Abstract
本发明公开了一种‘宝岛蕉’果实无锈化栽培方法:(1)果面喷施保护性溶液:香蕉果梳的果指展平期,果面均匀喷洒赤霉素混合溶液;所述的赤霉素混合溶液为按照质量比GA3:GA4+7=1:3混合后所得;(2)喷施化学农药混配液:香蕉植株现蕾后,整株喷洒化学农药混配液。本发明果面喷施保护性溶液,可以有效抑制木质素合成,提高果实表皮细胞柔韧性和抗性,促进香蕉果实外表皮和内表皮协同生长;果面喷施复配的化学农药混配液,防治病菌对果面光洁度造成的侵害,同时提高蕉果抗逆、抗病能力;本发明可以显著抑制‘宝岛蕉’果面锈斑形成,提高‘宝岛蕉’蕉果商品性能,对果实产量和内在品质无影响;本发明方法简单方便,适合大面积推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种果实无锈化栽培技术方法,特别涉及一种‘宝岛蕉’果实无锈化栽培方法。
背景技术
‘宝岛蕉’香蕉新品种是目前推广面积最大、种植最成功的抗枯萎病香蕉品种之一,在海南、广东、广西、云南等香蕉产区均有大面积种植。但生产过程中发现,如果管理不当,当‘宝岛蕉’果实饱满度达到7.5成以上时,果实表面便容易出现果锈。‘宝岛蕉’果锈表现为条状或不规则锈斑,如图1所示,严重影响蕉果商品性能。经前期研究分析,果锈形成的主要原因有以下几个方面:由‘宝岛蕉’果实表皮细胞结构引起,‘宝岛蕉’外表皮3~5层细胞小,排列较整齐,而内表皮细胞大,细胞形状不规则,排列不整齐,如图2;导致果实快速生长期(膨大期)果实内表皮细胞体积膨大速度远远超过外表皮细胞,造成外表皮细胞“机械性”的扭曲、变形,细胞壁木质化加厚,当这种机械阻力不能抵消内部膨压时,引起细胞破裂、死亡,导致‘宝岛蕉’果实采收期的果锈形成;另外,南方夏季雨水过量,导致病虫害爆发,果面容易受到损伤,这也会促使果锈加重发生。然而香蕉栽培过程中常规的套袋措施虽然能够减少雨水的侵袭,但是造成果穗长期处于高温高湿的微域环境,促进病菌的滋生与繁殖,危害果实表面光洁度,且促进根系吸收水分,运输到果实,促使果肉细胞膨大加速,从而增大果皮附近细胞承受的压力,造成果实表面果锈形成;当配套栽培技术不规范,管理不科学,树体处在亚健康或不健康状态下,蕉果留树期过长,抗性降低,更加剧了果实表面果锈的形成。
‘宝岛蕉’香蕉果实外表形成果锈后蕉果商品性能下降,严重影响销售,进而影响种植户的经济效益。因此,目前亟需一种能够防治‘宝岛蕉’香蕉表面形成果锈、提高蕉果商品性能,减少经济损失的果实无锈化栽培方法。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题,提供一种防治‘宝岛蕉’果实表面果锈形成的无锈化栽培方法,旨在得到一种可以显著抑制‘宝岛蕉’果面锈斑形成,提高‘宝岛蕉’蕉果商品性能,对果实产量和内在品质无影响的防治方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种‘宝岛蕉’果实无锈化栽培方法,包含以下操作步骤:
(1)果面喷施保护性溶液:香蕉果梳的果指展平期,果面均匀喷洒赤霉素混合溶液;所述的赤霉素混合溶液为按照质量比GA3:GA4+7=1:3混合后所得,所述赤霉素混合溶液中含有3.0~5.0mmol/L量的黄酮液,可显著降低果锈指数,对提高果实外观商品价值有很大的作用;GA3指赤霉素A3(Gibberellin A3),GA4+7是由GA4(Gibberellin A4)和GA7(Gibberellin A7)组成,二者质量比2:1;
