When the device is used, sample liquid sequentially passes through the first filtering piece and the second filtering piece, the first filtering piece filters large impurities such as tissue blocks, tumor cell masses are intercepted by the second filtering piece, and single cells and fine impurity particles pass through the second filtering piece and flow into the connecting pipe to be removed. The device can filter once to obtain cell clusters with uniform size, and can remarkably reduce the cell cluster quantity loss and the cell cluster activity damage caused by repeated operation; and the single cell and the fine impurities can be effectively removed, the interference of background signals generated in the subsequent test due to excessive fine impurity particles is avoided, the cell cluster sorting process is standardized on the whole, and the quality controllability of the test process is improved.
However, the simple sorting and filtering device for tumor cell mass has the following defects: the device is at the sorting process of tumour cell group, only relies on the self gravity of cell group to filter for tumour cell group's filtration is selected separately under the inefficiency, and if relies on the artifical filtration that rocks the test tube and promote cell group to select separately, will increase the workman originally, and wastes time and energy, and efficiency is still not high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sorting and filtering device for tumor cell clusters for oncology, which can shake a test tube in the process of filtering and sorting the tumor cell clusters, improves the efficiency of filtering and sorting, does not need manual shaking, saves manpower, and further improves the sorting efficiency.
