the device capable of separating and recovering the tumor tissues for organoid culture comprises a negative pressure tractor, a separating tank, a collecting tank and a flushing tank, wherein the collecting tank is connected with the separating tank through a pipeline, the separating tank comprises a first tank body, a partition plate, a rotary filtering component, a vibration component and a first motor, the partition plate is arranged in the first tank body, the first motor is arranged below the partition plate, the rotary filtering component is rotationally connected with the output end of the first motor and is positioned above the partition plate, the vibration components are multiple, each vibration component is uniformly arranged between the partition plate and the rotary filtering component at intervals, a water outlet is formed in the outer side wall of the first tank body, an electromagnetic valve is arranged in the water outlet, the negative pressure tractor and the flushing tank are connected with the top end pipeline of the first tank body, and the collecting tank is connected with the side wall pipeline of the first tank body;
the rotary filtering assembly comprises a rotary rod, a filter plate, stirring blocks and stirring sheets, wherein the rotary rod is rotationally connected with an output shaft of the first motor and is positioned above the partition plate, the stirring blocks are two in number and are fixedly connected with the rotary rod and positioned on two sides of the rotary rod, the filter plate is fixedly connected with the rotary rod and positioned on the top end of the rotary rod, the stirring sheets are multiple in number, and each stirring sheet is fixedly connected with the filter plate and positioned above the filter plate;
each vibration assembly comprises a limiting frame, a top plate, a conical block, a movable rod, a spring and a pushing plate, wherein the limiting frame is fixedly connected with the partition plate and is positioned above the partition plate, the top plate is fixedly connected with the limiting frame and is positioned above the limiting frame, the conical block is slidably connected with the limiting frame and is positioned inside the limiting frame, the spring is arranged between the conical block and the top plate, the movable rod is fixedly connected with the conical block, the movable rod penetrates through the top plate and is slidably connected with the top plate, and the pushing plate is fixedly connected with the movable rod and is positioned above the movable rod; the first motor continuously rotates to enable the stirring blocks on two sides of the rotating rod to rotate, each conical block is sequentially pushed by the stirring blocks, the pushing plates are pushed to move by the conical blocks through the rotating rod, the pushing plates can descend to form linear reciprocating motion due to the springs, and a plurality of pushing plates move to enable local oscillation to be formed inside physiological saline.

the negative pressure tractor comprises a pressure regulator, a suction pipe, a second tank body and a conical pipe, wherein the second tank body is arranged above the first tank body, the suction pipe is communicated with the second tank body, the pressure regulator is arranged above the second tank body, the conical pipe is fixedly connected with the second tank body and is positioned below the second tank body, the conical pipe is communicated with the first tank body, and an electromagnetic valve is arranged inside the conical pipe.
