Description

Application method of soaping agent for reactive/disperse dye one-bath dyeing
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fabric dyeing, in particular to an application method of a soaping agent for reactive/disperse dye one-bath dyeing.
Background
The reactive dye dyeing is the main dye variety for dyeing the cellulose fiber and blended fabric at present, and the dosage of the reactive dye is increased year by year. Reactive dyes are various in types, chemical structures and reaction efficiency, but the reactive dyes cannot completely react with fibers. In addition, when the fixed fiber is dyed, the dye can be hydrolyzed, the diffusion and adsorption properties of the unfixed dye and the hydrolyzed dye are very similar to those of the original active dye, the unfixed dye and the hydrolyzed dye are easy to adsorb on the surface of the fiber and diffuse into the fiber, and can be combined with the fiber under certain conditions, so that the impurities can be removed only by multiple washing and soaping processes, so that the color brightness, the color fastness and the cleanliness of the fabric are improved, and the process of removing the impurities is called soaping.
The common polyester-cotton one-bath soaping agent is mainly used for intermittent dip dyeing of polyester-cotton blended knitted fabrics, has poor adaptability to a continuous pad dyeing process, cannot synchronously realize synchronous dyeing operation of disperse dyes and reactive dyes, is not beneficial to improvement of production efficiency, and needs a co-dyeing application method of the soaping agent for adapting to reactive/disperse dyes for one-bath dyeing to solve the problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an application method of a soaping agent for one-bath dyeing of reactive/disperse dyes.
The technical scheme is as follows: the invention relates to an application method of a soaping agent for one-bath dyeing of active/disperse dyes, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a one-bath dyeing solution according to the concentrations of 40-60 g/L of disperse dye and 30-50 g/L of reactive dye, soaking the polyester-cotton blended woven fabric to be dyed in the one-bath dyeing solution, and taking out the polyester-cotton blended woven fabric with the liquid carrying rate of 50-70%;
s2, standing the taken-out polyester-cotton blended woven fabric for 20-30 min at room temperature, and airing;
s3, placing the dried polyester-cotton blended woven fabric into a drying bin, adjusting the temperature to 70-80 ℃, and drying for 20-30 min at a low temperature;
s4, continuously adjusting the temperature to 190-210 ℃, and baking for 90S;
s5, adding 200-220 g/L of anhydrous sodium sulphate and 60-80 g/L of soda ash, mixing, preparing mixed saline-alkali, and embedding the baked polyester-cotton blended woven fabric into the mixed saline-alkali;
s6, taking out the polyester-cotton blended woven fabric after the woven fabric is fully stained with mixed saline and alkaline, and steaming for 2-5 min by steam at 150-160 ℃;
and S7, performing water washing operation after steam evaporation is finished.
Preferably, the water washing operation in S7 comprises performing a washing operation with SD-1 of 2-4 g/L for 3min and repeating the washing operation 100 times, and then performing a water washing operation with normal temperature for 5-10 min.
Preferably, the one-bath dyeing liquid in S1 is further added with a one-bath enzyme hair removal agent.
Preferably, the one-bath enzyme hair removal agent comprises cellulase and deoxyenzyme.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the dyeing method can simultaneously dye the terylene component and the cotton component, not only reduces the reduction cleaning process after the terylene dyeing, but also realizes the one-step dyeing of the disperse dye reactive dye, shortens the process time by 50 percent, and reaches the color fastness grade of the traditional two-step method, namely the color fastness above grade 3, SD-1 is a polyester polyether structure product, has good affinity to polyester fiber, forms multi-molecular layer distribution on the surface of the fiber, and wraps up the small molecular disperse dye for loose color under the synergistic action of the accelerant ACT-1, and can uniformly disperse the loose color in the working solution due to excellent water solubility.
