2. The Chinese herbal medicine antibacterial high resilience buffering cotton according to claim 1, wherein the Chinese herbal medicine mixture is prepared from wormwood, radix sophorae flavescentis, mint and golden larch bark.
3. A method for preparing Chinese herbal medicine antibacterial high-resilience buffering cotton is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials: weighing 100 parts of white oil, 5-10 parts of a Chinese herbal medicine mixing agent, 150 parts of TDI index 130-one, 0.3-1 part of silicone oil, 0.25-1 part of amine, 0.03-0.1 part of tin, 0.6-1 part of a nano antibacterial agent, 1-2 parts of a cross-linking agent, 1.5-5 parts of color paste and 0.3-1.2 parts of water by a metering system respectively;
(2) adding the Chinese herbal medicine solvent, the nano antibacterial agent, the amine, the tin, the cross-linking agent, the color paste and the water which are weighed in the step (1) into the white oil according to the proportion, and uniformly stirring; placing the mixture at the constant temperature of 30-40 ℃ for reaction for 7-8h, and then evacuating the air in the mixture to stop the reaction;
(3) placing the TDI index weighed in the step (1) in a constant temperature environment at 25-30 ℃ for standing for 4-5 h;
(4) pre-stirring the silicone oil weighed in the step (1) in air, and pre-storing the stirred silicone oil in a storage tank;
(5) arranging the raw materials obtained in the steps (2), (3) and (4) on a mixing head feeding pipe in sequence, and respectively adjusting the component material pumps to required rotating speeds to prepare for foaming;
(6) opening a valve switch of a feeding pump in sequence to enable various raw materials obtained in the steps (2), (3) and (4) to be conveyed into a mixing head through a feeding pipe, continuously stirring and mixing the raw materials through the mixing head under the high-speed stirring of 5800 r/min, and spraying the mixture onto the bottom paper of the production line through a nozzle at the other end of the mixing head to perform oven shaping to obtain block-shaped shaping sponge;
(7) and (4) removing the blocky shaped sponge obtained in the step (6) from the oven through a blocky material conveying system, and curing for 7-8 hours through a foam blocky material curing system to obtain the Chinese herbal medicine antibacterial high-resilience buffer sponge.
