Description

Dry heating prevention method and device for intelligent household appliance and intelligent household appliance
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent household appliance control, in particular to a dry burning prevention method and device for an intelligent household appliance and the intelligent household appliance.
Background
The temperature sensor of the IH electric cooker is externally wrapped with an insulating leather sheath (which is used for increasing the electric insulation strength), and then the temperature sensor of the externally wrapped insulating leather sheath is arranged in the shell of the aluminum cap. Referring specifically to fig. 1, the outer shell of the aluminum cap is in direct contact with the cooking appliance, the base is used for fixing the insulating leather sheath and the outer shell of the aluminum cap, and the elastic structure ensures that the temperature sensor is in full contact with the cooking appliance.
When the system is heated and works, heat at the bottom of the pot reaches the insulating leather sheath through the aluminum cap shell and then reaches the temperature sensor, and the indirect temperature measurement mode is more in transmission medium, so that the comparison between the temperature detected by the temperature sensor and the actual temperature of the cooking utensil has hysteresis, and the detected temperature is inaccurate. When the empty pot is dry-burned, the power output cannot be closed in time because the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is inconsistent with the actual temperature in the cooking utensil, so that potential safety hazards exist.

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In order to facilitate understanding of the present embodiment, the following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail.
Embodiment one:
fig. 2 is a flowchart of an anti-dry heating method of an intelligent home appliance according to an embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 2, the method includes the steps of:
step S101, acquiring a current cooking gear selected by a user;
step S102, after heating the cooking appliance according to a first preset power corresponding to a current cooking gear, collecting a first temperature of the bottom of the cooking appliance;
here, the first temperature of the bottom of the cooking appliance may be collected by the temperature sensor, the first temperature is transmitted to the main controller, and the main controller performs the following steps to realize the dry burning prevention detection.
Step S103, judging whether the first temperature is greater than a preset temperature threshold;
step S104, if the first temperature is smaller than the preset temperature threshold, calculating a first temperature rise rate in the first temperature section according to the first temperature and the preset interval temperature;
specifically, judging whether the first temperature is greater than a preset temperature threshold Tx, if so, starting overheat protection, controlling a heating component to stop heating, and generating alarm information to alarm; if it is smaller than Tx, further detection is continued. The preset temperature threshold Tx is the maximum protection temperature of the cooking appliance during the cooking process, preferably 250 ℃, and is generally 230-260 ℃.
Step S105, judging whether the first temperature rise rate is larger than a first preset slope threshold value;
step S106, if the first temperature rise rate is greater than a first preset slope threshold, the first preset power is reduced to a second preset power, then the cooking appliance is continuously heated, and a second temperature of the bottom of the cooking appliance is acquired;
when the first temperature rising rate is larger than a first preset slope threshold Bmn, the first preset power is reduced to a second preset power, then the cooking appliance is continuously heated, and a second temperature of the bottom of the cooking appliance is acquired; when the first temperature rising rate is less than or equal to the first preset slope threshold Bmn, the step S104 is continuously performed.
Step S107, judging whether the second temperature is greater than a preset temperature threshold or whether the second temperature rise rate in the second temperature section is greater than a second preset slope threshold;
and S108, if the second temperature is greater than a preset temperature threshold or the second temperature rising rate is greater than a second preset slope threshold, controlling the heating component to stop heating, and generating alarm information to alarm.
Here, it is determined whether the second temperature is greater than Tx or kn+1 is greater than a second preset slope threshold bmn+1; if the power is not greater than the preset power, continuing to heat the cooking utensil by adopting the first preset power; if the temperature is higher than the preset temperature, the heating component is controlled to stop heating, and alarm information is generated to give an alarm.
Further, step S104 includes the steps of:
step S301, calculating the heated temperature according to the first temperature and the preset interval temperature;
step S302, calculating the heating time in the first temperature section according to the first temperature and the heated temperature;
step S303, calculating a first temperature rise rate in the first temperature section according to the preset interval temperature and the heating time in the first temperature section.
Specifically, according to the first temperature and the preset interval temperature, calculating the heated temperature; and calculating the heating time in the first temperature section according to the first temperature and the heated temperature. For example, the current temperature detected when cooking is started is 25 ℃, the preset interval temperature Δt=10 ℃, and when heating to 35 ℃, the main controller records the heating time Δt1 required for the first temperature section (25 ℃ -35 ℃); when heating from 35 ℃ to 45 ℃, the main controller records the heating time delta t2 required by the second temperature section (35 ℃ -45 ℃); similarly, deltaT can be obtained according to simulation experiment data, and generally 10-40 ℃ can be taken, so that whether the temperature rise rate exceeds the standard or not can be determined according to different temperature sections.
Calculating a first rate of temperature rise within the first temperature zone according to equation (1):
Kn=△T/△tn (1)
wherein Kn is a first temperature rise rate, Δt is a preset interval temperature, and Δtn is a heating time in the first temperature section.
Further, step S107 further includes:
if the second temperature is less than or equal to the preset temperature threshold and the second temperature rise rate is less than or equal to the second preset slope threshold, continuing to heat the cooking appliance by adopting the first preset power.
Further, step S103 further includes:
if the first temperature is greater than the preset temperature threshold, the heating part is controlled to stop heating, and alarm information is generated to alarm;
the preset temperature threshold is the maximum protection temperature of the cooking appliance in the cooking process.
Further, the heating component at least comprises one or more of a coil panel, a heating panel and a heating tube.
