In the embodiment, when reminding each non-privacy item, the item type of the non-privacy item is obtained at the same time, and corresponding reminding information is obtained according to the item type. The item types comprise travel items, personnel items and the like, and can be classified automatically according to the text description in the items, and the automatic classification is realized according to a preset classification algorithm. For example, personnel matters for meeting of the organization personnel are obtained from a personnel management platform database, the current state of the expected meeting personnel is obtained, and the meeting situation of the expected meeting personnel is estimated in time. The current state of the expected meeting personnel comprises working posts, leave, business trip and the like, the current state of the expected meeting personnel can be updated along with the state in the personnel management platform database and is updated to the intelligent terminal in real time, and when the intelligent terminal broadcasts personnel matters, the acquired personnel state corresponds to the state data of the personnel management platform database at the reminding moment. The reminding mode of the embodiment comprises voice playing and the like.
Referring to fig. 5, a second reminding module 5 according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
a second acquiring unit 51 for acquiring a biometric feature of the current user;
a third judging unit 52, configured to judge whether the current user is a preset user according to the biological feature;
and the decryption unit 53 is configured to decrypt the privacy item according to a preset decryption mode and broadcast the privacy item if yes.
The embodiment improves the security of the privacy matters by setting the permission for the access of the privacy matters. The rights are set by the user's biometric features including, but not limited to, facial images, voiceprint features, fingerprint features, etc. to improve the security factor. The privacy matters in the embodiment are not only provided with the authority, but also encrypted through the encryption chip, for example, the privacy matters are stored after being encrypted through the SM4 or DES/3DES/RSA/ECC/SHA-1/SHA-256 data encryption methods, and the decryption algorithm can be triggered to decrypt only after the authority verification is carried out, so that the privacy of the privacy matters is further improved.
Further, the second reminding module 5 according to an embodiment of the present application further includes:
a marking unit 54, configured to mark the privacy item as an unprocessed item if the current user is not the preset user;

Referring to fig. 7, forming module 14 includes:
a third obtaining unit 141, configured to obtain, according to each field attribute included in a preset storage template, a text corresponding to each field attribute from the text information;
and a filling unit 142, configured to fill characters corresponding to the field attributes into associated positions of the field attributes in the preset storage template, respectively, to form the to-be-processed item.
Before storing the text information, the embodiment classifies the text information according to the privacy matters and the non-privacy matters, and stores the text information as the to-be-processed matters according to the corresponding processing rules. The processing rules all comprise a process of splitting and extracting text information according to field attributes, for example, after extracting corresponding execution time information in the text information, filling the corresponding field association positions of the execution time information according to the field attributes included in a preset storage template, and taking the field association positions as assignment values. The preset storage templates are distinguished according to the privacy matters and the non-privacy matters, the preset storage templates corresponding to the privacy matters comprise viewing authority parameter items and the like, and the preset storage templates corresponding to the non-privacy matters do not comprise viewing authority parameter items. After classifying the text information, a corresponding preset storage template is called, then the text information is split and extracted according to the field attributes contained in the preset storage template, and the splitting and extracting process is actually a process of converting the text information into the information of the built-in preset storage template, so that the accurate classification of the information in the storage process is realized. And then the template information after assignment conversion is stored as the to-be-processed item. After the non-privacy matters are stored, a plurality of non-privacy matters with the same reminding time point are ordered according to a preset ordering rule, wherein the preset ordering rule comprises importance priority ordering, and the importance can be calibrated by a user independently when information is recorded; or ordered by time difference from the event execution time point. After the privacy matters are stored, encryption processing is performed by enabling an encryption algorithm in the pre-associated encryption chip.
Referring to fig. 8, the present application also provides a storage medium 100, in which a computer program 200 is stored which, when run on a computer, causes the computer to perform the reminding method of the backlog described in the above embodiment.
Referring to fig. 9, the present application also provides a computer device 300 containing instructions that, when run on the computer device 300, cause the computer device 300 to perform the reminder method of the backlog described in the above embodiments through a processor 400 provided therein.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the two-dimensional code scanning apparatus of the present application and the apparatus for performing one or more of the methods of the present application referred to above. These devices may be specially designed and constructed for the required purposes, or may comprise known devices in general purpose computers. These devices have computer programs or applications stored therein that are selectively activated or reconfigured. Such a computer program may be stored in a device (e.g., a computer) readable medium or any type of medium suitable for storing electronic instructions and respectively coupled to a bus, including, but not limited to, any type of disk (including floppy disks, hard disks, optical disks, CD-ROMs, and magneto-optical disks), ROMs (Read-Only memories), RAMs (Random Access Memory, random access memories), EPROMs (Erasable Programmable Read-Only memories), EEPROMs (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only memories), flash memories, magnetic cards, or optical cards. That is, a readable medium includes any medium that stores or transmits information in a form readable by a device (e.g., a computer).

