plastic cover through a baffle plate so that the plastic cover is punched and cut out of the plastic raw material;
s3: filling, namely filling and stacking the punched plastic cover in a collecting cylinder arranged above a blanking knife, and clamping the plastic cover by a clamping plate to prevent the plastic cover from falling from the collecting cylinder;
s4: and (4) collecting, namely collecting the plastic cover filled in the collecting cylinder into the collecting box at one time.

A plastic cover punching device for processing a plastic cup comprises a bottom support platform (1), a top cross beam frame (2), a conveying device (3) and a collecting box (4); the upper front part and the upper rear part of the bottom support platform (1) are respectively fixedly connected with a top cross beam frame (2); the left side of the bottom support table (1) is fixedly connected with a conveying device (3); a collecting box (4) is arranged on the right side of the bottom support platform (1); the punching device is characterized by also comprising a punching die unit, a punching unit, a gear unit and a main trigger unit; the lower part of the left side of the bottom bracket table (1) is connected with a die punching unit for punching a die; the upper side of the top cross beam frame (2) is connected with a punching unit for punching and cutting the plastic cover; the left side of the punching unit is connected with a gear unit for assisting in molding the plastic cover; the upper side of the punching unit is connected with a main trigger unit for triggering the gear unit to work; the lower side of the main trigger unit is connected with a gear unit;
the die unit comprises a lower punching component (101) and a punch (102); the lower part of the left side of the bottom bracket table (1) is fixedly connected with a lower stamping part (101); a punch (102) is fixedly connected to an upper push rod part of the lower punching part (101);
the punching unit comprises a slide rail (201), an electric slide block (202), a first fixing frame (203), an upper punching component (204), a sleeve (205), a punching knife (206), a loop bar (207), a clamping plate (208) and a first torsion spring (209); the upper sides of the two top cross beam frames (2) are respectively fixedly connected with a sliding rail (201); the left sides of the two sliding rails (201) are respectively connected with an electric sliding block (202) in a sliding way; a first fixing frame (203) is fixedly connected between the two electric sliding blocks (202); an upper punching component (204) is fixedly connected to the inner side of the first fixing frame (203); a sleeve (205) is fixedly connected to the lower push rod part of the upper stamping part (204); a punching knife (206) is fixedly connected to the lower side of the sleeve (205); the front part of the inner lower side and the rear part of the inner lower side of the sleeve (205) are respectively and rotatably connected with a sleeve rod (207); the upper sides of the two loop bars (207) are respectively fixedly connected with a clamping plate (208); a first torsion spring (209) is fixedly connected between the left side and the right side of the clamping plate (208) and the sleeve (205), and the first torsion spring (209) is sleeved on the outer surface of the sleeve rod (207); the sleeve (205) is connected with the gear unit; the first fixing frame (203) is connected with the main trigger unit; the left part of the lower side of the sleeve (205) is provided with a notch;
the gear unit comprises a second fixed frame (301), a first fixed block (302), a rotating shaft (303), a telescopic arm (304), a second torsion spring (305), a fixed rod (306), a baffle (307), a side sliding rod (308), a first fixed ring (309), a side arm (310) and a shifting block (311); two second fixing frames (301) are fixedly connected to the upper part of the left side of the sleeve (205); a first fixed block (302) is fixedly connected between the lower sides of the two second fixed frames (301); a rotating shaft (303) is rotatably connected inside the first fixed block (302); the front side and the rear side of the rotating shaft (303) are respectively fixedly connected with a telescopic arm (304); a second torsion spring (305) is fixedly connected between the inner sides of the two telescopic arms (304) and the first fixed block (302), and the second torsion spring (305) is sleeved on the outer surface of the rotating shaft (303); a fixed rod (306) is rotatably connected between the lower telescopic ends of the two telescopic arms (304) through a rotating shaft (303); a baffle (307) is fixedly connected to the right side of the fixed rod (306); a side sliding rod (308) is fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the baffle (307) respectively; a first fixing ring (309) is fixedly connected to the lower part of the outer ring surface of the sleeve (205); the front side and the rear side of the first fixing ring (309) are fixedly connected with a side arm (310) respectively; the two side sliding rods (308) are respectively connected with one adjacent side arm (310) in a sliding manner; the right sides of the upper ends of the two telescopic arms (304) are respectively fixedly connected with a shifting block (311); the shifting block (311) is connected with the main trigger unit;
the main trigger unit comprises a fixed support arm (401) and a limiting rod (402); the front part of the lower side of the first fixing frame (203) and the rear part of the lower side are respectively fixedly connected with a fixing support arm (401); a limiting rod (402) is fixedly connected between the lower ends of the two fixed support arms (401); the two shifting blocks (311) are both contacted with the limiting rod (402).

The plastic cover punching device for processing the plastic cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveying device (3) comprises a supporting plate (31), an electric sliding rail (32), a sliding block bracket (33) and an electric clamping plate (34); a supporting plate (31) is fixedly connected to the front part of the left side of the bottom support table (1); two electric slide rails (32) are fixedly connected to the rear part of the left side of the bottom support table (1); a sliding block bracket (33) is respectively arranged at the rear sides of the two electric sliding rails (32) in a sliding way; the upper ends of the two sliding block brackets (33) are respectively fixedly connected with an electric clamping plate (34).

The plastic cap punching device for processing the plastic cup as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a discharging unit, wherein the first fixing ring (309) is provided with the discharging unit, and the discharging unit comprises a second fixing block (501), a first lifting part (502) and a pushing plate (503); a second fixed block (501) is fixedly connected to the right side of the first fixed ring (309); a first lifting component (502) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the second fixed block (501); the inner upper side of the sleeve (205) is connected with a push plate (503) in a sliding way; the upper lifting end of the first lifting component (502) is fixedly connected with the push plate (503).
