the stirring rod (73), the stirring rod (73) is installed in the middle of the inner side of the second charging frame (60) in a rotating way;
the cams (72), the cams (72) are installed on two sides of the stirring rod (73);
the transmission components (71), the transmission components (71) are arranged at two sides between the paddle (70) and the stirring rod (73).

the torsion springs (85), the torsion springs (85) are arranged between the outer sides of the fifth movable rods (86) and the first charging frame (50), and the torsion springs (85) are wound on the second limiting rods (84).
