技术领域
本发明涉及一种制备工艺,尤其是一种能防止轻易断开的氨纶纱线及其制备工艺。
背景技术
氨纶纱,弹性纤维亦属合成纤维、中聚尿纤维、中节状聚尿纤维。用途广泛,因伸缩性强经常会被用于制作紧身内衣和连袜裤等,但其在拉伸的时候如果有一点锋利的东西碰到就会发生损坏,这样导致整个都不能继续使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种能防止轻易断开的氨纶纱线及其制备工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种氨纶纱线,其特征在于,包括若干氨纶丝、乳胶空心管和置于乳胶空心管中的金属线,所述金属线呈螺旋状置于乳胶空心管中,乳胶空心管外壁上均匀包裹有氨纶丝,氨纶丝相互编织连接。
前述的一种氨纶纱线,其特征在于,所述乳胶空心管的直径为0.5-0.8毫米。
