after the quality detection of the lubricating oil is finished, the blanking limiting valve 306 is opened, the mixed lubricating oil enters the inner side of the storage barrel 308 through the discharging pipe 305, the auxiliary motor 309 drives the linkage rod 310 to rotate in the storage barrel 308, and drives the auxiliary mixing plate 312 and the stirring auxiliary plate 313 to rotate, so that the lubricating oil stored in the storage barrel 308 can be mutually mixed, the situation that layering of the lubricating oil occurs due to different production time is avoided, meanwhile, various components in the lubricating oil are mutually mixed, impurities contained in the lubricating oil are separated out, the impurities fall to the bottom end of the inner side of the storage barrel 308, and the impurity removing frame 311 pushes the impurities to the position of the connecting thread bush 411, so that the impurities are intensively processed, the inside of the storage barrel 308 is conveniently processed by workers, and the problem that the quality of the subsequent lubricating oil is influenced due to excessive accumulation of the impurities is avoided;
when the lubricating oil is accumulated inside the storage barrel 308, the extracting cylinder 408 is embedded inside the embedded clamping hole 407, the sliding extracting plug 409 drives the lubricating oil to enter the extracting cylinder 408 through the extracting hopper 410, so that periodic sampling is performed, the condition that the lubricating oil is changed in quality due to unstable placement environment during placement is avoided, when the lubricating oil is required to be extracted, the pressing auxiliary plate 403 is clamped to the side end of the oil discharging pipe 402, the oil discharging pipe 402 is embedded inside the storage barrel 308, oil is pumped through the booster pump 401, and when the oil level is lowered, the floating limiting block 405 moves downwards along with the lowering of the oil level, so that the oil discharging pipe 402 is driven to move downwards synchronously, the stability of oil pumping is ensured, meanwhile, the oil discharging pipe 402 is prevented from directly contacting the bottom end of the storage barrel 308, so that impurities are prevented from being discharged along with the lubricating oil synchronously, and the filling quality is ensured;
when the impurity is required to be taken out, the control valve 414 is opened, the lubricating oil remained in the collecting sleeve 412 is discharged through the discharging pipe 413, and after the discharging, the collecting sleeve 412 is rotated along the connecting thread sleeve 411 to take out the impurity, so that the cleanliness of the internal environment is ensured.
