Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a cooking method according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided for a cooking appliance 100. The cooking appliance 100 includes a heating member 101 for heating a pot. The cooking method comprises the following steps:
step S110: acquiring boiling set times;
step S130: controlling the heating element 101 to heat the pot to boil water in the pot, and recording the boiling times;
step S150: controlling the heating element 101 to stop heating under the condition that water in the pot is boiled;
step S170: after the water in the pot stops boiling and meets the preset conditions, controlling the heating element 101 to heat the pot so that the water in the pot boils again;
step S190: in the case where the number of times of boiling is equal to or more than the set number of times of boiling, the heating member 101 is controlled to stop heating.
The cooking method according to the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the cooking appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the cooking appliance 100 includes a heating member 101 and a controller 103, and the controller 103 is connected to the heating member 101. The controller 103 is used for acquiring the set number of boiling times; and is used for controlling the heating element 101 to heat the cooker so as to boil the water in the cooker and recording the boiling times; and is used for controlling the heating element 101 to stop heating under the condition that the water in the pot is boiled; and controlling the heating member 101 to heat the pot so that the water in the pot boils again after the water in the pot stops boiling and meets a preset condition; and for controlling the heating member 101 to stop heating when the number of times of boiling is greater than or equal to the set number of times of boiling.
In the cooking method and the cooking appliance 100, the boiling times of the food materials are controlled, so that the cooking method and the cooking appliance can be suitable for cooking the food materials under certain specific cooking conditions (such as multiple times of boiling), and the requirements of users on various cooking modes are met.
It can be understood that the controller 103 heats the pot by controlling the heating member 101, so that the water in the pot is heated up to boiling. In case that the water in the pot is boiled, the controller 103 controls the heating member 101 to stop heating, so that the water in the pot is gradually stopped boiling. In this case, the controller 103 records the number of boiling times.
Under the condition that the water in the pan stops boiling and satisfies the preset condition, the controller 103 controls the heating member 101 to heat, finally makes the water in the pan boil again. In the case where the number of times of boiling recorded by the controller 103 is greater than or equal to the set number of times of boiling acquired by the controller 103, the controller 103 controls the heating member 101 to stop heating. The boiling setting number may be preset according to a cooking program or may be set according to user settings.
Specifically, the cooking appliance 100 includes, but is not limited to, a microwave oven, an induction cooker, a rice cooker, an electric steaming oven, and the like. The cooking method embodied by the invention can be adapted for use with a cooking appliance 100 having an electric heating element. The electrical heating may be turned on and off and power adjusted using a physical switch or program. Under the condition that need not artificial intervention, electric heating member can realize the heating and the stop heating to the pan. The pot heating may refer to that the heating member 101 is energized to heat, and in the heating process, different powers or the same power of heating is performed on the pot within the power range of the heating member 101. The stop heating of pan can be the outage of control electric heating member, makes electric heating member can't generate heat or can't act on the pan and heat the pan. In the embodiment of the present invention, the cooking appliance 100 is exemplified by a microwave oven. For a microwave oven, the heating element 101 may be a magnetron or semiconductor microwave source. When the magnetron or the semiconductor microwave source is powered off, the magnetron or the semiconductor microwave source does not emit microwaves which act on the cookware to heat the cookware.
Referring to fig. 3, in the illustrated embodiment, the cooking appliance 100 includes a cavity 105 and a door 107. The cavity 105 is provided with a chamber 106, and the chamber 106 can be used for accommodating cookware. The heating member 101 is disposed in an electric room outside the chamber 106, and guides the generated microwaves into the chamber 106 through a waveguide to heat the pot. The door 107 is rotatably connected to the chamber body 105 and serves to close and open the chamber 106. The surface of the cooking appliance 100 is provided with an operation member 108. The operation member 108 can be used to adjust the boiling setting times and set parameters of the cooking appliance 100, such as heating time, cooking program, and the like. Referring to fig. 2, the cooking appliance 100 may further include a sensing element 109 for detecting a water state in the pot and transmitting the detected signal to the controller 103. The controller 103 determines the state of water in the pot according to the detected information, and then controls the heating member 101 to heat and stop heating.
In other embodiments, the number of boiling settings may be automatically adjusted according to the selected cooking program, may be preset, or may be user-set. And is not particularly limited herein.
In some embodiments, the cooking method comprises one of:
judging whether the water in the pot boils or not according to the temperature outside the pot;
judging whether the water in the pot boils or not according to the fluctuation degree of the liquid level in the pot;
whether the water in the pot boils or not is judged according to the water temperature in the pot.
The cooking method according to the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the cooking appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the controller 103 is used for judging whether the water in the pot boils according to the temperature outside the pot, or the controller 103 is used for judging whether the water in the pot boils according to the fluctuation degree of the liquid level in the pot, or the controller 103 is used for judging whether the water in the pot boils according to the water level in the pot.
