Background
The diesel filter assembly has the functions of filtering harmful impurities and moisture in an automobile fuel system, protecting the normal work of an engine, reducing abrasion, avoiding blockage and prolonging the service life of the engine.
Generally, an automobile is provided with two diesel oil filters, one coarse filter and one fine filter, which are arranged on a chassis in series, wherein the filtering efficiency of the two filters is different, and the fuel oil quality can meet the requirement of an engine after two-stage filtration. Wherein the rough filter is provided with a one-way valve and a hand oil pump, and the fine filter is not provided with a one-way valve. The fuel oil contains impurities and moisture and also contains air, part of the air can be separated out after passing through the diesel oil filter and is gathered in the rough filtration and the fine filtration of the diesel oil filter, and if the air cannot be discharged in time, the air completely occupies the diesel oil filter, so that the engine cannot suck the diesel oil, and the engine is flamed.
The scheme that the inside air that gathers of diesel oil filter is solved at present is, opens a little exhaust hole (about 0.5 mm) in diesel oil filter's filter core upper end, and the inside air of diesel oil filter breaks up into individual little bubble through little exhaust hole, along with the even flow direction engine of fuel together, the oil mass that the engine needs is very little, and most oil can be along with returning oil pipe way back to the oil tank, and finally most gas is along with returning oil back to the oil tank, and the atmosphere is arranged into in the exhaust hole of rethread oil tank.
The air separated out by the diesel filter and the air entering the fuel through the vent hole at the upper end of the filter element can reach a balance, so that the oil in the diesel filter is kept at a certain height, and the height is determined by the size of the vent hole and the oil supply amount. By designing and matching the size of the vent hole, the oil level is ensured to be kept in the range of 1/2 to 2/3 of the diesel filter.
The air extracted from the diesel filter and the air entering the fuel through the vent holes at the upper end of the filter element reach a balance, and the general oil level is kept in the range of 1/2 to 2/3 of the diesel filter. Because the exhaust hole is arranged at the top end of the diesel filter, after the diesel filter is shut down, oil entering the oil pipe of the engine can flow back and is filled into the part with air on the upper part of the diesel filter, so that oil can not be supplied when the engine is started. The problem is solved, a one-way valve can be added at the outlet of the fine filter, or an engine oil inlet pipe is designed into a shape like a Chinese character 'ji', but the cost is increased or the design difficulty of the whole vehicle pipeline is increased.
The exhaust hole of the prior art is punched on the filter element of the diesel filter, so that the precision requirement of the end cover of the filter element is high, meanwhile, the filter element is a consumable and needs to be replaced periodically, and the use cost is increased undoubtedly.
The exhaust hole is arranged on a filter element of the diesel filter, so that part of fuel oil directly enters a filtered pipeline without filter paper, and the filtering effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a diesel filter assembly, which can better absorb oil, reduce the oil return amount of fuel oil during shutdown and facilitate the restart of an engine to solve the defects in the prior art.

In the foregoing diesel filter assembly, preferably, the canister is of a cylindrical structure, a mounting seat is formed on an outer wall surface of the canister, and a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the mounting seat at equal intervals along the vertical direction.
In the aforementioned diesel filter assembly, preferably, an internal thread is formed on the inner wall of the lower end of the filter tank, an external thread is formed on the outer wall of the upper end of the cup stand, the upper end of the cup stand is in threaded connection with the lower end of the filter tank, a limiting boss is further formed on the outer wall of the cup stand, and a plurality of sealing rings are arranged on the outer wall of the cup stand and close to the limiting boss.

In the foregoing diesel filter assembly, preferably, a distance between the bottom surface of the step surface and the bottom surface of the filter element is greater than one half of the total height of the filter element and less than two thirds of the total height of the filter element.
In the foregoing diesel filter assembly, preferably, a distance between a bottom surface of the third tube section and a bottom surface of the filter element is greater than half of a height of the filter element.

According to the invention, the oil suction pipe 5 is arranged, and the oil suction pipe 5 extends into the central hole of the filter element 2, so that the lower end of the oil suction pipe 5 can be ensured to be always positioned in fuel oil, so as to absorb oil, and effectively prevent the engine from flameout.
In a specific embodiment, the oil inlet hole 7 and the oil outlet hole 8 are both provided on the side wall of the filter base 1, both are arranged in the horizontal direction, the axis of the oil inlet hole 7 and the axis of the oil outlet hole 8 are perpendicular to each other, and threads are formed in both the oil inlet hole 7 and the oil outlet hole 8. The distance between the bottom surface of the third tube section 17 and the bottom surface of the filter insert 2 is more than half the total height of the filter insert 2.
The sealing surface 6 is arranged to prevent unfiltered fuel from entering the central hole of the filter element 2, and the exhaust hole 20 is arranged on the step surface 19, so that on one hand, dirty fuel cannot enter the engine through the exhaust hole 20, and the engine is well protected. On the other hand, compared with the traditional filtering exhaust hole, the position of the filtering exhaust hole is lower and is closer to the oil liquid level during working, when the engine stops, the exhaust hole 20 is quickly submerged after the fuel oil in the fuel oil outlet pipe flows back to form a closed liquid level, so that only a small amount of fuel oil flows back, when the engine is started next time, the air sucked by the engine can be reduced, and the fuel supply is easier to start. Moreover, the exhaust hole 20 is arranged on the step surface 19, and the exhaust hole does not need to be processed on the filter element 2, so that the cost of the filter element is reduced, and the use cost is reduced.
