For example, the cooking time period may be 30 minutes, the preset period may be set to 5 minutes, and then the cooking appliance is controlled once every 5 minutes, and 6 times of control of the cooking appliance are required during the cooking time period, so that the mouthfeel of food in the cooking appliance can be more accurately achieved to the optimal mouthfeel through multiple controls.
In another optional embodiment, if the user needs to save the electric quantity of the cooking appliance, the preset period time can be set longer, the current moisture content of food in the cooking appliance can be obtained through a longer time interval, the working parameters of the cooking appliance can be controlled for a few times, and the power consumption of the cooking appliance is reduced on the premise that the food taste can reach the proper taste.
For example, the cooking time period may be 30 minutes, and the preset period may be set to 10 minutes, so that the cooking appliance is controlled once at an interval of 10 minutes, and only 3 times of control of the cooking appliance is required in the cooking time period, thereby reducing the power consumption of the cooking appliance.

in the above steps, the current moisture content of the food in the cooking appliance may be obtained by using the water activity probe.
Step S203, determining the target moisture content of food in the cooking utensil;
alternatively, the target moisture content corresponding to the optimal taste of the food may be determined according to the cooking mode and the kind of the food.
Step S204, the data processing center determines steam supply logic according to the current moisture content and the target moisture content;
in an alternative embodiment, the current moisture content and the target moisture content may be input to a data processing center in the cooking appliance for calculation, and specifically, the data processing center may determine the steam replenishment logic by using a preset formula. Wherein the predetermined formula may be Δ H ═ - (lnaw-c) RT0Q ═ Δ H/R, Q ═ PT where aw is the current moisture content of the food, R and c are constants, R is a gas constant, T is the absolute temperature,. Δ H is the theoretical quantity of heat to be absorbed by the food, Q is the actual quantity of heat to be absorbed by the food, P is the power of the steam generator or heating element, and T is the operating time of the steam generator or heating element.
In step S205, the steam generator and the heating element are controlled using steam replenishment logic.
The steam generator in the steps can heat water in the water tank in the cooking appliance, and water is supplemented to the cooking appliance in a high-temperature steam mode, so that the water content of food in the cooking appliance is increased.
The heating element in the above steps can heat the cooking utensil, thereby reducing the moisture content in the food in the cooking utensil.
The steam supplying logic in the above steps may be that, when the moisture content of the food is relatively high and exceeds the target moisture content of the optimal taste of the food, the steam supplying logic controls the steam generator to be out of operation in a preset period, controls the heating element to be fully operated in the preset period, and reduces the moisture content of the food by baking the food so that the moisture content of the food can reach the target moisture content of the optimal taste of the food. When the moisture content of the food is less and the target moisture content of the optimal taste of the food is not reached, the steam supply logic is to improve the working time of the steam generator in the preset period and reduce the working time of the heating element in the preset period, and the moisture content of the food can be improved by increasing the working time of the steam generator in the preset period, so that the moisture content of the food can reach the target moisture content of the optimal taste of the food.

Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a control apparatus of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus including:
an obtaining module 30, configured to obtain a current moisture content and a target moisture content of food in the cooking appliance, where the target moisture content is a moisture content of the food when the cooking appliance stops cooking;
a control module 32 for controlling operating parameters of the cooking appliance based on the current moisture content and the target moisture content, wherein the operating parameters include at least one of: a first operating period of a steam generator in the cooking appliance, a second operating period of a heating element in the cooking appliance.
Optionally, a control module comprising: the first acquiring unit is used for acquiring a difference value between the current moisture content and the target moisture content to obtain a target difference value; the judging unit is used for judging whether the target difference value is within a preset interval or not; the control unit is also used for controlling the working parameters of the cooking appliance to be kept unchanged under the condition that the target difference value is within the preset interval; and the adjusting unit is used for adjusting the working parameters of the cooking appliance under the condition that the target difference value is not within the preset interval.
