本发明涉及纺织技术领域。目的在于提供一种吸水复合针织面料,由弹性呼吸粗支纱线织成;所述弹性呼吸粗支纱线包括高弹硅胶芯管和呈螺旋状加捻包缠在弹性芯管外的外包纱;所述高弹硅胶芯管的表面设置有与高弹硅胶芯管内部连通的呼吸孔。本发明在运动的过程中,通过肢体运动带动面料反复的绷拉、回缩,在绷拉回缩的过程中,弹性呼吸粗支纱线的高弹硅胶芯管反复的处于拉长扁化、回缩复位的过程中,气流能够通过呼吸孔反复的进入、排出,从而起到类似呼吸的泵送作用,对潮气、湿气进行泵送;使接触的皮肤保持舒适状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种吸水复合针织面料。
背景技术
针织面料即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物。针织面料与梭织面料的不同之处在于纱线在织物中的形态不同。针织分为纬编和经编,针织面料广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中。目前,市面上的吸水针织面料主要是通过改变面料的纤维原料配比,将起到吸湿排汗作用的各种纤维按照需要编制成布料,再通过对不同布料进行复合,使得构成复合面料的多层布料之间形成明显的毛细效应,来达到吸湿透气的目的,其本质是增大表层布料的蒸发面、缩小内层布料的蒸发面,利用两层之间的蒸发差,以使得内层布料上的湿气、潮气朝外层布料转移,来达到吸水导湿的目的。但这种利用毛细效应进行吸水导湿的方式对面料的吸水导湿性能提升并不显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具备自呼吸排湿性能的吸水复合针织面料。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种吸水复合针织面料,由弹性呼吸粗支纱线织成;所述弹性呼吸粗支纱线包括高弹硅胶芯管和呈螺旋状加捻包缠在弹性芯管外的外包纱;所述高弹硅胶芯管的表面设置有与高弹硅胶芯管内部连通的呼吸孔。
优选的,所述高弹硅胶芯管由两根硅胶微管呈螺旋状缠绕构成,每一根所述硅胶微管上均设置有呼吸孔。
优选的,所述外包纱是由氨纶纤维和天然棉纤维混纺的粗支混纺纱,且粗支混纺纱中氨纶纤维的重量百分比在10%-15%之间。
优选的,所述外包纱设置两层,且两层外包纱反向加捻。
优选的,由弹性呼吸粗支纱线以罗文针织法针织成。
优选的,应用在服装腋部和裆部的局部位置。
本发明的有益效果集中体现在:在运动的过程中,通过肢体运动带动面料反复的绷拉、回缩,在绷拉回缩的过程中,弹性呼吸粗支纱线的高弹硅胶芯管反复的处于拉长扁化、回缩复位的过程中,气流能够通过呼吸孔反复的进入、排出,从而起到类似呼吸的泵送作用,对潮气、湿气进行泵送;使接触的皮肤保持舒适状态。同时,本发明由于对潮气和湿气主要是通过高弹硅胶芯管的反复呼吸进行排出的,在呼吸过程中具有内外湿度中和均衡的作用,并不是简单的单向排湿,具有湿度平衡作用,不会像传统织物一样,吸收过多的皮肤水分而导致皮肤干燥起皮。

具体实施方式
一种吸水复合针织面料,由弹性呼吸粗支纱线织成,织法可采用平织法、罗文针织法等等,在采用罗文针织法的情况下,具有更好的弹性。所述弹性呼吸粗支纱线包括高弹硅胶芯管1和呈螺旋状加捻包缠在弹性芯管外的外包纱2;所述高弹硅胶芯管1就是采用具备高弹性性能的硅胶制成的管状芯纱,其具备极好的弹性。外包纱2主要起到对高弹硅胶芯管1的包覆作用,以提高亲肤性。外包纱2可以采用纯棉粗支纱,质感最为柔软舒适,但弹性相对较差。为了提高其弹性,还可以采用粗支混纺纱,如氨纶纤维和天然棉纤维混纺的粗支混纺纱,一般粗支混纺纱中氨纶纤维的重量百分比在10%-15%之间。当然,在考虑到其他功能性的情况下,根据实际需求,选择其他混纺纱亦是可行的。所述高弹硅胶芯管1的表面设置有与高弹硅胶芯管1内部连通的呼吸孔3。
在运动的过程中,通过肢体运动带动面料反复的绷拉、回缩,在绷拉回缩的过程中,弹性呼吸粗支纱线的高弹硅胶芯管1反复的处于拉长扁化、回缩复位的过程中,气流能够通过呼吸孔3反复的进入、排出,从而起到类似呼吸的泵送作用,对潮气、湿气进行泵送;使接触的皮肤保持舒适状态。同时,本发明由于对潮气和湿气主要是通过高弹硅胶芯管1的反复呼吸进行排出的,在呼吸过程中具有内外湿度中和均衡的作用,并不是简单的单向排湿,具有湿度平衡作用,不会像传统织物一样,吸收过多的皮肤水分而导致皮肤干燥起皮。
在此基础上,为了进一步提高高弹硅胶芯管1的弹性,所述高弹硅胶芯管1可以由两根硅胶微管呈螺旋状缠绕构成,每一根所述硅胶微管上均设置有呼吸孔3。为了实现弹性呼吸粗支纱线的捻度平衡,所述外包纱2设置两层,且两层外包纱2反向加捻。
本发明所述的面料可应用到服装的整体面料中,但由于其成本相较于传统面料更高,其也可以应用在服装腋部和裆部的局部位置,或其他出汗量较大的关节部位。

1.一种吸水复合针织面料,其特征在于:由弹性呼吸粗支纱线织成;所述弹性呼吸粗支纱线包括高弹硅胶芯管(1)和呈螺旋状加捻包缠在弹性芯管外的外包纱(2);所述高弹硅胶芯管(1)的表面设置有与高弹硅胶芯管(1)内部连通的呼吸孔(3);所述高弹硅胶芯管(1)由两根硅胶微管呈螺旋状缠绕构成,每一根所述硅胶微管上均设置有呼吸孔(3);所述外包纱(2)是由氨纶纤维和天然棉纤维混纺的粗支混纺纱,且粗支混纺纱中氨纶纤维的重量百分比在10%-15%之间;所述外包纱(2)设置两层,且两层外包纱(2)反向加捻。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸水复合针织面料,其特征在于:由弹性呼吸粗支纱线以罗文针织法针织成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的吸水复合针织面料,其特征在于:应用在服装腋部和裆部的局部位置。
