1. An instant highland barley coarse cereal rice is characterized in that:
the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
120 portions of rice, 20 to 40 portions of glutinous millet, 30 to 60 portions of highland barley, 0.5 to 1.5 portions of seasoning, sufficient glutinous rice, 0.02 portion of sodium bicarbonate, 80 portions of emulsifier and sufficient purified water;
the preparation method based on the instant highland barley coarse cereal rice specifically comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: adding the rice, the large yellow rice, the highland barley and the seasoning according to the weight parts of the formula into a mixer, uniformly mixing to obtain a spare coarse cereal raw material, and stirring for 5-10 minutes at the rotating speed of 60-80r/min for spare;
the second step is that: adding glutinous rice, sodium bicarbonate, emulsifier and proper purified water in the weight parts of the formula into a pulverizer to pulverize and roll into dough for later use;
the third step: placing the standby dough into a first feeding mechanism, conveying the standby dough into a processing device, and cutting into blocks;
the fourth step: starting the driving mechanism to drive the forming die mechanism to rotate, rotating the cut dough to a position between the two second feeding mechanisms, and simultaneously moving the two second feeding mechanisms in opposite directions to realize closing;
the fifth step: placing the standby coarse cereal raw materials into a second feeding mechanism, conveying the standby coarse cereal raw materials into the second feeding mechanism, and abutting the standby dough in the middle of the coarse cereal raw materials at two sides to form a rudiment coarse cereal rice roll; adding proper purified water into the rudiment coarse cereal rice ball through a second feeding mechanism;
and a sixth step: conveying high-pressure steam to the inside of the processing device through a high-pressure steam pipe, and steaming the rudiment coarse cereal rice ball at high pressure;
the seventh step: the heating part is started to dry the steamed coarse cereal rice roll, the driving mechanism is reversely started, the two second feeding mechanisms move relatively to realize opening, meanwhile, the coarse cereal dough is rotated to the bottom, and the telescopic mechanism is started to eject out the formed dough.
2. The instant highland barley coarse cereal rice as claimed in claim 1, wherein the seasoning is one or more of sesame oil, salt, chicken essence and pepper powder.

The instant highland barley and coarse cereal rice as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing device in the third step comprises a sealing box (1); two ends of the sealing box (1) are hinged and matched with sealing heat-insulating doors; in the third step, the first feeding mechanism and the second feeding mechanism both comprise heat insulation barrels (2); the heat insulation barrels (2) in the first feeding mechanisms are arranged on one side surface of the seal box (1) in a linear array in a penetrating mode and close to the bottom; the heat insulation barrels (2) in the second feeding mechanisms are distributed in a linear array mode and are arranged on the two side faces, close to the top, of the sealing box (1) in a sliding mode; the heat insulation barrel (2) is arranged at one end inside the seal box (1) and is provided with an opening.