(2)喷施化学农药混配液:香蕉植株现蕾后,整株喷洒化学农药混配液,所述农药混配液由以下组分按照质量比混合所得:苯醚甲环唑:吡唑醚菌酯:黄腐酸:海藻酸:硼酸:维生素C=4:3:1:1:0.5:0.5。
优选地,步骤(1)中所述的赤霉素混合溶液喷洒浓度为100ppm。
优选地,步骤(2)中间隔10d喷洒1次化学农药混配液,连续喷施3次。
优选地,还包括后续处理,所述的后续处理为(3)垫把、(4)套袋、(5)生物菌肥、(6)抽蕾至果实成熟期施肥、(7)施肥管理、(8)水分管理和(9)采收时期。
优选地,所述的垫把、套袋、生物菌肥、抽蕾至果实成熟期施肥、施肥管理、水分管理和采收时期操作为:
(3)垫把:果指向上弯曲生长后且在套袋前,用白色加厚疏水纸垫衬于两梳之间,降低果面湿度,同时减少磕碰引起的果面机械伤;
(4)套袋:果穗收梳成型之前,先套无纺布塑形袋,外层套蓝色塑料薄膜袋,蓝色塑料薄膜袋上打10~20μm微孔,其相邻微孔的孔间距小于2000μm,无纺布袋与塑料薄膜袋中间不套纸或珍珠棉等袋,可防止外界雨水的侵袭,又具备良好的透气性;套袋须在步骤(1)、(2)、(3)之后,即保护性溶液和化学农药混配液喷施,药液干后再实施相关操作;
(5)生物菌肥:在‘宝岛蕉’植株生长过程,蕉园结合水肥一体化,增加复合发酵菌的施入,以增加蕉园有益菌群含量,所述复合发酵菌由以下组分按照重量比混合所得:枯草芽孢杆菌:多粘芽孢杆菌:孢被孢霉菌:乳酸菌:木霉=4:3:2:1:2;
(6)抽蕾至果实成熟期施肥:每20d施肥一次,腐熟有机肥1.0-2.0kg/株兑水淋施,并加硫酸钾50g~100g;
(7)施肥管理:重施有机肥,配合施用无机肥,无机肥用水肥一体化设施滴灌,促进果实生长,果皮增厚,利于缩短蕉果留树期,肥料使用符合NY/T394的规定,确保植株生理平衡,健壮生长,确保采收期植株具备7~8张健康完整绿叶,增强果实的抗逆能力,增强抗病性;
(8)水分管理:土壤含水量稳定保持60%~70%(wt%),采收前7d~10d停止灌水,避免前期缺水后期大水漫灌,造成果实大量吸水膨胀形成水绣;
(9)采收时期:香蕉饱满度达6成以上便可及时采收,饱满度不能超过7.5成,即不可一味的追求重量,过“肥”采收。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
目前尚未有防治香蕉果锈形成的无锈化栽培技术方法,本发明果面喷施保护性溶液,可以有效抑制木质素合成,提高果实表皮细胞柔韧性和抗性,促进香蕉果实外表皮和内表皮协同生长;果面喷施复配的化学农药混配液,防治病菌对果面光洁度造成的侵害,同时提高蕉果抗逆、抗病能力;本发明可以显著抑制‘宝岛蕉’果面锈斑形成,提高‘宝岛蕉’蕉果商品性能,对果实产量和内在品质无影响;本发明方法简单方便,适合大面积推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。实施例中采用的原料、试剂若无特殊说明,皆为市售所得。实施例中采用的GA4+7为市售所得的工业级GA4+7(纯度90%以上)。
实施例1
一种‘宝岛蕉’果实无锈化栽培方法,具体操作步骤如下:
(1)果面喷施保护性溶液:香蕉果梳的果指展平期,果面均匀喷洒浓度为100ppm的赤霉素混合溶液;赤霉素混合溶液为按照质量比GA3:GA4+7=1:3混合后所得,赤霉素混合溶液中含有3.0mmol/L量的黄酮液,可显著降低果锈指数,对提高果实外观商品价值有很大的作用;GA4+7是由GA4和GA7混合组成,二者质量比2:1;
(2)喷施化学农药混配液:香蕉植株现蕾后,整株喷洒化学农药混配液,间隔10d喷1次药,连续喷施3次,施药过程中,要求喷头雾化效果要好,喷雾压力要适中,离果面距离要适当,以减轻药液对幼果果面的刺激;农药混配液由以下组分按照质量比混合所得:苯醚甲环唑:吡唑醚菌酯:黄腐酸:海藻酸:硼酸:维生素C=4:3:1:1:0.5:0.5;

试验一:外源GA及黄酮处理对‘宝岛蕉’果锈的防治效应
试验于2020年在广西南宁隆安县‘宝岛蕉’示范基地内进行,栽培管理与本发明提供的技术方案一致。从果园中随机选取树势一致的‘宝岛蕉’植株,分别在果指展平、果指向上弯曲生长2个时期进行外源GA及黄铜处理,并以清水为对照,试验方案见表1,各处理重复6次,随机排列。采收期(蕉果达到7.0成饱满)开展相关数据统计和测定,果锈发生程度用第2梳果的果锈面积占第2梳果皮总面积的百分率来表示。
表2统计了不同时期外源GA及黄酮处理‘宝岛蕉’的有锈果指数及果锈发生程度情况,不同处理间存在明显差异。结果可以明显看出,(1)与清水对照处理相比,12个不同处理均能不同程度的降低了有锈果指百分比及果锈发生程度(即果锈覆盖面积),外源GA及黄酮处理对‘宝岛蕉’果锈的防治有效;(2)相同药剂不同施用时期对比看,果指展平期明显比果指向上弯曲生长期施用防锈效果好,果指展平期是保护性药剂施用预防果锈形成的关键时期;(3)不同处理间比较发现,处理5、处理6(在果指展平时期,果面均匀喷洒GA3:GA4+7=1:3(质量比)100ppm并含3.0mmol/L黄酮液和GA3:GA4+7=1:3(质量比)100ppm并含5.0mmol/L黄酮液,)抑制果锈形成的效果最理想,明显优于其他处理,采收期整个果面几乎无锈,仅第2梳有一个果指轻微出现锈斑,果锈覆盖面积约为对照的1/15;(4)处理5、处理6与处理4相比,有锈果指百分比及果锈发生程度均显著降低,说明黄酮对GA抑制果锈的形成具有协同效应,对防治宝岛蕉果实果锈形成起到正向的促进作用。

不同时期外源GA及黄酮处理对果皮木质素的影响如图4所示,图4统计了外源GA及黄酮处理对‘宝岛蕉’果皮木质素含量,结果可以明显看出,(1)与清水对照处理相比,12个不同处理均能不同程度的降低了木质素的含量,外源GA及黄酮处理对降低‘宝岛蕉’果皮木质素的含量有效;(2)相同药剂不同施用时期对比看,虽然果指向上弯曲生长期处理果皮木质素含量也降低,但程度明显弱于果指展平期,同样也说明了果指展平期是保护性药剂施用降低木质素形成,预防果锈形成的关键时期;(3)不同处理间比较发现,处理5、处理6(在果指展平时期,果面均匀喷洒GA3:GA4+7=1:3(质量比)100ppm并含3.0mmol/L黄酮液和GA3:GA4+7=1:3(质量比)100ppm并含5.0mmol/L黄酮液,)果皮木质素含量最低;(4)处理5、处理6与处理4相比,果皮木质素含量显著降低,说明黄酮对GA抑制果皮木质素的形成具有协同效应,对防治宝岛蕉果实果锈形成起到正向的促进作用。因此,外源GA及黄酮处理后木质素的降低,可促进表皮细胞柔韧性和延展性的增强,进而防治果锈的发生。黄酮作为生物活性物质,通过消除自由基的活性,从而保护组织免受氧化作用的损害。通过‘宝岛蕉’果皮不同生长阶段表皮细胞垂周面观察,发现表皮细胞木质化加厚的主要时间为蕉果平展期,说明蕉果平展期是果锈形成及防控的关键时期。外源喷施GA及黄酮处理抑制了木质素的含量,提高表皮细胞的韧性和抗性,最终有效的防治了果锈。