It can be understood that under the condition that the water in the pot is boiling, the temperature outside the pot corresponds to one temperature; the water in the pot can roll to enable the liquid level to generate large fluctuation, and the water temperature in the pot can reach 100 ℃. Thus, the controller 103 can determine whether the water in the pot is boiling in various ways.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the sensing member 109 can include a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the outer bottom of the pot as the temperature outside the pot. The temperature difference inside and outside the pot can be calibrated through testing, and in the working process of the cooking appliance 100, the controller 103 can determine that water in the pot boils under the condition that the temperature inside the pot reaches 100 degrees according to the temperature difference and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor outside the pot. It is understood that the temperature difference may be related to the type of cookware, and the temperature difference may be determined according to the type of cookware. Specifically, the cooking appliance 100 may be provided with a selection button or an interface, after the user selects a certain cooking program, the selection button or the interface is used for the user to select a type of a pot to generate a pot selection signal, and the controller 103 may determine the temperature difference when receiving the pot selection signal. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the temperature sensor may also detect the temperature of the outer peripheral wall of the pot as the temperature outside the pot, and is not limited herein.
In addition, the types of cookware include, but are not limited to, casseroles, glass pots, metal pots (e.g., stainless steel pots, iron pots, or other alloy pots, for microwave heating, the use of metal pots is prohibited and cookware that is difficult to penetrate microwaves is not recommended), and the like. The pot selection signal may also be sent by a terminal in communication with the cooking appliance 100, including but not limited to a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer, a wearable smart device, other household appliances (e.g., refrigerator, television, range hood, dishwasher, etc.).
In some embodiments, the probe of the temperature sensor may also be directly inserted into the water within the pot to directly detect the temperature of the water within the pot. Under the condition that the water temperature in the pot reaches 98-100 ℃, the boiling of the water in the pot is determined.
In some embodiments, the cooking appliance 100 includes an ultrasonic sensor for sensing the level of liquid level fluctuation in the pot. So, can realize the detection whether the water in the pan boils.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the sensor 109 detects the level of the liquid surface in the pot using an ultrasonic sensor, and the ultrasonic sensor is connected to the controller 103. The ultrasonic sensor can emit ultrasonic signals to the water in the pot, and the ultrasonic signals are reflected on the liquid level of the water and finally received by the ultrasonic sensor.
It can be understood that in the case where the water in the pot is not boiling, the level of the water is in a state of being still or the level fluctuation degree is within a desired range. The ultrasonic signals received by the ultrasonic sensors are regular and consistent. Under the condition that water in the pan boils, water in the pan begins to roll for the liquid level begins to fluctuate and the degree of fluctuation increases gradually. In this case, the ultrasonic signals received by the ultrasonic sensor are irregular and disordered. In this way, the controller 103 can know whether or not the water in the pot is boiling by analyzing the ultrasonic signal received by the ultrasonic sensor.
In some embodiments, the stopping of the boiling of the water in the pot and the meeting of the preset condition includes:
the water in the pot stops boiling for a preset time.
The control method of the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the cooking appliance 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the controller 103 is set with a preset time period. After the water in the pot starts to stop boiling, the controller 103 controls the heating member 101 to continue heating the pot under the condition that the duration of the stop boiling reaches the preset duration. The controller 103 may perform timing, and a timing module for timing may be further provided, and the timing module may transmit timing information to the controller 103. The preset time length can be a fixed value and can also be adjusted according to specific conditions. Stopping boiling refers to the state that the liquid level of the water in the pot is still again or the fluctuation degree of the liquid level is in a desired range.
Taking the example of judging whether the water in the pot boils according to the fluctuation degree of the liquid level in the pot, when the heating element 101 stops heating the pot, the liquid level in the pot still fluctuates, and the cooking appliance 100 can determine that the water in the pot still boils. Through setting for and predetermineeing long time, in predetermineeing long time, the fluctuation degree of partial liquid level is less gradually to can ensure that the water in the pan stops the boiling, improved the detection precision to liquid level fluctuation degree. In the case where the stop of boiling is detected, the controller 103 records the number of boiling times for one time.
Thus, the cooking method and the control accuracy of the cooking appliance 100 can be improved.
In the embodiment of determining whether the water in the pot is boiling or not based on the temperature outside the pot or the water temperature in the pot, the liquid level of the water in the pot may be set to be in a state of being still or having a level fluctuation within a desired range by setting a temperature threshold for stopping the boiling. The temperature threshold at which boiling ceases can be calibrated by testing and stored.