Claims (8)

1. A method of prompting a transaction, comprising:
monitoring whether a to-be-processed item needing to be reminded exists at the current time;
if yes, analyzing whether the to-be-processed items comprise non-privacy items and privacy items at the same time;
if yes, prompting the non-privacy matters according to a first preset rule;
judging whether the non-privacy matters are reminded;
if yes, reminding the privacy matters according to a second preset rule;
judging whether the number of the non-privacy matters is larger than one;
if yes, judging whether matters corresponding to the priority of the matters exist or not;
if no item corresponding to the item priority exists, acquiring the time difference of the current moment from the preset moment corresponding to each non-privacy item;
reminding each non-privacy item in sequence from small to large according to each time difference;
judging whether the non-privacy matters to be reminded currently include travel matters or not;
if yes, obtaining route information and route time consumption from the current geographic position to a target geographic position, wherein the target geographic position is the geographic position corresponding to the travel item;
when broadcasting the non-privacy matters to be reminded, broadcasting the route information and the route time consumption at the same time;
if the to-be-processed item to be reminded is a personnel item, the related database is associated, and the status information of the personnel is obtained.
2. The method for reminding the to-be-processed item according to claim 1, wherein the step of reminding the privacy item according to a second preset rule comprises:
acquiring the biological characteristics of the current user;
judging whether the current user is a preset user or not according to the biological characteristics;
if yes, decrypting the privacy matters according to a preset decryption mode and broadcasting the privacy matters.
3. The method for reminding the to-be-processed item according to claim 2, wherein after the step of judging whether the current user is the preset user according to the biometric feature, the method comprises:
if the current user is not the preset user, marking the privacy matters as unprocessed matters;
and sending reminding information for reminding to check the unprocessed matters to the terminal pre-bound by the preset user.
4. The method for reminding the to-be-processed item according to claim 1, wherein before the step of monitoring whether the to-be-processed item to be reminded exists at the current time, the method comprises the following steps:
receiving voice information input by a user;
converting the voice information into text information;
and forming the to-be-processed item by the text information according to a preset mode.
5. The method for reminding the to-be-processed item according to claim 4, wherein the step of forming the to-be-processed item by the text information according to a preset mode comprises the following steps:
according to each field attribute contained in a preset storage template, respectively acquiring characters corresponding to each field attribute from the text information;
and filling characters corresponding to the field attributes into the associated positions of the field attributes in the preset storage template respectively to form the to-be-processed items.
6. A reminder of a to-be-processed item, comprising:
the monitoring module is used for monitoring whether the to-be-processed items needing to be reminded exist at the current time;
the analysis module is used for analyzing whether the to-be-processed items simultaneously comprise non-privacy items and privacy items if the to-be-processed items to be reminded exist in the current time;

the second reminding module is used for reminding the privacy matters according to a second preset rule if the non-privacy matters are reminded;

the second judging unit is used for judging whether the event corresponding to the event priority exists or not if the number of the non-privacy events is greater than one;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the time difference of the current moment from the preset moment corresponding to each non-privacy item if the item corresponding to the item priority does not exist;
the reminding unit is used for reminding the non-privacy matters in sequence from small to large according to the time difference;
the judging subunit is used for judging whether the non-privacy matters to be reminded currently include travel matters or not;
the obtaining subunit is used for obtaining route information from the current geographic position to a target geographic position and route time consumption if the current geographic position is the geographic position corresponding to the travel item;
