2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the step of controlling the cooking appliance to generate steam at a target temperature and/or steam with a target quality of liquid output per unit time within a target time period in response to a control command, the method comprises:
acquiring food material attribute information, and determining a control instruction according to the food material attribute information.
3. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the step of controlling the cooking appliance to generate steam with a target temperature and/or steam with a target quality of output liquid per unit time within a target time period specifically comprises:
controlling the cooking appliance to generate steam with a first preset temperature for a first preset time based on the control instruction as a grain germination instruction;
and controlling the cooking utensil to generate steam with a second preset temperature for a second preset time.
4. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the food material attribute information includes food material type information, and wherein the method of controlling a cooking appliance further comprises:
determining a density threshold of the curing substances according to the food material attribute information;
obtaining the current density of the cured substance;
controlling the cooking appliance to stop generating steam based on the value of the current density being greater than or equal to the density threshold.
5. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a steam generating device;
a controller storing control instructions;
a body adapted to contain food material;
the controller outputs the control instruction to the steam generating device, so that the steam generating device generates steam with the target temperature and/or generates steam with the target quality of liquid output in unit time to the body within the target time according to the control instruction.
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the controller outputs the control command to the steam generating device, and specifically comprises:
the controller acquires food material attribute information and outputs the control instruction to the steam generating device according to the food material attribute information;
the food material attribute information comprises at least one of food material type information, food material quality information and food material component information.