Optionally, the adjusting unit includes: the judging subunit is used for judging whether the target difference value is smaller than a first preset threshold value or larger than a second preset threshold value, wherein the first preset threshold value is the minimum value in a preset interval, and the second preset threshold value is the maximum value in the preset interval; the control subunit is used for controlling the proportion of the first working time length in the time length to be cooked to increase and/or the proportion of the second working time length in the time length to be cooked to decrease under the condition that the target difference value is smaller than a first preset threshold value; the control subunit is further configured to control the proportion of the second operating duration to the duration to be cooked to increase and/or the proportion of the first operating duration to the duration to be cooked to decrease, when the target difference is greater than a second preset threshold.
Optionally, the operating parameters in the control module further include at least one of: the first power of a steam generator in the cooking appliance and the second power of a heating element in the cooking appliance, and the judging subunit in the adjusting unit is also used for judging whether the target difference is smaller than a first preset threshold or larger than a second preset threshold; the control subunit is further configured to control the first power to increase, and/or the second power to decrease, when the target difference is smaller than a first preset threshold; the control subunit is further configured to control the second power to increase, and/or the first power to decrease, if the target difference is greater than a second preset threshold.
Alternatively, the ratio adjustment amounts of the first and second operating periods in the adjusting unit in the cooking period are determined based on the target difference, or the power adjustment amounts of the first and second powers in the adjusting unit are determined based on the target difference.
Optionally, the obtaining module includes: a second acquisition unit for acquiring a cooking mode of the cooking appliance and a type of food; a determination unit for determining a target moisture content based on the cooking mode and the type of the food.
A second acquisition unit comprising: the acquisition subunit is used for acquiring a preset corresponding relation, wherein the preset corresponding relation is used for representing the corresponding target moisture content of the food type in the cooking mode; and the determining subunit is used for determining the target moisture content based on the preset corresponding relation.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cooking appliance is further provided, where the cooking appliance may perform the control method of the cooking appliance in the foregoing embodiment, and a specific implementation manner and a preferred application scenario are the same as those in the foregoing embodiment, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the cooking appliance including:
a first sensor 42 for acquiring the current moisture content of the food in the cooking appliance 40;
a controller 48 connected to the first sensor 42 for obtaining a target moisture content of the food in the cooking utensil 40 and controlling an operation parameter of the cooking utensil 40 based on the current moisture content and the target moisture content obtained by the first sensor 42, wherein the operation parameter includes at least one of: a first period of operation of the steam generator 44 in the cooking appliance 40, and a second period of operation of the heating element 46 in the cooking appliance 40.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium including a stored program, wherein when the program runs, an apparatus in which the computer-readable storage medium is controlled performs the control method of the cooking appliance in the above-described embodiment 1.

Claims (9)

1. A method of controlling a cooking appliance, comprising:
acquiring a current moisture content and a target moisture content of food in a cooking appliance, wherein the target moisture content is the moisture content of the food when the cooking appliance stops cooking;
controlling an operating parameter of the cooking appliance based on the current moisture content and the target moisture content, wherein the operating parameter comprises at least one of: a first operating period of a steam generator in the cooking appliance, a second operating period of a heating element in the cooking appliance;
wherein controlling an operating parameter of the cooking appliance based on the target moisture content and the current moisture content comprises:
obtaining a difference value between the current moisture content and the target moisture content to obtain a target difference value;
judging whether the target difference value is within a preset interval or not;
if the target difference value is within the preset interval, controlling the working parameters of the cooking appliance to be kept unchanged;
if the target difference value is not within the preset interval, adjusting working parameters of the cooking appliance;
wherein adjusting operating parameters of the cooking appliance comprises:
judging whether the target difference value is smaller than a first preset threshold value or larger than a second preset threshold value, wherein the first preset threshold value is the minimum value in the preset interval, and the second preset threshold value is the maximum value in the preset interval;
if the target difference is smaller than the first preset threshold, controlling the proportion of the first working time length in the time length to be cooked to increase, and/or controlling the proportion of the second working time length in the time length to be cooked to decrease;
and if the target difference is larger than the second preset threshold, controlling the proportion of the second working time length in the time length to be cooked to increase, and/or controlling the proportion of the first working time length in the time length to be cooked to decrease.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the operating parameters further comprise at least one of: adjusting an operating parameter of the cooking appliance at a first power of a steam generator in the cooking appliance and at a second power of a heating element in the cooking appliance, comprising:
judging whether the target difference value is smaller than a first preset threshold value or larger than a second preset threshold value;
if the target difference is smaller than the first preset threshold, controlling the first power to increase, and/or controlling the second power to decrease;
and if the target difference is larger than the second preset threshold, controlling the second power to increase, and/or controlling the first power to decrease.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the duty adjustment of the first and second operating periods in the cooking period is determined based on the target difference, or the power adjustment of the first and second powers is determined based on the target difference.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining a target moisture content of food within the cooking appliance comprises:
acquiring a cooking mode of the cooking appliance and a type of the food;
determining the target moisture content based on the cooking profile and the type of the food.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the target moisture content based on the cooking profile and the type of food comprises:
acquiring a preset corresponding relation, wherein the preset corresponding relation is used for representing the target moisture content corresponding to the type of the food in the cooking mode;
and determining the target moisture content based on the preset corresponding relation.
