The storage module 2 is used for storing patent information including but not limited to patent name, applicant, inventor, application date, application publication date, applicant address, publication date, publication number, application number, patent agency, patent agent, payment information, abstract, keyword and patent status information.
The auditing module 3 is used for grading each intellectual property right according to a preset auditing rule.
The auditing rule is as follows, and each intellectual property right is rated as an alarm level when meeting at least one of the following conditions:

III) exceeding the payment time limit;

The retrieval module 4 compares the stored information, sorts the similarity, and performs information verification comparison through the WIFI module 401.
The analysis management module 5 is configured to receive the audit result of the audit module 3, perform hierarchical management on each intellectual property right according to the audit result, delete warning-level intellectual property rights, and perform warning prompting on the warning-level intellectual property rights through the warning prompting module 501; and transmits the analysis management result to the administrator mobile terminal through the wireless communication module 502.

II) exceeding the protection period in the policy rules;
III) exceeding the payment time limit;
each intellectual property right is rated as an early warning level when it satisfies at least one of the following conditions:
i) less than one year from the expiration of the protection age;
ii) the time limit of the distance due payment is less than one month;
iii) is notified that revocation is required;
those not meeting either of the above conditions are rated as high value grades.
