The control module controls the driving motor 13 to start working after 3 seconds of starting the servo motor 27, the driving motor 13 drives the cam 14 to continuously rotate, the continuously rotating cam 14 continuously extrudes the contact rods 20 at the left side and the right side, the contact rods 20 at the left side and the right side continuously move left and right under the elastic force cooperation of the springs 17, the movement time of the contact rods 20 at the left side and the right side is inconsistent, the control module has the continuity, the guide sleeves 19 at the left side and the right side, the fixed block 23 and the movable clamping block 24 also move left and right along with the control module, and accordingly, the continuous shaking at the left side and the right side of the blanket can be driven, and the ash shaking function is realized. The ash layer that finally trembles off will fall on second filter screen plate 5, and when the ash layer on the second filter screen plate 5 needs to be cleared up, the user can rotate apron 10 clockwise to clear up debris on the second filter screen plate 5 through trash hole 6. When the blanket needs to be cleaned again, the user can repeat the above operation.
When a user presses the power supply main switch 102 for the first time, the control module also controls the dust collection motor 303 to start working, the output shaft of the dust collection motor 303 drives the fan blades 304 to rotate clockwise, wind generated by the rotating fan blades 304 flows downwards from top to bottom, so that the ash layer shaken off on the blanket can be quickly sucked to the lower part and deposited on the second filter screen plate 5, the sedimentation speed of the ash layer is accelerated, and the practicability of the device is improved. When the driving motor 13 stops working, the control module controls the dust collection motor 303 to stop working.
When a user presses the main power switch 102 for the first time, the control module simultaneously controls the electric control valves 314 on the left side and the right side to be opened, external water is sprayed out through the external water delivery hose 315, the spray pipe 312 and the spray head 313, so that the sedimentation speed of an ash layer can be accelerated, and the water mixed with impurities and the ash layer finally flows into the bottom in the top box 2 through the second filter screen plate 5 and is discharged through the first filter screen plates 4 on the left side and the right side. When the counterclockwise rotation of the servo motor 27 is stopped, the electronically controlled valve 314 is kept on, and after 10 seconds, the electronically controlled valve 314 is closed. In the period of 10 seconds, the spraying head 313 continues to spray water, so that the ash layer on the fan blades 304 can be cleaned, and the practicability of the device is improved.
When a user puts the blanket into the bottom case 1 and fixes it, the dust-proof plate 324 is rotated upward so that the dust-proof plate 324 is positioned in front of the placement hole 3 and contacts the front wall of the bottom case 1, and then the clamping block 326 is rotated downward so that the clamping block 326 is positioned in front of the dust-proof plate 324 to fix the dust-proof plate 324. When the blanket is to be taken out, the user rotates the clamping block 326 upward and out of the front side of the dust-proof plate 324, and then rotates the dust-proof plate 324 downward.