6. A control device for a cooking appliance, comprising:
the cooking device comprises an acquisition module, a control module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring the current moisture content and the target moisture content of food in the cooking device, and the target moisture content is the moisture content of the food when the cooking device stops cooking;
a control module for controlling operating parameters of the cooking appliance based on the current moisture content and the target moisture content, wherein the operating parameters include at least one of: a first operating period of a steam generator in the cooking appliance, a second operating period of a heating element in the cooking appliance;
wherein the control module comprises: the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring a difference value between the current moisture content and the target moisture content to obtain a target difference value; judging whether the target difference value is within a preset interval or not; if the target difference value is within the preset interval, controlling the working parameters of the cooking appliance to be kept unchanged; if the target difference value is not within the preset interval, adjusting working parameters of the cooking appliance;
wherein, the adjustment unit includes: a determining subunit, configured to determine whether the target difference is smaller than a first preset threshold or larger than a second preset threshold, where the first preset threshold is a minimum value in the preset interval, and the second preset threshold is a maximum value in the preset interval; if the target difference is smaller than the first preset threshold, controlling the proportion of the first working time length in the time length to be cooked to increase, and/or controlling the proportion of the second working time length in the time length to be cooked to decrease; and if the target difference is larger than the second preset threshold, controlling the proportion of the second working time length in the time length to be cooked to increase, and/or controlling the proportion of the first working time length in the time length to be cooked to decrease.
7. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a first sensor for acquiring a current moisture content of food in the cooking appliance;
a controller for obtaining a target moisture content of food in a cooking appliance and controlling an operating parameter of the cooking appliance based on the current moisture content and the target moisture content, wherein the operating parameter comprises at least one of: a first operating period of a steam generator in the cooking appliance, a second operating period of a heating element in the cooking appliance, wherein controlling an operating parameter of the cooking appliance based on the target moisture content and the current moisture content comprises: obtaining a difference value between the current moisture content and the target moisture content to obtain a target difference value; judging whether the target difference value is within a preset interval or not; if the target difference value is within the preset interval, controlling the working parameters of the cooking appliance to be kept unchanged; if the target difference value is not within the preset interval, adjusting working parameters of the cooking appliance; wherein adjusting operating parameters of the cooking appliance comprises: judging whether the target difference value is smaller than a first preset threshold value or larger than a second preset threshold value, wherein the first preset threshold value is the minimum value in the preset interval, and the second preset threshold value is the maximum value in the preset interval; if the target difference is smaller than the first preset threshold, controlling the proportion of the first working time length in the time length to be cooked to increase, and/or controlling the proportion of the second working time length in the time length to be cooked to decrease; and if the target difference is larger than the second preset threshold, controlling the proportion of the second working time length in the time length to be cooked to increase, and/or controlling the proportion of the first working time length in the time length to be cooked to decrease.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium includes a stored program, wherein the apparatus on which the computer-readable storage medium is located is controlled to execute the control method of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when the program is executed.
9. A processor, characterized in that the processor is configured to run a program, wherein the program is configured to execute the control method of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when running.