试验二:“农药混配液”对‘宝岛蕉’果锈的防治效应

表4统计了不同农药混配液处理‘宝岛蕉’的果锈发生程度情况,不同处理间存在明显差异。结果可以明显看出,(1)与清水对照处理相比,8个不同处理均能不同程度的降低了果锈发生程度(即果锈覆盖面积),农药混配液对‘宝岛蕉’果锈的防治有效;(2)不同处理间比较发现,处理8(苯醚甲环唑:吡唑醚菌酯:黄腐酸:海藻酸:硼酸:维生素C=4:3:1:1:0.5:0.5)抑制果锈形成的效果最理想,明显优于其他处理,采收期整个果面几乎无锈,果锈覆盖面积约为对照的1/15;(3)每一次配方组分调整,果锈发生程度均相应改变,说明各组分间对抑制果锈的形成具有协同效应,对防治宝岛蕉果实果锈形成起到正向的促进作用。

Claims (4)
1.一种‘宝岛蕉’果实无锈化栽培方法,其特征在于,包含以下操作步骤:
(1)果面喷施保护性溶液:香蕉果梳的果指展平期,果面喷洒赤霉素混合溶液;所述的赤霉素混合溶液为按照质量比GA3:GA4+7=1:3混合后所得,所述赤霉素混合溶液中还加入黄酮,所述赤霉素混合溶液中含有3.0~5.0 mmol/L量的黄酮液;
(2)喷施化学农药混配液:香蕉植株现蕾后,整株喷洒化学农药混配液,所述化学农药混配液由以下组分按照质量比混合所得:苯醚甲环唑:吡唑醚菌酯:黄腐酸:海藻酸:硼酸:维生素C=4:3:1:1:0.5:0.5;
其中,步骤(1)中所述的赤霉素混合溶液喷洒浓度为100ppm。
2.根据权利要求1所述‘宝岛蕉’果实无锈化栽培方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中间隔10d喷洒1次化学农药混配液,连续喷施3次。
3.根据权利要求1所述‘宝岛蕉’果实无锈化栽培方法,其特征在于:还包括后续处理,所述的后续处理为(3)垫把、(4)套袋、(5)施用生物菌肥、(6)抽蕾至果实成熟期施肥、(7)施肥管理、(8)水分管理和(9)采收时期。
4.根据权利要求3所述‘宝岛蕉’果实无锈化栽培方法,其特征在于:所述的垫把、套袋、生物菌肥、抽蕾至果实成熟期施肥、施肥管理、水分管理和采收时期操作为:
(3)垫把:果指向上弯曲生长后且在套袋前,用纸垫衬于两梳之间;
(4)套袋:果穗收梳成型之前,先套塑形袋,外层套薄膜袋,薄膜袋上打10~20μm微孔,其相邻微孔的孔间距小于2000μm,药液干后再实施相关操作;
(5)施用生物菌肥:在‘宝岛蕉’植株生长过程,蕉园结合水肥一体化,增加复合发酵菌的施入;
(6)抽蕾至果实成熟期施肥:每20 d施肥一次,腐熟有机肥1.0-2.0 kg/株兑水淋施,并加硫酸钾50 g~100 g;
(7)施肥管理:重施有机肥,配合施用无机肥,无机肥用水肥一体化设施滴灌,确保采收期植株具备7~8张健康完整绿叶,增强果实的抗逆能力,增强抗病性;
(8)水分管理:土壤含水量稳定保持60%~70%,采收前7 d~10 d停止灌水;
(9)采收时期:香蕉饱满度达6成以上便及时采收,饱满度不能超过7.5成。