In some embodiments, the predetermined time period is 0.8 seconds to 1.5 seconds. Therefore, the balance between the total cooking time and the control accuracy is better achieved. Specifically, if the preset time length is set to be too long, the time length for waiting for reheating is longer, and the time length for reheating to boiling is also longer, so that the total cooking time length is too long; if the preset time is too short, the water in the cooker can be heated again without stopping boiling, so that the control accuracy is low, and the cooking effect of the food materials is poor. Setting the preset time period between 0.8 seconds and 1.5 seconds provides a better balance between the total cooking time period and the control accuracy. In one example, the preset time period may be set to 1 second, that is, in case that the water in the pot stops boiling and lasts for 1 second, the heating member 101 re-heats the pot.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the cooking appliance 100 includes a cavity 105 and a door 107, the cavity 105 is opened with a chamber 106, the door 107 can be rotatably connected to the cavity 105 and used for closing and opening the chamber 106,
referring to fig. 4, step S130: under the condition that the door body 107 closes the chamber 106, controlling the heating element 101 to heat the cookware;
the water in the pan stops boiling and satisfies preset conditions including: the water in the pot stops boiling and the door 107 opens the chamber 106 and re-closes the chamber 106.
The control method of the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the cooking appliance 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, in the case of a pot containing water in the chamber 106, the door 107 may be rotatably closed to the cavity 105 to close the chamber 106. The controller 103 may control the heating member 101 to heat the pot in the cavity 106 when the set number of times of boiling is obtained. In the case that the heating member 101 is heated until the water in the pot boils, the controller 103 may control the heating member 101 to stop heating, so that the temperature of the water in the pot gradually decreases and stops boiling. In this case, cooking appliance 100 can detect the operation of door 107. After detecting the action of the door 107 to open the chamber 106 and the action of the door 107 to close the chamber 106 again, the controller 103 controls the heating member 101 to heat the pot again.
Specifically, in case that water in the pot is boiled, the cooking appliance 100 may prompt the user through its own prompting device or through a terminal wirelessly communicating with the cooking appliance 100. After obtaining the prompt, the user operates the door 107 to open the cavity 106, take out the pot, and add food material (food material hot water pot) or cold water (boiling water is cooled rapidly) into the pot. After the addition is completed, the user operates the door 107 again to close the chamber 106. In one embodiment, the door 107 can be used to detect whether the chamber 106 is opened or closed by a micro switch disposed around the opening of the chamber 106. It is understood that in other embodiments, the user may also place the food material into a pot for cooking together with cold water before heating.
Therefore, the pot is convenient for users to operate the pot, such as adding water or food materials.
In the present invention, the food material may be dumpling, rice dumpling, noodle, or other food material that can be used for cooking soup, etc. The control method of the embodiment of the invention is suitable for water cooking type cooking needing multiple boiling, such as dumpling boiling, noodle boiling, glue pudding boiling, soup cooking and the like. In the embodiment of the invention, the dumpling can be quick-frozen dumpling or normal-temperature dumpling. The cooking appliance 100 is further provided with a menu key to select a corresponding food cooking program. The menu key includes: a dumpling boiling button, a noodle boiling button, a soup cooking button and the like. Menu keys include, but are not limited to, touch keys, knobs, push type keys, and the like.
After the user selects the corresponding food cooking program, the corresponding boiling setting times can be set. In addition, the set number of times of boiling is 2 or more to secure cooking effect. During the process of cooking dumplings, water is heated from non-boiling to boiling, then boiling is stopped, and then heating is continued until boiling. The dumplings can be tumbled during this process. Therefore, the cooking effect of the boiled dumplings can be ensured, for example, the stuffing of the dumplings can be sufficiently heated to be well done, one side of the dumpling wrapper is not damaged by long-time heating, and the like.
The prompting device of the cooking appliance 100 may include at least one of a sounding component, a light-emitting component, and a vibrating component. The sounding part can comprise a loudspeaker, a buzzer and the like, the light-emitting part can comprise an indicator light, a display screen and the like, and the vibrating part can comprise a vibrating motor and the like.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the cooking appliance 100 is a microwave oven. The heating member 101 is a magnetron. The cooking appliance 100 is provided with a "multi-stage boiling control" button and a "boiling setting number" button, and a user can select "multi-stage boiling control" after the cooking appliance 100 is turned on, adjust the "multi-stage boiling control" button to select the boiling setting number K, and then press a "start" button of the cooking appliance 100 to start heating the cooking appliance 100.
Take the food material as dumpling. The dumpling is cooked by being placed in a pot filled with water. The cooking appliance 100 realizes the function of cooking dumplings by heating water in the pot. The boiling setting number K may be set to three times. In the case where the cooking appliance 100 is used to cook dumplings, the controller 103 controls the magnetron to heat water in the pot to boiling, and records the number of times of boiling once. In case it is determined that the water in the pot is boiling, the controller 103 controls the magnetron to stop heating. After determining that the water in the pot stops boiling and lasts for 1 second, the controller 103 may control the magnetron to re-heat the pot until boiling in case the number of boiling times N recorded by the controller 103 is less than three. When the controller 103 records that the boiling time N is greater than or equal to three times, the controller 103 controls the magnetron to stop heating, and the cooking appliance 100 enters a standby state to realize a cooking function for the dumplings. The standby state mainly refers to the stop of the heating member 101.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is executed by a processor to implement the steps of the control method of any of the above embodiments.
